✗ Data disappearing - poor supportI’ve been using this app for about 4 years now. Even though the app when working properly is quick and easy to use I have over the years experienced some serious set backs. On a few occasions (probably due to an update) all of my data including customer info, templates all invoices and estimates just disappear. When trying to sync the data nothing appears, it’s like you’re a new customer again. I cannot explain how bad this is as a business owner. I haven’t been able to download a database of all the customers over the years and am left stranded. The customer service is shaky as it takes time for someone to get back to you and then it can take a week or two to get things resolved. Really very unhappy with the service..Version: 5.8.5

At first I just did them again but after the third time doing so it got a bit frustrating.
