✓ VERY HARD TO CONNECTSpent hours trying to connect this to the WiFi. The actual product isn’t cheap and now I’m stuck with this as I can no longer take it back. As soon as I deleted the app and retry it asks to rate the app. Since I had no success the first time, I will try again... if I cannot get it connect it’s going to the trash. I also have a canary camera which connected in minutes. Not worth it unless you have hours or days to putz around with it..Version: 4.2.3
✓ New updateAfter the trouble after the update, the new update finally works but be warned if you have the old version don't bother with the new update it is terrible. Since updating I have a good 10sec lag and the quality of the picture is very bad. With the new update you have the added extra of sound and for me it is not worth using as I have crackle and the sound is very poor however I have not tested the sound using an external mic. Overall I rate this new update 1 out of 10..Version: 1.1.0

✓ PoorVery unreliable. When working it has a very narrow angle of view - 60 deg. - which means you get very limited coverage. My one, MH20, has no microphone or speaker, cannot record. Refresh rate poor so movement is jerky. Good picture quality - when it's working. System looses signal from camera and it has to be reset by connecting to the LAN. So, up a ladder, unscrew box which houses connectors, unscrew camera from mount, do reset, repeat the following hour/day or whatever. Return to shop for refund. Rubbish..Version: 3.1.9
✓ BUY SOMETHING ELSE THIS DOESN’T WORKI wish I would have read the app reviews before buying the camera! I didn’t know of the app until trying to set the camera up. Basically I have spent HOURS(!!) trying to configure the camera to my phone. I get to the very last step and get an error. I contacted customer service and was told it sounded like an error with the app. I was sent an email to fill out, and to send to the development team, to receive additional help. Half a day later I am sent in reply, the same directions as were done through the app originally, and the camera still isn’t configured. I tried to go through the website but when I try to add the camera I am directed to “other products/services” I can purchase. If you are fortunate enough to see this before purchasing the camera, DON’T DO IT! At this point I would have rather spent triple the money and be done, than to have wasted so much time and still have nothing!.Version: 4.1.7

✓ Jan 2016 update - very concerned now!Since the password note was added to this app on 16 Jan 2016 I have not been able access the camera which was set up for myself and family to be able to monitor our 94 year old mother who resides on her own and who has mobility and health issues. The camera has been a god send and gives us peace of mind. Now all we can do is worry unless the glitch is fixed and fast. Very concerned..Version: 3.0.7

✓ Also needs preset position buttons addedApp works ok but really needs those position buttons like in the web interface to change views quickly, also the web interface for the device keeps losing the setting for manual speed, keeps going back to 9, really annoying! Also Biggest problem with motion detection is it's too sensitive to light changes even with compensation on, any cloud that passes over sets the motion alarm off and if sensitivity is reduced enough to avoid that, it doesn't sense anything else so it needs better motion sensing for outdoors, it also has issues with moving shadows. Some kind of sector or zone sensing to choose from would also help to avoid false positives on detection of moving trees or shadows from the wind..Version: 1.1.1

✓ Extremely poorAs an IT pro this is an extremely poor app. After logging in to my Supra account on my iPhone, a page asks for the camera login and password which it says “are on the rear of the camera”? No they’re not! Tried default settings eg admin/ password but nothing works and no advice how to get these even when logged into my account. Useless. ✓ Garbage app.This app is garbage. It will work for a day or two then all of sudden when trying to view the cam the app will throw an error saying unable to retrieve camera information. I called customer support for the camera and they said it was an issue with the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, which seemed to fix the issue, but only temporarily. Now every couple days I have to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work. Please fix this app..Version: 4.1.7
✓ The video might be okay everything else is horribleMy wife picked up this camera and I was a bit worried. It turns out I should have just made her return it. It took 4 tries to get the camera setup. The video does seem to be okay, but the listening feature has lots of extra noise. When I go into the app it takes a long time. Sometimes up to a minute to get an updated feed from the camera, but the normal view doesn’t include a time stamp to tell you if it really is live. Finally many times when I tilt the phone the wide views get distorted and I have to back to the main menu to fix it. So if you check this apps review before you buy. Don’t buy it. Spend a bit more on a better camera to watch your kids. At least a camera where they spent a bit more time on their app..Version: 4.1.6

✓ TerribleI must admit, I haven't tried any other IP camera's, but if they're as poor as this one, I will be very disappointed - very limited use as a security device. I CAN see people and objects, but the image is so pixilated that you cannot make out WHO they are or WHAT they are doing - that's on 720 mode. On High, the bottom third of the picture is non existent (looks as if the scan runs out of steam before it gets to the bottom of the picture) - maybe there's a fault with mine - I'll be taking it back tomorrow. Connecting the camera is not easy either. If you disconnect the camera, it never seems to re-connect to the same settings, necessitating in another 'add camera' operation, so the setup has to be done when the camera is located in the right position. I have not attempted to set it up using the wifi yet, but I dread to think of the difficulties this will entail, as, you have to get IP address via ethernet (which means the camera has to be near the router, or a huge long cable is required) but then, when ethernet is removed, all settings seem to be lost - maybe it will be different for wifi. Also, the small aerial in the back, does not tighten enough, so it keeps falling down. To sum up, the poor quality image is enough for me to rate it as not worth the effort..Version: 3.1.3
