✓ Battleground is fun!Battlegrounds is a fun mode that will keep you coming back for more. You only need to spend money for gameplay if you want to select from 4 heros instead of 2 at the start. I stopped playing constructed a while ago due to cards being limited and hard to get a good deck when I was playing like 4 years ago..Version: 25.0.159202
✓ Not pay to winWhile waiting for an update I see a few post stating pay to win. This is simply not true, they just lack the patience to put in the time for packs, dust, gold. It can be a grind but to be honest I didn’t even notice, you just adapt your deck to your dust supply until you are where you want to be. I’ve not bought very much, mostly the solo plays and starter pack, but I have several decks that I use without mass pack buying. The only real difference would be buying a meta deck on day 1. Unless you have saved up the dust that could take a few weeks to grind but this really is not a pay to win game and those that say otherwise learn some patience. They made it really easy for beginners with the 50 rank system. Just make sure you choose standard play, wild is crazy. The main thing blizzard does in all the games they ever make is overpower certain classes, aka flavor of the month. However in this game it’s flavor of the 2 yrs. Deathknights were a cancer I was happy to see go. For that reason alone I drop it a star, it may be a good selling strategy but DK Guldan was the most disgusting atrocity to ever enter a video game period, Jaina wasn’t much better..Version: 14.4.31268

✗ It’s a great game with a pay to win feature.The game itself is amazing, I don’t think I have put as much time in any other mobile game as Hearthstone. But Blizzard puts every small thing behind paywall. If you just starting unless you willing to drop 300$ on it you not gonna have any fun in constructed. But if you constantly play and get your daily challenges done you can play without spending too much money on it. It’s the perfect side game while waiting for something or doing something that doesn’t require your full attention. As long as you only play casually, at higher ranks where you know the meta decks and you can tell what cards are in the enemies hand and what you should play around it really becomes a Rock Paper Scissors game. But that only happens when you play the game with 200 IQ, that said it never feels great when you get stuffed by rng no matter what rank you at..Version: 17.2.47374
