✓ App locks upApp locks up and you can’t see your most recent alerts, page is actually blank called this in a couple of times but problem hasn’t been addressed other crew members report problem as well.Version: 3.9.5
✓ Works for the most partWhen getting calls it’s taking a typical 15+ seconds for it to come through. Sometimes it stays silent with nothing coming through. Can’t complain with it being all I’m able to use but it could definitely be better..Version: 3.9.5
✓ Barely AdequateI am a FF/EMT and this app is barely adequate. I use it mainly as a tertiary backup to the radio and pager just for the alert music. This app does not support landscape screen orientation. There is absolutely no geographical representation! The app cannot differentiate annoying call tones from the actual voice message. Recording maximum length seems to be set at around thirty-eight seconds and depending on the length of the tone transmission, which may take up a generous portion of allocated recording time, the actual voice message is truncated or not recorded, cutting off vital information. Many times the recording has been less than fifteen seconds and had only recorded those annoying tones cutting off all the voice message, useless! Many voice messages have been so full of static the message has been unreadable. The apps interface must be just another radio receiver relying on sub-audible tones and radio reception. Several times there has been no app alert though the call went out on radio and the pager went off. Recordings are listed in the call history but after about five days they cannot be played though they’re in the list. Some of the problems may have to do with administrative settings beyond my access and the apps interface with the radio network, likely triggered by yet another set of sub-audible tones. For the working FF/EMT the app is barely adequate. And, for those communities that the radio/pager is out of range or doesn’t work, I wouldn’t bet my life on it...Version: 3.8.3
✓ Not reliableI have no other option than to use this app as it's what my department uses. However, I've missed two calls now in the four months I've had the app. The app just flat out failed to send any notification to my phone. If you're considering eDispatches for your station, look at something else..Version: 3.5
✓ Terrible App SpeedGreat concept however the time lag is so poor that the app is no longer usable for the urgent nature that this app is intended for. Will stop relying on this app as have many of my colleagues. Very sad for the developer to be selling this program with so little sensitivity to the needs of emergency service programs..Version: 4.4.0
✓ The app has deterioratedSince the latest update, the app has deteriorated severely the original app allowed volume control for the alert when an alert was sent out. Another feature that used to be available was disconnecting the app from a Bluetooth to vehicle connection. Now the only way this can be done is to go to streaming then disconnect and return the the call that is in display. My phone for some reason had the app removed, so reinstalled the app, now I have no control of alert volume. This is not a good way to have this as now there is not a way to minimize the interruption of a night call or a meeting. This has made the app less appealing for use. I hope this gets revised quickly..Version: 3.9.5
✓ Incident loading issuePoor app. When reloading page to update incidents app frequently freezes. Also not sure if it’s the app or the dispatch agency but incidents aren’t loading up. I don’t recommend until they fix the issue..Version: 4.2.0

✓ Forced an update in the middle of a 911 callWe were in the middle of receiving a 911 call for a possible drowning and it kicked us out of the software to perform a 10 minute update of the program.Version: 4.0.1
✓ Update Messed UpThe update messed up the ease of use for me. When a notification popped up I could just slide my finger over it and it would open the app and play the message. Now in the updated version I get the notification, swipe it, and it opens for about 2 second and closes again. I must manually open the app to listen. Being able to listen longer then 30 seconds would be great too. Sometimes the dispatchers get flustered and need more time thus so do I. If these problems were fixed I'd give it a 4 or 5! ✓ QuietEvery single dispatch I get is insanely quiet. When I hook it up to ambulance audio I have to turn it to full volume, and even then it’s very hard to hear. This tells me that it is an issue with the app, not my phone. This needs to be fixed, as it gets very hard to discern addresses and numbers. I often have to ask dispatch for the information again, which takes valuable time..Version: 4.3.2
✓ New update suggestionI am liking new features with the new update. I would request that with the alert function, instead of giving “xxx minutes ago” please just give the time of the dispatch. When I’m writing multiple reports, the last thing I want to do is figure out the time of the dispatch. I could care less how long ago it was, I just need the time! ✓ No Screen RotateThis app works as promised. However, it doesn’t rotate on the Ipads that are mounted in the apparatus. This makes the user have to read it sideways, which is near impossible, especially in a moving apparatus. 1 phone call to edispatch to inquire about an update to correct was met with a rude person stating it was their app and they weren’t interested. A follow email to support months later was never acknowledged. I like the app, it works, but is not user friendly in certain mounting situations..Version: 3.9.1
✓ Notifications are not workingPlease help!! After updating to iOS 8 I am unable to receive notifications on my iPhone. I have checked under notifications and it is not listing edispatch for me to even turn it on. I have deleted the application on multiple occasions to see if it fixes the issue but it still doesn't show edispatch under settings/notifications. I checked the app and all the settings and alerts are set correctly with not blackouts. Please help or send out an update..Version: 2.0.3
✓ EDispatches went to hell in a hand basketThe original version of EDispatches was a paragon of reliability. It made for great supplements to pagers. The latest versions since their full revamp have wreaked havoc on our response capabilities. One major problem is the audio playback doesn't appear often, so we don't know what we're responding to. Delayed transmissions, and false/late pages have also been issues. I sincerely hope they can fix these issues soon, and return to their former glory. When life and death responses rely on EDispatches, they really need to live up to their promises, and focus on reliability, not features..Version: 2.0.5
