✓ Needs better supportUpdate, problem was solved in a new update, so app would get 5 stars but the support is still appalling for an app like this, if you have problems with it don’t expect help from the companyI thought this was a great app then it wouldn’t allow expenses to be uploaded, one of the main reasons for using this on the mobile app, support we’re worse than useless and could give no time scale as to when this would be fixed To a small business working on the go this defeated the whole point of using a mobile app, am looking for alternatives.Version: 18.5
✓ Great app when it works properlyWorks great half the time then randomly says the invoice you just created has been paid and deposited mean while the invoice hasn’t even been sent or received and read by the client go figure on how that works !!!! Trying to get an answer or help is like trying to make love to a door knob ! I can Guarantee everyone will have trouble with this app eventually ! Don’t understand why you don’t simplify your apps not everyone that uses these apps are normal everyday people not Accountants that have time to sit down and sort through your apps errors and miscalculation’s how that even happens I’ll never know ! ✗ Desktop user unfriendlySERIOUSLY MAKE YOU SITE USER FRIENDLY A CHILD COULD DESIGN A BETTER SITE. STOP HIDING CRUCIAL THINGS. Mobile app is ok, not great. Just like the desktop version they unnecessarily hide important things that you are most like to use. Eg: to mark a paid invoice as unpaid.. Will take you an hour to figure out. And on the the desktop version forget it, THEY DONT EVEN GIVE YOU THAT OPTION! They advertise as making accounting easy, trust me far from it. There software is like a maze, everything is hidden, nothing seems to be where it should be to make the app/desktop user friendly. The only plus they have is, they have CIS and all its associated terminology for invoices. MAKE YOUR SITE USER FRIENDLY.Version: 22.12.2
✗ Worst customer serviceI’ve had my account deactivated for over 6 weeks now. I have contacted your support helpline multiple times and this company still has no reactivated my account. They have even charged my the monthly fee in that time when they can see that I haven’t had accessed it since August. Seriously this is ridiculous! The customer service team are all Indian as well so they are very difficult to talk to and understand. Considering moving over to another accounting software if this ever gets sorted..Version: 23.09.5
