✓ UselessI completely agree with NolaLova’s review. This app serves no purpose other than to tell you what your current balance is and QR scan items. Most necessary functions must be done on a desktop..Version: 14.0.0
✓ Claim Filing Automatically DeniedClaim process looks clear and straight forward on the app, but I’ve received automatic denials repeatedly stating I don’t have sufficient balance in account. My balance is over $900 and my claim is $40. Reached out to customer service and the actions they told me to take (start date and end date) also didn’t work. Impossible to reach anyone over the phone. Looks like I have to go through a (potential) 180-day appeals process because the first card I grabbed when paying my copay was my debit card and realized my mistake too late for clerk to cancel..Version: 6.5.700
✓ Terrible for filing claimsGreat for checking balances and that’s where it’s usefulness ends. Every time I try to submit a claim it gives me an error and tells me that my date of service needs to be between 1/1/2020 and 12/31/2020. It’s currently March 2021. My date of service is not in 2020.
