✓ Wrong Reading Scheme for UKWe love THUPs other games but this one has a serious problem as far as we are concerned and I have uninstalled it. Most schools in the UK follow a phonetic reading scheme. This app uses word names rather than sounds and our son's school strongly discourages us from deviating from the recommended reading scheme..Version: 1.07
✓ Won't respondLet me start by saying i LOVE these monkey apps...however, this one won't open/respond. i have shut ipad down, relaunched it, and even uninstalled it. i cannot add player and i can't hit support. no idea what's going on but its frustrating..Version: 1.03
✓ Good BUT!Love moneky math and this is OK to but it would be a GREAT APP IF if you could turn off the hints component. The app gives the hint way to fast and it is quite frustrating. Children need a moment to pause and process the word when spelling. The above changes would give this app 5 stars from me..Version: 1.0
✓ I don’t like the latest update that came out in the past!!👎👎👎I don’t know what you just did for the latest update but it is not cool!😡 So the first issue is when I am writing a letter and then stop, something randomly makes it get complete. When I write again, then it’s finished already! Don’t like that at all!! The next issue is the music! Oh no! Not cool either! Alright, what’s wrong with the music? Well, the issue is that there is no sound and I can’t be able to hear so there no way you’ll listen to it, because I can’t find the audio to turn it back up so I can hear it again. That WOULD be great, but the update is awful!😖😭😣😢☹️🥺🙁😩😕😫 I love this so much. Well for now I’m deleting it anyway! I HATE THE UPDATE SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.Version: 1.57

✓ HintI really love this app but recently the hint button appears to be broken. I’m having a student of mine practice only tracing the letters and I had turned off the hint option. But for some weird reason, the hints would continue to come on every few seconds. It got to the point where he can’t do anything because the hinting arrows would prevent him from tracing..Version: 1.47

✓ A little too advanced for under 5sI love the monkey preschool range, but this app is a little too advanced for the recommended age of under 5s. My 3 year old is learning to recognise the alphabetic and their phonetics and the American accent doesn't really help.Version: 1.10
✓ Please turn off the hintsIt's a great game but hints frustrate my child. They appear while she is trying to figure something out on her own! They are basically answers .... There needs to be an option to turn off the hints! My daughter has stopped playing this game because of that:(.Version: 1.04
✓ Fun but flawedThe games and there and fun, but the educational elements are flawed. The phonetic pronunciation of some letters is odd. The writing of some letters in the sand is wrong. Fixing these would help. There should also be an option to have upper or lower case letters only. Also just have phonetic pronunciation of the letters rather than the letter names. Much better for learning to read. Both previous titles I rated 5 stars, I'm hoping to update this review to 5 stars soon too..Version: 1.04
✓ The price!!!So for the bundle package of 8 apps you charge $14.99. I have 6 of these that I purchased previously, missing only 2 apps it wants me to pay $11 for those 2 that I’m missing.
