During this effect, Spartan Spearman gains X% more ATK and ATK SPD (can stack), and ignores DMG limits of targets (Cooldown: Xs). Skill Name: Hex Formation
Skill Description:
Summons a Hex Formation that lasts Xs using X enemy unit as its center point. Enemy targets within the Hex Formation receive DMG equal to X% of Hex Painter's ATK every Xs, have their ATK reduced by X%, and receive X% less healing (Cooldown: Xs). (This Hero reduces DMG received by X% and is immune to Silence. When attacked, she summons a copy of herself that lasts Xs to fight alongside her. Cooldown: Xs. When her copy dies from an attack, it restores X Energy to every friendly Hero and also restores each of their HP equal to X% of their Max HP.)
