✗ Good but can be betterApp has certainly taken this program to the next level. However, I would love to see a few improvements: The ability to fast forward and rewind in 10 or 15 second increments like most videos played on IOS. Using the scrubbing wheel is not convenient. I appreciate the warm up section but would really like to see some cool down options. Lastly, from time to time my video will freeze mid-workout and I have to stop, click a different video and then go back and find where I left off. (Which is more difficult since I can’t forward/rewind in increments). Having this bug issue resolved would be great!.T.N.C .Version: 3.9.8

✗ Brocken PromisesBrocken promises after brocken promises… This app looks glossy & professional but when you reach out for support, the Beastmates are nowhere to be seen. I’ve been trying to use the 12 week programme & the 45 day Transformation programmes but I have not seen the changes which Fabian advertise.
