✓ Not updated as oftenI love your app but need to have more update and more often. I wait till 11 pm on your app to see it live it right now 11:18 pm and nothing yet only old recordings. We love out of city limits no cable or antenna would work only internet..Version: 42.4.12
✓ Ads are ridiculousSo many ads that make the page jump around. Also, this review pop up….I was just trying to scroll through the news and accidentally touched the pop-up while doing so. Very frustrating. I use wzzm13 app less because of these things..Version: 45.20.1
✓ Too confusingI liked the old app better. This one is too confusing and hard to find what you are actually looking for. I tend to get frustrated and give up..Version: 41.1.2
✓ I get no alertsI have this app. I used to get weather, news and school closing alerts. Now I only get occasional news alerts. WHY WHY WHY? I don’t even care about news alerts, but I need school and weather alerts. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app and that hasn’t helped. Any ideas? Can't you fix this issue? I’ve resorted to using a competitor’s app to get the weather and school closings. Ugh..Version: 4.32.870043003

✓ Doesn’t work!!This app does NOT work! It simply freezes. I delete the app and re-install it at least 2 or 3 times per week. I’v tried shutting down my iPhone 11 and restarting with the same freezing issue. I have removed and re-installed it TWICE today. I want to be hopeful it will work, but am giving up. BAH! ✓ Not improvedNew update does not include water temperatures, and is choppy. Scrolling jumps around and is constantly loading ads, very disruptive. I’ll give it a couple days, but will remove if it doesn’t improve..Version: 6.1.34
✓ Too many adsThere are so many ads constantly popping up that it is almost impossible to read any news articles. They go full screen automatically, blocking the articles. The also could do a better job of shrinking the initial size of the articles so you don’t have to scroll constantly because you can only see one at a time..Version: 42.3.15

✓ DifficultThe old app was much more user friendly. If I can’t figure out how to use this app and am somewhat tech savvy, how are my aging parents supposed to figure it out? Where can I find the school closings? Where is the search option? So many of he good features are missing. WZZM13 used to be my favorite channel but over the last couple years and more importantly in 2020, they became an extension of the Governor’s executive branch. ✓ New AppThe new app is difficult to maneuver through. I’ve tried numerous ways to advance through the “Local News” articles, I end up on the weather page or back to the top of the “Home” section. The whole app is too busy and is not a simple way to get my news. I will be using the Wood 8 app and the Fox 17 app for my local news. I’m in my 40s and very computer/app literate. This new app design is terribly confusing..Version: 6.1.34
