✓ Nick And SaraWe used this Ap for the first time for our trip to Dubai, we did a couple of tours which were excellent and we enjoyed. We were due to go on another (dune bashing) but Sara put her back out and we were advised not to go on the trip. We were past the refund time but having contacted the Ap help line by email and explained the circumstances they came back same day and confirmed a full refund. When you travel abroad and look for activities some of the companies offering the service seem a bit dubious and the last thing you want is to turn up for an event or tour and the company doesn’t exist but with get your guide they offer that peace of mind. I was more than satisfied with the customer service and the end result. ✗ Tea ceremonyTrying to book this good luck as added kimono without request then could change booking then chat took ages. Still couldn’t verify without getting all details myself again. Same happened team labs took me ages to book. Obviously the app not up to speed. Don’t want to Waste hour booking then rectify & chat to get stuff sorted then supply details again.
