✗ AwfulNot reliable at all!! Upload contacts and it uploads multiple times, so then you need to go through n delete the extra. Then it deletes everything!! When you have an appt based business you can not have a service that deletes everything!! Contacted support and they gave me crazy instructions to refresh my client profile. Plain n simple I can not use anything that is this unreliable. Again AWFUL!!! I asked for my money back! I had to rate it a 1 but really it should be -5!.Dillinger730Version: 2.1.2

✗ Sms reminders are useless due to no notification!This app needs a sms reminder popup to send to clients, say 24 hours prior to the appointment. Without this, the reminder function is practically useless. The app would otherwise be perfect. Although basic, a sms reminder feature is the one feature it is missing.
