✓ It’s April 5…… and still no monthly horoscope for April. Susan Miller is constantly late with her horoscopes, which tend to say the same thing every month and include her own personal anecdotes. I don’t want a horoscope about HER, I want one about my sign, and I would like it to be consistent and on time, please. Word is she waits until other astrologers post their scopes and she cherrypicks info from them to write hers, hence the constant late postings. Whatever the reason, Susan is offering a service and when she is always late with that service, it’s not a good thing. She is unprofessional and inconsiderate of her readers. On top of this, she has the utter nerve to urge readers to switch to the PAID version of her app (which is also late all the time,) which, IMO, makes her a fraud. There are other astrology apps out there. My recommendation is to choose one of those instead..Version: 4.4.2

For an Astrologer it’s worrying that they can’t read a calendar and prepare in advance. So once you do get the months reading you find significant events and transitions have happened. But it annoys me to no end that every single month the forecast is not posted on the first. I downloaded this app because the web suggested it, and I thought, hey maybe the monthly will be posted on the app. Nope. If you like to start the month with a timely look at what’s coming up, this app is not for you. Susan, why not just start preparing the monthly’s a few days earlier so they are actually ready on the first? It’s just planning. ✓ Susan millerInfuriating how every minute or so the app flicks to an ad whereupon you have to wait a few seconds until the close icon appears literally forcing you to pay attention. Incredibly disruptive and intrusive. I couldn’t even finish this review in the app because it did this and then I lost the comment I was composing. ✓ Monthly HoroscopesSusan - I will not be renewing my annual membership any longer. I’ve been a long time fan and user of your app, calendar and even special events. Your monthly horoscopes are consistently late (here it is April 6th and no monthly yet) and that is disrespectful to your paying clientele. It’s inexcusable. Obviously time management is an issue as every month the excuses are elaborately explained when in fact this paying service should be clearly prioritized, which it’s not. ✓ StinksI just downloaded the new version for my iPad. I used to love Susan Miller. No more. For starters, while you’re in the middle of trying to read your horoscope, obnoxious ads take over the screen and it is extremely hard to x out of the ad. You have to keep pushing the X over and over again. And this happens approximately 10 times while trying to read one horoscope! Secondly, her so-called monthly horoscope is never ready on the first. It’s typically not ready before the third fourth fifth sixth,?? No telling what day of the month. If you know you have something due on the first, and you are repeatedly late, every single month~ either hire more people, or start earlier!! This is ridiculous. What good is a horoscope, if part of the month is already over by the time you read it? There are too many other great astrologists out there to keep wasting my time with this chick. ✓ Ads destroy the joy of the appThe ads addition to the app is a complete disaster. It even displays ads that are not English, like the Chinese one that popped up a minute ago and I had no idea what it was. I had to guess which Chinese button to click just to close the ad. This is extremely annoying and a way to make readers hate the brand they actually used to love. Also this app now displays the astrology zone calendar which is always asking for tremendous amount of money for shipping to St Louis MO than the calendar’s price itself. I always wanted to buy your calendar and one year bought it actually to pay huge sum of money to shipping which made me to say ‘No way again’. I also have the moon update app from Susan Miller and it is also still showing as an add on this app too. What is the point of giving an app add that you already sold? ✓ UnprofessionalI appreciate the work Susan Miller does, but the consistent, month to month, late product (got years now!) is unacceptable. To have varying health excuses and descriptive dramas when you miss deadlines, year after year, is irresponsible and unprofessional. People are paying their money for a product and you have a responsibility to deliver the product on time. Health is absolutely important but if it impacts the user experience of your product (for years now), you must implement processes such as not writing monthly horoscopes on the first day of the month. If it were free, that’s a different story, but if a user is paying $50 a month for a monthly horoscope, that needs to be delivered on the first of the month, each month, period. ✓ .In general I like the app but it is So disappointing that the monthly forecast is ALWAYS late. Very unprofessional. We are paying for this!!! Your customers deserve better. Now on the plus side Susan is Very accurate with spot