✓ Beeps at start of record incoming callWhen I was testing it out to work out how to use it, I found it relatively easy to get the hang of. I wanted it to record an incoming call I was going to receive later on in the week. I was advised to record the call for legal reasons. I did a couple of trial runs and unfortunately when I started recording the incoming calls there were 3 or 4 beeps at the start of the recording. After that the calls were beep free. The creators of this app don’t inform you of this in their write up on it. I was so so disappointed. I’m a UK resident so laws about recording calls are different here. What a waste of my money..Version: 17.1

✓ Recordings are not working I would like a refundI have tried several recordings each recording is static he with no voice only the beats throughout a 20 minute conversation I disapprove of this app if there’s anyway to resolve it and pull up my recordings I may keep the app and continue my subscription but at this time I would like to cancel my subscription and will be doing so promptly.Version: 16.0
✓ T’s & C’sI’m not quite sure why do I need to pay for such app. There are only pre-paid options, you cannot ask for a refund. The only way to get rid of is to uninstall an app. Paying for my own phone calls it’s just ridiculous..Version: 12.3

✓ Very disappointedI am so disappointed with this app. I attempted to make an important call to a political journalist three times for my dissertation, it didn't work all three times even though I followed the instructions and he definitely answered the phone. I was charged nonetheless each time. It was embarrassing as I then had to make a fourth phonecall, this time a regular one and I had to record it on Vocaroo instead. ✓ Call RecorderI used call recorder on incoming calls, I followed all the instructions however several times it dropped the person I was talking to part of the way in the conversation. It dropped them several times and I had to re call and record several different times. Even though it didn’t work it still used up my credits. Added after developer review: Network connection and internet speed was good. I know how to use the phone and was adjusting volume during the call. ✓ Not fit for purposeI downloaded the app and bought £5 of extra call time. I received my important incoming call, followed the instructions given perfectly and the app didn’t work. The call was not recorded. I complained to the app developers but they simply sent me a link to complain to Apple. They didn’t apologise or offer me a refund. ✓ DisappointedAfter the app working well at the start it has just gotten worse and worse. I have terrible latency issues which causes a few second delay with the people I'm talking to over the phone. It's very embarrassing as I'm constantly talking over the top of people by accident. Makes the calls very awkward. I've decided to ditch the product all together and go with TapeACall. Call Recorder dev's have since said the issue is likely due to the carrier network and my phone but ever since using TapeACall I haven't had an issue. ✓ Okay, but seemingly the only okay optionThis app only allows you to record outgoing calls, and calls using the app are quieter than using just the phone and it is harder to hear the caller and for them to hear you. Also, charges are per minute for phone calls. US calls are $0.10 / minute. Which is annoying. However, this is the only app I could find that stores the recordings locally on my phone. All the other apps featured the "call merge" technique and recorded your call remotely and doesn't seem to be a secure way to record conversations I might want to..Version: 10.1

✓ Great App for Outgoing CallsI can never get this app to record when someone calls me, or if I do, I’ll follow instructions and merge calls using the app However, when I switch to merge calls so I can hear the other person again, the call looks like it’s recording, but it never does! ✓ Worst heavy handed vpn setupAs soon as I opened the app it said it couldn’t connect to the server and wanted to install its own vpn settings on my phone. I tried to click “Don’t Allow” on the pop up, but another pop up would appear before I could get out of the app. I couldn’t close the app. It was very frustrating not being able to get out. Fortunately I was able to open a different app using Siri, which got me out of this terrible infinite loop..Version: 11.1
✓ Good AppYou should change the ability of changing your phone number. It only allows you to change your phone number once. You should allow the user to change the phone number in the app how many times and whenever the they want. Change this features and it’s a five star app..Version: 10.1
