Very good for what it isI must admit thats not a bad app! Still needs a couple of updates like but its not far off. I go to the gym 4 times a week and i use this app 2/3 times a week along with some oblique work. I am actually just about to move to the extreme 400, today will be my last day at 8 sets of 25 reps so i though id post a review :) if you want a decent crunch app then you wont be disappointed getting this..Version: 1.6

Really enjoying the appI love this app.. I'm on week 9 and its gotten to be a challenge but its well worth it. It builds up the workout by increments, tells you what you need to do while you're doing it and records the results. The only thing that lets it down a little is that it doesn't record when you repeat workouts in the sit-up tally. Aside from that - great. Am thinking of getting one of their other apps for a change..Version: 1.4

Friendly and Easy to useLets face it, if we are looking at these apps (I bought the pack) then we must be prepared to be humbled. Yes, the numbers may seem low but it builds you in easy and if you're fitter than week 1 day 1 you can skip yourself forward and continue from a point more suited to your current ability. Slow build up but good resultsI really like this app. It places emphasis on the importance of rest and breaks so every step feels manageable. I think the stretching time is too long at the beginning and end when you start using. Five minutes stretch before and after the work out seems disproportionate to the amount of sit ups. Super easy interface for beginner and more!This app has so much potential. I feel as though you winning trophies after accomplishing each day. Unlike some apps it makes sure you stretch before and after doing the sit ups. After having several PTs I know this is key to prevent a halt in your progress. I am going to go all the way, maybe post photos of my progress each week. The only downfall here is the warmup before the stretches, maybe you could add some aerobic exercises that would help. I tend to run before using this app so I personally have no problems. Seriously good for those who keep giving upAlthough i should know better i have started and given up exercise regimes of my own. Situps is one of the apps to go with the 10K running and they are surprisingly motivational. Even if I have a blip in the routine its really good to get back on again. Wow!I had been out of exercising for 6 years when I started this and I used to do 100 sit-ups for warm up. Starting with 15 was really rough for me and it didn't get any easier, since I started from basically zero. However it was all totally achievable, which kept me going. 15 is now ok to do and I think that the longer I keep doing this, the easier it will get. Just the current number will remain a challenge to me, which is fine by me. If I don't push myself, I won't get anywhere and this is supposed to get me to 200 sit-ups pretty fast. To put this into perspective: I left the military and quit working out this way for 4 years. Then I joined a school for 6 months before moving again. There I went from 0 to 100 in basically 24 weeks. Now this app brings you from 15 to 200 in 10 weeks. Take the break days. Do the stretching. It's worth it. You can do it..Version: 7.2

Amazingly Perfect!I really can't explain how perfect this is, you have to try it for yourself! They have thought about every detail when making this app. Tells you how to warm up, timers, visualized goal, very easy to understand and use. If you switch to another app during rest time, it'll continue counting down and send you a notification when the time's up. You get a motivational quote at the bottom of the app, as well as, a nice scenic view at the top (both which change over time). Only recommendation would be to have a feature which sends a notification to the user every day (or 2-7 days, depending on user preference) in order to remind them and keep them in the routine/habit to exercise often (but can be disabled in settings). Also an "are you sure you wish to clear?" would be helpful in preventing accidental hits of the 'clear' button. These guys make the best fitness apps, they sure know how to make a good design!.Version: 1.4

Well worth the costI've always wanted to get into a regular work out regimen but never really commit.
