✓ No family subscription but good appMy son loves this app. I’ve been trailing several apps over the past month, trying to decide which he gets the most from. I found this one he really enjoyed and I could see him learning. My two biggest concerns are: 1) The app doesn’t support family subscription so while it works fine on my phone it doesn’t work on my wife’s iPad which leads to tantrums. Real shame cause this would be a real plus and may lead to me cancelling our subscription if I can’t get it to work across all devices. 2) On alphabet games there’s a part where he has to pop balloons and identify the ones that contain the letter that he’s presently learning. While I understand the value in this exercise, it’s presently configured to be 10 correct identifications, which seems excessive. At this point of the game my 2 year old looses interest after 5 or so balloons and puts the game down. Watching him I understand his frustration, it’s not that he can’t identify the letter it’s that he has to wait for the balloons to appear. Probably better if the goal was set a little lower or configurable by the parent. Overall I’m sat on the fence, it’s a great app but it’s portability across devices assigned to other users is a major draw back..Version: 3.2.6

✓ Do not download or buyIm giving it a one star cause I must rate it but this a 0 star I downloaded this app for my son and he loved it but of course we had to buy full version in order for him to learn more letters not just only A but when I purchased this app YEARLY it said first 7 days trial free ... but he was still not able to play full version i struggled with this app to make it work but it didn’t at all I immediately uninstalled this app before my 7 day trial ended I better not find a charge on cc that’s for sure..Version: 3.2.6

✓ Stop Normalising Masks to kidsDisappointing to see masks on the ghosts in the Halloween maths section that resemble the coercion that’s going on it the world right now. It’s fine to have your own beliefs but keep them to yourself. Do not normalise mask wearing for kids. It’s proven the masks are unhealthy and impractical. Sad to see, I was happy with our long time subscription until now. Will be cancelling..Version: 3.4.2

✓ App crashes no supportMy daughter loved this app and played it quite a bit. I even payed for the additional content. The app started crashing and no matter what I do I can’t fix it. It will not even load. I have unistalled and reinstalled it and nothing. I have attempted to contact them for support and no one responds. I cancelled the subscription and deleted it altogether. ✓ Can’t share subscription with wife’s accountWe bought the annual subscription because daughter LOVES these games. We have iTunes family sharing, but we can’t share full version because the subscription is an in app purchase which iTunes doesn’t allow you to share. If you could just purchase the app then we wouldn’t have this problem. It would be nice to have the full version on both of our phones. My daughter is the only person using the app, but we would have to buy the subscription twice. So instead of $40 for the year it would be $80 for us both to have it..Version: 3.2.6
