Could you please enable the split screen to be one screen if one chooses so. What I mean by that is that on the Logos and Vyrso App you can do that you can take the split screen down so it's just one screen and then you can lift it back up again with this app you can only go three quarters of the way down. I have been reading the Bible extensively these days, COVID-19, but still have difficulty understanding some passages. For this reason, I decided to search for another Bible and found I already purchased this. I observed it has many features, but what stands out most is the perfect juxtaposition of the text and the commentary. Does this mean that my problems are over? I can’t believe it is for free either. It's awesome as it allows you to read explanations of words, events, characters, events, and even maps at the same time as reading the main bible text (all in the same page). ✓ Incomplete ExperienceI absolutely love this app in the way that allows me to read commentary along with Scripture, side by side. I have one complaint, and it’s a massive issue with this app. I am a professional User Experience Designer. So I deal with usability and do user research and design and build out user interfaces for web and apps. My complaint is that some of the content is locked to where you can’t open and read the commentary that is available. Well, that’s fine, I don’t mind paying for the content, but there is no way for me to pay for the content. Why does the experience end there? Why is there not a link for me to purchase the content to which i click on and want to read. ✓ Just One Thing, PrayersWhen I am doing my morning devotion, I like to have a somewhat simpler window and app to navigate with just my reading plan, my bible/study notes, and prayer list. I created a layout in my Logos account to accomplish this, but when i am away from my computer I find the Logos app less useful for doing my devotion. THe Faithlife Bible is much better, and easier to navigate. But I still would like the option to put the prayers pop out window as a tab on my layout (reading plan tab, bible/study notes tab, prayer list tab) so that I could more easily update and organize my prayer list. I think that would mean it would have to be accessible as a tool according to the way the app works, like notes. Maybe in the next update?.Version: 8.12.1
✓ Excellent daily readings and sound commentaryThe Lexmark Bible translation is really useful to those familiar with their bibles as, though it's accuracy to the original text makes it less easy to read than other versions, it does throw fresh light on The Word e.g. Genesis 3:8. Similarly the commentary is really profitable, and sound. The daily readings are excellent, especially Connect the Testaments, much deeper than many others providing useful points for meditation and carrying with you into the day. Beautiful layout, but can be sluggish, and switching between commentary and daily readings can be glitchy, but all resources are available offline, which is a real boon..Version: 3.4.1

✓ Great AppI have had this app before it was linked with the Logos app. I love that it now has that connection. The only reason I gave it 4 starts instead of 5, is that the Bible Reading Plan feature is not as smooth as it once was. It used to automatically mark a reading as “read” automatically once you had scrolled through the reading. The swiping, clicking “more”, and then selected mark as “read” is less streamlined. It also no longer has a badge notification of Bible Reading reminders. The lock screen notification is good but adding a badge would better like it used to have. It is nice to have a reminder after you have unlocked the phone. If they added these features, I would happily give it 5 stars..Version: 6.0.5

When someone speaks a completely different language, it sounds like “babbling on” or “to Babel on about something”. This in not a bad thing, consider it, a different kind of art style. A potter making jars compared to artisan creating a temple for God and cherubim made of gold with the art in between. ✓ Fantastic study bibleI have used quite a few bible apps looking for just the right one. Where I have found others lacking, this one has what they were missing. While the actual bible translation is limited to only two types there are many things that bless me. I really enjoy that I can highlight in different colours within the same verse and that there are so many highlighting options. (Outline, underline, colours, bold ...etc) and you can write notes linked right at the verse. The study portion underneath has great insight, the maps are fantastic and I LOVE that you can jump straight to related scripture by clicking on the link within the scripture, but without leaving your place. The only reason this does not get 5 stars is because it doesn't list the book and verse when you are copying and pasting and there are no instructions as to how to use it. I cannot sign out and the link to report a problem isn’t working either. I’m assuming this is just a normal bug but it’s a little inconvenient but hopefully they get that fixed quickly. It also allows you to buy whatever translation of the bible that you want although it includes a NIV version to start for free. I have yet to pay extra to see another version of the bible but I do plan on doing this.
