✓ Broncos 2023The Broncos have about average talent but are fun to watch, Our quarterback has good skills for roll out passing, but our offensive line is not good enough for pocket passing. The defense is good when healthy but seem to be misguided at times and could use better leadership . Wilson is a good runner and more plays could be designed to take advantage of his talent. We pray for him to not get hurt and hope the team and management does the same. They are better now and the progress is evident . We need to see improvement every week!.BruttchVersion: 7.2.1

✓ What happened to press conferences?This was one of my favorite apps because they would post full videos of all press conferences from players and coaches. I really enjoyed hearing what members of the team said to the media on a daily basis. ✓ Can’t here the gameThe KOA app link won’t allow you to listen to the game unless you are in the area. I’m in another state and my Broncos are almost never on tv. The app updates the game after long delays. If you can’t watch or hear the game what’s the point of this app..Crab SteveVersion: 6.0.0

✓ Was fine until....The app was fine until the Broncos kindly swapped my seats because I just had knee surgery and needed ADA seats. Now, I cannot get tickets in the app and they won’t even show up in the app. They work fine on the website, but I cannot print tickets to get in. apparently I have to get the issue with the app figured out onsite with them before the game. I’m in a wheelchair, which is why I needed ADA seats, so trying to go to will call and then get my seats is not a great experience. This is clearly a bug with the app. Pretty frustrated..Faith in CAVersion: 5.0.0

✓ JokeThe app is a joke, I created an account and wrote my password next to me, I was transferred some tickets and had to resign in and it said that my password was incorrect. So when I tried to reset my password it told me that my email did not exist, when I tried resetting my password based on my ticket transfer email it said that it sent me an email to reset the password. ✓ Jeanine Davis-MeisThe new ticket management system is beyond ridiculous!! It is not at all user friendly, and just as often as not, it is COMPLETELY unresponsive! I’ve been trying to download my tickets now for over 2 hours and I’m still unable to download them. When I contacted the Denver Broncos Tickets office originally to find out how the new process works, I spent 43 minutes on hold. If you’re going to implement a new system, you should at the very least, make sure you have adequate staffing to help your users understand how to use it..Angry JeanineVersion: 4.1.1

✓ Update broke my appThe integration between the Bronco’s 365 app and Ticketmaster broke my app. You can’t use the app without being forced to use your Ticketmaster account. Problemo, if you share tickets like my sister and I do, you have to transfer every ticket for each game and separate them to use them rather than just logging into a shared account. My sister’s phone hasn’t been very consistent with pulling them up so we used mine but, no more. Getting help at the gate is an issue as well. I deleted the app and now my account with Ticketmaster. Finger’s crossed that it works with my sister’s phone or I will need to contact the Broncos again. I’m so mad they messed with something that was working. ✓ Horible Decision.Have been a Bronco fan my entire life. I have supported through thick and thin and will no longer support the Denver Broncos in anyway. I will not buy apparel I will not go to the games anymore and I certainly will not spend one dollar to support this team. ✓ App crashes: has issues with Wallet and transferring ticketsThe new update is very buggy and not as reliable. Crashes when I click on see season tickets half the time. Also putting ticket on my Iphone wallet dies not work. I have never had issues with any tickets and my wallet before. When I transfer tickets to friends they are also having issues. The app gives info about the cheerleaders, the players off the field and everything happy. Update the app last night and when we get to the game today the app wouldn’t let me switch accounts to download all my tickets. ✓ Now less usefulOne of the main reasons I would open this app is to find out where to stream the game. The app no longer provides this information at all or if it does, it is impossibly difficult to find. It used to be front & center.
