✓ Alerts and Live VideoLove the team’s coverage and the app is pretty great, but I’ve noticed one little hiccup. When watching the live video, if an alert pops up on the screen it blocks view of the video and you have to tap OK to clear it. When this happens, the video feed jumps to the “next” video and you lose the live feed. To get it back you have to close the app, tap the live video option and watch the ad again before the feed comes back up. This could be problematic if people are in shelter watching the coverage. In those cases, seconds can make a huge difference. Any way to get this fixed?.Version: 4.8.400
✓ Can't use the new versionMy iOS only goes to 9.3 so I can no longer use this app. I am very disappointed. If you really cared about our "safety" during storms you would include older versions so more of us can use it. I used to really love this app: too bad..Version: 4.8

✓ Daily Video Won’t UpdateSince May 21st, the daily video will not update. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it and had the same problem. The daily video is the same one published on May 21st. It used to update once in the morning and again in the evening..Version: 5.3.600

✓ Really BadThe new design is so complicated that it bears little resemblance to the neatly organized app of before. It takes forever to get the same info as before and a lot of that is not there either or I still haven’t found it. Even the radar is hard to use now and I would have thought it would have been hard to mess it up. I may be elderly but I am not stupid and I think you really goofed up this time and if the programmers told you it was better you need a new set of programmers because no focus group that used the old app is going to like this messed up one..Version: 4.7.1002
