✓ Really simple and impressively fastAfter some sort of fiasco with iCloud making three copies of nearly half my photo album, I found this app references on a forum. It was shockingly easy to use and quickly identified thousands of duplicates in under 60 seconds. But here's the thing I really like - unlike a couple other utilities I tried, this does not edit your library directly. Instead, it creates an album with all the duplicates, and then you can delete or review them. Very clever, and less prone to errors and library corruption. I HIGHLY recommend you try this - you literally have nothing to lose since there is no path that leads to a corrupt library or inadvertently lost data..Cthulhu5Version: 1.14.2

✓ Does was it says on box!I was very sceptical that this would work and although I have around 34,000 (not a typo) photos this app performed very fast. I am very careful with my albums, events etc and keep iphoto pretty tight, howver this app discovered around 30 items (mostly movies) that I had repeated saving approximately 800MB. Being the sceptical one I still carefully manually checked each to ensure I wasn’t getting a false hit for the items. ✗ Not as good as Duplicate AnnihilatorI have Duplicate Annihilator on another mac, and it works wonderfully, which is good because every time I back up my iPhone to my mac it duplicates all my photos. Decided to try Duplicate Cleaner, and it did find some duplicates on the first pass, but left many untouched. There's also no settings on it, whereas DA lets you adjust the sensitivity of the search. I recommend venturing out of the App Store sandbox and getting DA. It's $8 or so, and works really well..Maux123Version: 1.3
