✓ Love this app but Please updateI have been using this app for a long time and it’s a great app for sales people, I am a sales rep and I use it every day to make my day easier and faster to see more people, lately been having trouble with it, dots disappearing from my map, error locating the address one day and is good the next day (same address). ✓ False advertisementBought app and was told the purchase would ensure me full support. Now customer service is saying they switch to monthly premium. This is false advertisement that’s is not what I paid for! Restore full support to existing users. People who already paid for your subscription should not be forced to pay again! ✓ Useless AppI’ve been trying to understand how his app works for weeks now. I finally managed to get four addresses into a common list but I could not get it to show any routes between any of them, much less create a route incorporating them all. It keeps popping up an error message “Error, Failed to find a route between the addresses” —I thought this was the whole point of purchasing this app!! I do t know what the other reviews are doing, but I’m tired of wasting my with this useless app. I work for USPS and need a good routing app. This is not it. Also, unless you upgrade to “pro” status, you have no access to their support team. I want my money refunded!.Version: 3.3
✓ Cool App But...A very good app but does tend to crash a lot when optimising route, plus takes ages to optimise when it's got a load of addresses. It doesn't tell u if u have typed the address in twice which would be a good feature to have. Does tend to pass other addresses on the way and makes u come back again, not exactly time or fuel saving. Overall 3 stars as it needs some work..Version: 2.2.1
✓ This USED to be the best app out there... until the recent update!I have used this app for 4 years and I used to love it!! I’ve suggested this app to many of my coworkers who have bought and used this. I deliver in a country rural area and this app had streets listed that google didn’t even have. After this recent update, it has started plotting me incorrectly. There are also tons of streets that are MISSING completely that used to be on the old version. I’ve been in the same area forever and these roads that aren’t showing up used to be on the map... I don’t understand? This is very frustrating!!!! ✓ Changing pricesAs soon as you purchase the app they will change their prices constantly. I purchased this app 2 years ago for a full price but no they added a new rule and I have to pay for every search. Not recommended. You can pay them and after a while, they will change their prices and you will have to pay again. Check other apps who are more responsible and love their clients..Version: 3.3

✓ Good app at first beating Road WarriorMy first experience using this app was great was done ahead of my shift and other employees with it recalculating my routes with those closer to me and then those further out. I had to give three stars today because it jeopardized my job sending me way out when I had packages not even miles away first. Instead of it sending me close first it sent me 11 miles out first. ✓ Well…This used to be a good app, there was the odd glitch perhaps, but it was 95% on the money…not now! Input an address, sometimes in the route the address is shown as either the first line of the postal address, so you can clearly see the number or name of the property you’re looking for, other times the postcode is the foremost indicator…and it’s random? Why this random change in how the destination is primarily shown, I’m looking for a property by its house name or number ~ properties have either the name or number on its door, not it’s postcode! Optimising a route used to work well…it doesn’t now. Routes are now seemingly optimised with no regard to the starting location, with the nearest drop to the optimised route often in the middle of what would be the logical, closest drop and start point of a route. Thus, if you followed the optimised route, you would double back on yourself repeatedly!! I have tried uninstalling the app, and reinstalling, it made no difference to how the app now functions ~ and of course I lost all of my previous ‘stored’ address ~ so no improvement or gain…just frustration. Droppath is no longer working for me….Version: 4.9.1

✓ FRUSTRATEDI work for FedEx, having to do about 120 stops a day. When switching from the app to the map, by clicking in the address, it sent me, more than 5 times, to the wrong place. Literally just clicking at the saved address in the app, it would send me two miles off, I lost about a 15% in service this past friday, and it might cost me, not maybe my job because is the first time that I use the app and also the first time I fall behind so much in delivery time, but I will have to hear the big bosses tomorrow. ✓ Best FriendsFirst day using the app and it seemed ok but I had about 8 stops in one community and it brought me in and out about 3 times. For some reason it took me out to do a delivery then back in for 2 more deliveries then out for 2, then back in. Me and the security guard became best friends in 1 day I saw him so much. I never had an app make that mistake more than once at the same place. Please update that. Another thing was when I optimized my route and I had non corresponding numbers all down the page. That throws me off and I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to skip around or do the stops in order as they were. It said 42, 6, 19, 4, 48...etc... That makes no sense to tell me numbers on the side if that’s not the order I should drive the route. Please make it simple and put the numbers in order as people count...1,2,3,4,5... ✓ Good startBut I didn't find the method of entering start and destinations very easy. Once a route is shown, it's shown in blue - a contrasting colour from roads and motorways would be better. Adding addresses is ok, but I often optimise a route by dropping pins around known traffic trouble spots and dropping pins is not accurate. This wouldn't matter except that you can't drag them once dropped. A useful app, but would benefit from a more streamlined interface..Version: 2.2.1

Instead of having to exit maps then open this app then click on your current destination to mark it as successful then go back and click on the next location then press navigate which opens the map up again. ✓ More simplify route summaryIt’s a great app but when optimised route there should be another window in which we can see all postcode in optimised order . While I routing I have to scan item according to route this way all my item in scan order and that’s how I work. Here in this app I have to read all direction before I get to next postcode . ✓ Frustrating to useThe route finder was not intuitive at all and created a lot backtracking and overlaps. Additionally the map isn’t accurate and that resulted in the route ordering your stops super weird. Finally there’s no way of marking off the stops as you go. Again very frustrating..Version: 3.0.3
✓ Not Conducive To Multiple Vehicle DeliveriesThis app is misleading in their “tiers”. If you pay top dollar, you have unlimited deliveries, but there is zero option to share or assign routes to multiple drivers. Even our SMALL company, isn’t going to pay monthly fees for our five drivers…. Who had to use their own iTunes accounts to access. What a train wreck..Version: 4.6.1
✓ Good but limited to 5 routes dailyThis app was initially good in almost every way. I tried the free version and liked it. But every time I calculated a route, I got a message saying * optimizations left for today (* = between 1-4). So you are allowed to calculate a route a total of 5 times daily. So I purchased a subscription believing this limitation would be removed. Not so! Even with paid version you are allowed to calculate a route only five times daily. When I’m scheduling my home health patient schedule, it could change more times than that before it is finalized with people cancelling or asking to be moved. Also, I calculated my route, forgot to ask it to loop me back home so when I clicked to loop, that counted as an optimization. Then, I needed to add a stop, another optimization, BUT, it then defaulted back to unlooped. So when I clicked loop again, you guessed it, another optimization. That alone used up my ability to use this app for that day. Wouldn’t even allow me to manually route my addresses. Not a functional app at all when it works like this..Version: 3.3
✓ Update: pure garbageNew review: I am done. Everyday this app separates the last address out from a group of addresses so that i have to return to a gated community that is now out of the way. Everyday i submit feedback to the developers and they seem to not care. I am DONE and cannot stress what hot garbage and a time waster this app is. Old review: it is soooo much better at organizing destinations that i felt i HAD to update my review. It will still have you blow past a stop right next to another, but it has improved so much and i find it a valuable tool as a usps letter carrier. Old review: It helps organize the parcels destinations, but not much. If you know the area, you can do better with a pen and paper and a few minutes..Version: 3.7.2