on predictions. But please give forecast on holidays under the special dates - don't just give the name of the holiday because we already know that. And stop being late as this is very rude to your paying customers. You are asking for payment in advance and then withhold the product. I wish I could give a higher rating but the issue of not getting what I have paid for is a real problem. It is now July 7th and the monthly is still not up. You should be giving us a partial discount or rebate. Customer service is of no assistance when complaints are issued. I pay for a subscription to not only get the full horoscope but to not have to put up with ads. This app has turned into what I get from free horoscopes sites/apps. Why pay? It’s no longer sets itself apart from other sites/apps. Also, over the years of being a subscriber to this app, you learn to be patient on when the monthly horoscope is dropped. ✓ Fan of Susan, NOT the appSomething happened over the last year or so. I don’t know exactly when, but it’s made the app essentially unusable, unless you’re a subscriber. When reading any of the content, the advert interruptions are so jarring, that they destroy the flow of what Susan puts so much hard work into. I don’t mind banner ads, and other things to subsidize the free version of the app, but in this case I’ve never experienced an implementation that so completely interrupts the experience, requiring multiple steps to get back to the content. ✓ Always late and minimal contentI’ve been following Susan Miller for 10+ years. I had the premium app for years but canceled because she was always late on the monthly horoscope. I just did another trial last week to see if content was better and am canceling again. There’s always a silly excuse why she can’t get the monthly out on time and it’s March 5th with again no monthly horoscope available. The daily “extended” content is basically one or two extra sentences of nothing helpful and the extra content about signs and compatibility is available by almost every other astrologer at no cost. She has no problem getting our payment on time. At this point, she’s just become an unprofessional joke. There are far better apps out there by astrologers who provide full, valid content on time. ✓ Full screen ads make this app IMPOSSIBLE to useI LOVE susan’s work and have been a reader for years. i tell everyone about her. but this APP oh my god. i understand the importance of collecting some ad revenue, but in addition to ads throughout the post (which is fine) there are FULL SCREEN ads that come up multiple times while trying to get through the monthly, as if it were a mobile game. i’ve never seen anything like that on a text-based app. it’s ridiculous. and to make it worse there are some ads that don’t have an “x” anywhere so you have to literally close the app and open it again then go back to try to find your place again, only to be interrupted a minute later. ✓ NEVER on Time!This app has NEVER released the monthly horoscopes at the start of the month! People have been able to predict the paths of celestial bodies well in advance, yet EVERY month she is last minute still writing after the month begins. Extremely unprofessional! She even has the audacity to give predictions about the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th days of the month and by the time she publishes it, we have already missed it! I’ve read on some blogs that she likes posting late because it makes her app traffic numbers go up. Well, I’m done! ✓ Always delayed monthly forecastI enjoy using this app and the daily readings, but how is it possible that, without fail, the monthly readings are delayed by several days? ✓ Great insight but late every month.I think Susan Miller is fab, she has such in-depth analysis. But every month, without fail, she is late posting up. Which when you’re paying for a monthly forecast service is not ideal. However, the kicking she gets on Twitter is disproportionate. ✓ Good but....The Pisces horoscopes only ever refers to a Pisces born between end of feb and early March (she uses birth dates in her monthly readings) No content is ever written for anyone born between March 4 to March 20th. The monthly horoscope has only just published now and I actually read it for free on the website. Honestly what am I paying for? The app itself freezes regularly as well. ✓ Never on timeI must say to whomever receives this, I am annoyed that every month for as long as I can recall (years) the monthly forecast has been late. This is aggravating to those of us that are truly fans to the great Susan Miller. I time my month around her forecasts and it’s really disappointing that this is still her thing to be late. ✓ Issues with this appUnfortunately the app forces me to close out and open back again very often. At times I take a screen print the first second I’m in to avoid being booted out. I constantly get an error specific to my internet connection when Im perfectly connected and no other app complains. It would be nice not having to deal with that..Version: 3.25
