Blip Box is a sixteen voice drum synthesizer that may look nice but can sound mean. Blip Box takes inspiration from a variety of synths, both analog and digital. We pulled together all the things we love about drum synthesis: complex audio rate modulation, snappy envelopes, harsh effects; and put them together in a compact, touch-friendly package. The result is a truly unique digital sound engine that has taken on a life of its own.

✓ The best pure drum synth for live jammingI love this app. This is the best pure (no samples involved) drum synth for live jamming. The manual urgently needs a section about the pads. It took me a while to discover the long-press menu offering “Focus mode” and the copy/paste functionality. Otherwise many people will sequence their Blip Box, stare helplessly at the dancing controls and probably turn their backs to this wonderful app. BTW: I would use “copy” and “paste” instead of the lift/drop..Version: 1.0.2
