✓ Cost me hundreds of dollars of lost revenueThis app and its developers should be sued. I’m A golf pro that mentors over 50 golf professionals worldwide. My clients submit swings of their problem students for me to review. The reviews take between 5-12 minutes. On average, this app fails to work correctly once a week. From lines appearing in the finish product that I never drew, to the video not playing, to a blank screen, I’ve wasted more hours than I could ever count using this app, and I will spend every moment I have available preventing others from using it. They don’t respond quickly and when they do their techs use emojis instead of words. It’s a joke that should be avoided by any serious sports coach.RyankchaneyVersion: 4.21

✓ NOT RELIABLE, VIDEO WILL NOT SAVE.I am EXTREMELY disappointed. I really liked this app at first and used it for my coaching course. It works fine for short videos but had to submit a longer form analysis video for an assessment that was about 5 minutes and the finished video wouldn’t save in the app or export to my phone. As a personal trainer I work 6 days week and am doing courses, but schedule is very tight and I wasted 45 minutes trying to retake the video several times and ended up having to ask my instructor for an extension on the assignment. Very bad and unhappy. Will be using another analysis app if this cannot be fixed. I didn’t see a note it the my 12.99 subscription that video length is capped. ✓ Constant in-app purchase errorApp is good and would be 4/5 stars. But 2 iPhones in the family constantly getting “in app purchases are not allowed” since app has been installed. Get this error even when not using the app… I’d be deleting it but golf coach uses it so have little choice. Developers please resolve!! ✓ Fix App PleaseThe features the app has to offer for telestration are great, but more than once a day I will have a decompression error message or it will say something about the app not updating properly and the only way to fix it is by deleting and redownloading the app. This often happens more than once a day and causes me to work way longer than I should be.
