Chicago Bikes — A One-Tap Divvy Bike App for Positive User Reviews
✓ Great! But Inaccurate?I love divvy, and the app is intuitive and easy to use. It is interesting that I was prompted to review it as I checked the app standing at a divvy stop with one open slot as the app said there were 7 open! Overall great app. 4 stars only because I can't get audio turn by turn directions, but I gotta assume that's coming, right?.Version: 1.2.2
✓ Always accurateEasy to use and always accurate..Version: 1.4
✓ Very HelpfulThe only thing that would make it better is if they worked with Divvy and made it so that you can generate a new code from the app. Boom..Version: 1.4
✓ Love this app and Divvy!!They have replaced some of the bikes lately. They have maintained the quality of their company since the beginning. I love that....Version: 1.4
✓ Super accurateVery reliable.Version: 1.7
✓ Gorgeous AppBeautiful app, works great and quickly tells you what you need to know. The timer feature is nice too..Version: 1.4
✓ Great appGreat.Version: 1.4
✓ Awesome streamlined interfaceChicago Bikes really makes finding the few closest docks super easy… especially when using one handed on a bike..Version: 1.4
✓ UsefulEasy way to confirm there's a bike or open dick nearby.Version: 1.4
✓ Extremely UsefulThis app is extremely useful for all Divvy Users - tourists, occasional riders, and avid users. A timer is available so you know how long you can ride. I especially like the feature that shows how many docks/bikes are available at a station since I've been burned many times. Best of all, this app is free. However, I am only giving this app 4 stars because it can use your location at all times. I highly suggest developers considering allowing users to allow location services only while the app is in use..Version: 1.4
✓ Great little appSimple, clean interface lets you find bikes and docks quickly..Version: 1.4
✓ Review the app, not DivvyIgnore the low ratings posted here as they are for Divvy and not this app, which is great. Love the design and ease of use. You can do it one-handed while coasting on your bike. Yes, Divvy can be confusing for the uninitiated who are trying to just rent and go. If you're not a monthly Divvy subscriber with a Divvy key fob, you have do have to take some time to read instructions and pay for your bike...about as much time as it takes to use the new parking kiosks on Chicago streets. I think the 30 min rent time is actually fine since no bike station is more than a 10 min ride away..Version: 1.4
✓ The perfect app for divvyThis app is exactly what an advid divvy rider needs. Open the app and you immediately can find the closest station, and find out if t has bikes or docks left. To plan your route the map is a tap away. I've used it countless red lights to find my next dock. Would recommend to ride!!!! New to divvy or a veteran in bike sharing!.Version: 1.4
✓ Great for touristsEasy app, works all the time. Perfect for tourists and locals alike. gives you all the information you need regarding available bikes, available stations and so on..Version: 1.4
✓ Killer AppI don't often review apps but this one is top 5 for design and utility. Smart, useful, ambition matches function and it's handsome..Version: 1.2.2
✓ Wonderfully simpleThis app is great for finding nearby Divvy station with a minimum off fuss. Perfect for commuting..Version: 1.2.2
✓ SolidEasy And reliable.Version: 1.7
✓ Really good! Please ignore the reviewer who asked for turn by turn... That makes no sense and the last thing this city needs is more divvy riders checking their phones while riding. I like the idea of an in app purchase to remove the ads and I'm happy to pay for good apps that are well thought out. You should make it more clear that it cost $0.99 to turn the ads off. All it did was prompt me to enter my password which is a little disingenuous and I'm sure there are people who do so without know it cost money. Overall, I love the ease of use of this app. I can tell the goal was an app that can present all the necessary information just by launching the app (no taps) and you did that. Kudos!.Version: 1.2.2
