✓ It’s the little things….We came here on a business trip, and even though we are busy busy, coming up to the room to relax, the tv is very very slow. We called and asked for new batteries because maybe it was the remote; they gave us a new remote (in a bag) but it didn’t help the lag when clicking through apps. The fridge is warm. The comforter has a rusty red stain on it, when calling to get some extra towels and washcloths 1. It took forever to get through and then it took forever for them to come up! They have to do better. For a resort like this- the hotel needs to be better equipped for its clients..PartyLaVersion: 1.2.0
