✓ Clever but needs a few improvementsNeeds improvement when only putting in half hour and 15 min appointments. You can't see the service written as the next appointment covers it. Or the name of the previous one covers the following appointment. Need to clearly see what each appointment entails. Perhaps being able to set your zone for when school holidays are on for your area, highlighting the dates I'm a different colour would be useful..Version: 2.1.2
✓ Shear MadnessIt's going pretty well however, there are some really annoying things....... Getting kicked out, wrapping appt. around each other can get completely covered(have to delete & remake), having to delete zeros to put in amount, & not having a separate product line which makes the totals pretty much useless to me!.Version: 2.1.2
✓ Not working.It's a shame about this app it has the potential to be great but fails on a few points. Firstly only one stylist can use it, as you cannot run multiple columns. The reports page doesn't work at all, it acknowledges I've had a client in but registers zero takings. In services there are only 7 colour choices (in your calendar the colour is the only way of knowing what service your client has booked) so after the 7 choices you have to repeat . I'm sure most salons run more than 7 services so things could get pretty confusing. On top of that following the last upgrade it's has repeat all of my client details and services so there's 2 of everything. To give it one positive it's very useful to be able to send clients a appointment reminder. As I said its a shame it could be great!.Version: 2.1

I would like to be able to import ONLY one client contact or select client contacts as I had import all contacts and then delete each person I didn't want. I have emailed tech support more that 5 times and to date, have not had a response. It's frustrating!!!! Even though it has lost data I would not be so frustrated if costumer service would respond back and help me retrieve it. The data IS showing up on the phone but I use the iPad at work. ✓ Needs updatingI use to love this app, until it finally stopped working, I can’t get my monthly financial reports anymore and it’s tax season which makes it even worse! I finally started using my gloss genius account since this happened and I’m adapting pretty well. They really need to fix the glitches with this app and do some updating! ✓ DisappointedI was excited at first when I purchased the app yesterday and I inputted all my clients info, appointments & beauty services but then I had to replace my mini iPad at the apple store yesterday evening. ✓ ConfusedI have used this app for 4 years. I love the easy system.... I decided that to update the app may be useful as, “who knows” I may be missing out on new additions. ✓ $10 of Horribleness.This app has so many problems. It looks like it was thrown together, and based on the list of app that this developer has it probably was. Its missing some of my contacts after importing. I have tried a few other app, and this one requires me to type a lot. I have to manually do a lot of stuff I simply don’t have the time to do as a busy stylist. Especially for $10 you would think they would at least help you a little more than just import your contact list for you. You can’t even select which ones you want to import. I find the calendar is horrible, I’m constantly trying to figure out how to add an apt. There is no support for double booking? Has this developer ever talked to a real stylist or just his barber? The email apt reminders is very dumb, it doesn’t include the time, How is that useful ?? Anyone who thinks this app is awesome has not tried some of the other options out there. ✓ Lost everything, do not recommend!It all started off really well and I was very impressed......then it started losing information put in earlier that day and duplicating other appointments on the same day as a null appointment. If I needed to change what the clients services were, it wouldn't change the price, I'd have to do it manually or delete and try again. I'm annoyed as I paid for this and it has messed up everything! ✓ Keeps shutting down and doesn't sync btwn more than one deviceBought this app originally on my iPhone. Worked fine when you added your contacts. Then when you add your services it was fine. I bought a iPad a couple months after I bought the app, and the two don't sync together. I emailed the support staff a couple times and kept getting the same email saying to make sure they are both under the same account and then to restart both devices. I did that a numerous amount of times and it still doesn't work. So then I tried just putting it in manually on the iPad and every time I added a service the app just shut down so I would have to go back into the app and do what I did all over again or just left off from where I was. Really annoying. It happened EVERY TIME I added a service. Oh and when I tried taking my contacts out that were not my clients the next day all my contacts were back in there. Disappointed that I spent $10 on this crap that doesn't work when it clearly says that it syncs with numerous devices and that it kept shutting down on me. It is very patchy, stops and starts, just keeps stopping and going back to home screen, I have gone into it and accidentally touched something ( don't know what) and it changes the name on the booking, so I have to use my diary as well as this to ensure this does not happen. Hope they enjoy my $10 for an app that doesn't do what they said it would. -You can't save a reminder/confirmation message. It now allows you to customize the text in your appt reminders, but you have to change it for every single message you send out. PAIN IN THE BOOTY. ✓ Not worth the priceEvery time I added a service the app would close. When I want to change the services or client of an appointment that's already booked, the duration and price does not change. If I exit the app and reopen it, my services and appointments don't show - I have to completely shut down the app for it to work. I have added tax to my prices but doesn't show up in reports. I haven't tested the announcements part of the app yet but I liked the idea. Should I suggest that the app should have a program to enable discounts of a percentage and a $ amount. ✓ 50/50Love how it works all your accounts out and I love how easy it is to book people in with the services and prices. I do find that every time I look at the app I have to remove it from the background and bring it back again otherwise all my clients info and appointments go! I also find I'm double booking clients more now than I did with a dairy and reading other reviews it seems the app deletes appointments on you!
