✓ Does not work with Eastlink on my iPhone 7.Despite 4 tech support sessions and 2 in-home repair attempts, this feature/device simply does not work. EXTREMELY frustrating. Can call up the guide and occasionally set it to record, but completely unable to watch/stream anything with this app when I’m not on my own home network, which is the whole point of having this. The App guide is often full of errors, particularly for sports. When attempting to record hockey or baseball I get an error message saying the program is unavailable or locked... neither is true. The old Eastlink streamer for my laptop pc does work when I’m away from home, although always has crappy/choppy picture resolution..Version: 4.4.2

✓ Poor List and Lack of HelpThe software and app developers only included a small list of providers, if your cable provider is not listed, you simply can't use the app. Really? At the end of the day, we just want to use the app as a remote control, therefore why the need of naming a cable company. In Puerto Rico, the complete island of over 5 million people is Liberty Cable, yet with such amount of clients, We can't use the app because it's only for the few cable providers listed. ✓ 3/5 UPDATE - DO NOT UPDATEThe March 5, 2015 update broke the app for all iOS devices. My previous review: Suggestion... The app tells the user to enter the 8-digit code shown on the TV screen. It doesn't tell the user that you need to go to a certain menu on the TV to make the code display. The next app update should include a message on that screen telling the user which menu options to select to show the code on the TV. Don't make the user call the cable company to find out how to show the code!.Version: 4.1.0
✓ Follow Me TV cannot find media playerIve been using Follow Me TV since I got Nulink 5 years ago. I updated to iphone XR. Now it wont work. Cannot find media gateway even though its listed. Contact Nulink who says call ARRIS, ARRIS says call Nulink. No one at Nulink even knows what Follow Me TV is. So what do I do? I cannot set up recordings except by going in TV and having to use the slow alphabet to try to find shows to record. Someone needs to take this responsibility. ✓ Total waste of time & $Don’t bother with the streaming app Arris Follow me TV, I have had it for a few weeks. It took about 2 hours to install, and has been unreliable in streaming live TV, and recordings. When it did work to steam content it would frequently stop, the start again. It also would not stream some of the channels I subscribe to. I have spent time with Eastlink customer support trying to resolve these issues without success.
