✓ Won’t connectI’ve been using this app for a couple of years now and it’s always been fine. However since the 14/01/19 it just Wong connect. I’ve tried on two separate devices and both just get the aeroplane going round with the text ‘testing connection’. Very frustrating..Version: 1.17.2

✓ Not very usefulNo gate information and not intuitive at all. Recommend taking a look at the Amsterdam Schiphol app for ideas. That is a very useful and friendly app..Version: 1.12.0
✓ Fails login on internetI could not do my booking on line so I went to the airport i was told to park my vehicle anywhere the the attendant give me a email address to register my failure to a online booking. When I got to the Uk I send a email to the address your attendant gave me and explained that I could not book my car in on the day before I needed to use your car parking all I got back from them was I would have to pay the rate that was double the charge that what was if I could get into your internet system. On day five of trying to explain the problem all I was getting I would have to pay your daily rate . Then I sent two more emails and they didn’t even bother to reply to them if this is how you run you company I will not be using you parking system again . I hope that you can be bothered to reply and not ignore my email like the other people in your company. I await a reply from your company Thank you MR Malcolm HAYHURST.Version: 2.3.0
✓ Hay muchas cosas rotas1. Si te registras desde un iPhone, el teléfono te sugiere una contraseña súper segura, y aena solo deja hasta 10 caracteres. La intentas meter manualmente y entre en bucle. 2. No se pueden pegar textos copiados en un montón de campos 3. Cuando metes el via T como medio de pago no sale listado después de guardar, parece que no se ha guardado 4. El campo de email se válida cuando le das a registrarte en vez de hacerlo cuando se introduce el email.Version: 2.3.0
✓ A waste of my lifeI’ve just spent an hour trying to book and pay for car parking. I think I’ve booked parking, but as for paying. The app tells me it’ll take a small charge to set up a card. But it won’t let me type in the amount to be charged. The worst app that I’ve used in many years. It is not intuitive at all. No explanation as to what you should do. I’m probably going to cancel my parking now and go with another company..Version: 2.3.0
✓ No informationNo sign for long term parking. Map online does not explain where to go. Booked but could not find parking. We went round in circles four times. Kept following parking signs and ended up in P1 again and again. Office just kept telling us to go out, round the island again and follow long term parking. NO SIGN. It says Abonos….and, apparently, you have to follow the road to the end. Missed our flight. Cost us €200 to rebook. AWFUL site. Should have used Low Cost parking..Version: 2.1.1
✓ Frustrating- life is too short for this!Some of the App is in English, but it quickly reverts to Spanish when you click on next page, and it is guesswork from then on . In my case the consequences were that when I was required to complete the box ‘datos de matriculate’ I thought that I needed to input the date, rather than the registration details of my car. Absolute chaos ensued. It is impossible to rectify this retrospectively online. Well perhaps it can be done but, damned if I will live long enough to find out.Version: 1.19.4

✓ Horrendous UXThe Aena website for Madrid airport is completely unusable. How hard is it to just lay out where everything is in a map? There are too many pop ups and ‘interactivity’ implemented in place of usability. WHY do I have to download an app just to get a basic map of the airport? Just so I can be served more ads? ✓ Looks promising but uselessThis app monitors your location, records credit card info email and allows a transaction but when you try and purchase a discounted lounge ticket, none of the salas vip or aena support can help you !
