Older peopleAs someone who is 70 and have had surgery in the past year this has been a good help. Except for the floor exercise which are a no for me, it is good. I modify creatively the floor ones. It would help the app if the creators understood elderly at home a little better. But the standing seated exercise is great. Be safe and modify it to your ability..Version: 2.0.0

Brilliant!Have really been motivated by this app. I love that you can change how long you work out for, as well as the intensity of work out. It’s become easier to add into my life. Enjoying this App as a seguay back to exercisingI am a stop and start kind of person and currently at a start point again. I found this app and was very happy that it was a free app. Kind of sad when the updates included costs for new routines. Having recently retired and not done a great job of taking care of myself, I needed something to get me back into exercising and helping improve my physical health. This app is great because I could choose from the original 20 exercises options that allowed me to do routines that have me sitting for the whole time or standing for the whole time. I especially like the standing routines because they can be done almost anywhere at any time. Just need to stop and do them. The feature that I like most about this app is how you can adjust the exercise and rest times. It's perfect for longer workouts at home and setting up shorter workouts for when you're on the go. I also appreciate the tracking feature for how many days in a row you have done your workouts, since I like to do things in my own time without being pushed by others; this feature is my own cheerleader, keeping me enthused about continuing. So far I've only used a handful of the routines and I'm working my way through more of them but again, I am very disappointed that this app also went the route of purchases new routines, but at least for now I can still use the original free routines. I had been telling everyone I know about it because of time settings, easy routines and FREEness. Now I have to recant some of my enthusiasm but as long as the free portions remain free I'll continue to excitedly tell others. Thnx for the app - :).Version: 2.0.1

Better than expectedThis app is a lot better than I expected. I am a 75+ male who works out a lot. However I have knee and shoulder issues that after doing a series of these exercises once a day I have found less stiffness or soreness and increased flexibility. Really helpful app, really weird app locationWeird location once you download the trial. It isn’t in the App Store any longer and you cannot cancel it like other apps. This one directs you to links that aren’t generally working. It is not where your other apps are, it’s under “purchases”, even with the free trial. All the info is there, but ivtealllly had dig. I am aware that this is an app for seniors as I did download it, and the exercises are helping & motivating me after a very long illness. They are perfect and exactly what I needed to remind me to move. But, I think a more user friendly, intuitive app would be better..Version: 2.2.4

Just what I neededBear in mind, I am 43. But, I have been having lots of health problems lately, so I felt like a 60-year-old or older. That is why I signed up for this app. My first impression, after three exercise sessions, is: this is a one size fit all type program. I’m not sure what the little questionnaire influences. However, that’s how the old 1980s exercise videos all were, and $30 would get you one or two videos. so, the price was right.—-excellent, really. Plus, This has some variety every day! I see what others mean when they don’t know what the little figure is doing and how it doesn’t match all the videos, but I just needed something to get me moving in the morning… And this is easy enough to start out with! When I don’t know what to do, or feel, it is too easy, I make up my own thing to do. A suggestion I have, is making the animation “outline only,” instead of with black pants because you can’t tell what her legs are doing. Overall, I would highly recommend this app for simply getting started, if you’re afraid of exercise!.Version: 2.1.1
