✓ VictoriaI love the magazine but the app still has problems. Whenever a new Special Issue comes out I can’t access it. I have to contact the support team and go through a process to get it on my device. I then have to download again all previous issues to view them. The support team tries to be helpful, but there seems to be a problem with the code in the app which makes it fail at numerous points. - Too bad!.Version: 8.8

✓ Subscription doesn’t workHave been subscribed for a year and it hasn’t worked for me since they updated the app several months ago. Tried everything and contacted the publisher but no response after several emails. Cancelled membership. Hopefully others follow suit..Version: 9.1.2
