Baby Tracker - Newborn Log for Positive User Reviews

Great app! This app has the capability to track many details about your newborn. It came to be a life saver for me as I struggled with milk production; the app helped to make sure I knew exactly when I had last pumped or my baby had fed and to appreciate trends during the day that could help me decide when I could feasibly plan a pumping session. My favorite aspects are: 1. Capability to have the same account uploaded on several devices. My family and I can log from either my phone, spouse phone or our iPad. The latter becomes helpful when Family is in town and helping to change dirty diapers and feed. 2. Ease of use! All the functions are clearly labeled - if this overtired Mom can figure it out at 1am while holding a baby well you can too! 3. Versatility in appearance. Initially we were using all the logging g functions ( diapers, feeding, weight checks, medications) however as we got into a groove we used the app exclusively to track feeding and pumping. It was nice that we could personalize the appearance to remove the diaper buttons!!.Version: 3.10

Needs two updates to be perfectI love using this app to track everything for my baby. I’m a nurse and this feels like charting - but in a good way! My husband also has the app which makes updating diapers, naps, bottles, etc. super easy. I really like having the charts to see how the baby’s schedule has changed. I can look back and see how far he’s come with his sleeping habits. It also helps with knowing when to move up sizes in diapers or how many to pack for a trip because we know exactly how many he goes through every day. Even my sleep-deprived, newborn mom brain could use the app and track feedings and diapers without having to rely on memory! It takes seconds to log a diaper or update that the baby woke up, so I don’t feel like I’m constantly on my phone. One update I would really like to see is a wasted breastmilk option. I can update my inventory, but I can’t document why it was wasted. I’d also like to be able to get from the daily review to the charts page without having to go back to the main page first. These are minor issues and I happily paid for no ads after a few days using it because it works so well for me..Version: 4.12

Amazing app, essential for newbornsThis app is absolutely incredible. It lets you track everything, as much or as little as you want. It also lets you sort your data into flow sheets, summaries, and charts for doctors visits. We’ve tried every baby tracking app and this one is by far the best!.Version: 4.27

Useful data collectionGreat to see trends. Great for parents and caregivers to easily see what’s happening for your baby. In the early days, it was helpful to give accurate information to healthcare providers. We still use it at 2yo and find it especially helpful for knowing when the next dose of medication can be given..Version: 4.31

Please add complication!I love this app! It makes tracking her feeding and output so easy. The one thing I REALLY want is a complication for my Apple Watch, I just this app more than I do anything right now..Version: 4.26

Essential app for new mom!I never write reviews, but this is worth writing one for. I’m a FTM and this has been a game changer. No stressing when was the last time you fed, etc. the trends are great for sleep training. 5/5 with oht a doubt..Version: 4.23

Quite intuitiveThe easiest and most efficient baby tracker app I’ve tested. I synced my account with my wife’s phone so both of us can update and check the baby’s log. I’ve downloaded other apps with tons of functions that end up making the user experience not as straight forward as this app here..Version: 4.26

Great app for keeping trackAfter the first week or so of trying to remember when I'd last fed and changed my baby I was recommended this app and I'm so please I downloaded it. It just takes the thought away from keeping track, which is particularly helpful in the early weeks. I've then found that the chart features help me to see when natural trends in her feeding and sleeping times are starting to emerge. It's simple to use and does everything I need it to do. A great app! One minor tweak I'd suggest: in the pattern view you can see by week but if it's e.g. a Monday it would be good to be able to see that day together with the previous few days on the same screen. It's easy enough to press the arrow to go back a week but some kind of rolling scroll would be useful..Version: 2.06

Very helpful and useful!I never write reviews but I love this app so much that I had to! My first bub is almost 6 months old and I've been using this app every day since we came home from hospital! It is so handy to have a record of all of bub's feeds and nappy changes. I even add little notes in if I notice anything that changes or worries me and then I can look back for patterns or to let the Paediatrician or GP know. I always forget when I last fed bub or how long ago it was or when I last changed his nappy and all I have to do is check the app and it will tell me exactly how long ago it was! It even helps me time how long bub feeds from each breast and has been amazing in reminding me which breast he last fed from to keep up with that too! I even add bub's solid feeds in, what he ate and how much and if he had any reactions to new foods. I also record when he had water and how much! I love it and would recommend it to any mum! There is just so much more you can do with this app that I haven't used as well!.Version: 2.06

Fundamental to a successful routineWithout the baby tracker app, there’s no way we would have been able to get our son on to such an effective routine and it’s just so easy in comparison to using a paper diary- you always have your phone on you when you’re nursing so it makes it so simple to keep track of everything. The review and chart features also enable to you to really analyse how the baby is doing and if anything isn’t working you have all the info you need for your doctor or health visitor to try and work out what’s going wrong. I would recommend to every mum from birth..Version: 3.06

Great app! So easy to use!I am very thankful for Baby Tracker! I just had my first baby a couple months ago and this free app has been a life saver in keeping track of feedings and soiled diapers. I’m very glad it is free! That was one of the main things that drew me to it initially. Then after using it a while I realized the many other benefits of the app. I looked a lots of baby tracking apps before my baby came and this one takes the cake! So easy to use and not filled with needless stuff. There are three suggestions I would like to make to the developers. It would be nice to have a calendar built in to track baby we’ll visit appointments and also a place to put any questions for baby’s doctor. I find I am not as apt to write down my questions since there is no option to record them in the app. A second thing that would be EXTREMELY helpful would be to be able to access the timer when nursing even if my phone is locked. For example, on an iPhone if I swiped down my notification screen, or just lit up my phone while locked, it would be so helpful to be able to pause the timer quick. With a squirming or crying baby, I often forget to pause it and then my time is incorrect of how long I nursed. Lastly, it would be very helpful to have the ability to pause the sleep timer..Version: 4.05

Download and USE!! You won’t regret it!I literally cannot say enough good things about this app!! I never write reviews but, felt compelled to do so for this application. I am a very detailed person and like to keep track of every moment to make sure that I’m doing everything right as a new mother. I was writing things down, making my own spreadsheets etc. This took the place of me doing that. They really have thought of everything that you need to help keep you and your baby on schedule. Because at 2 o’clock in the morning you can’t remember when you last changed your baby’s diaper; if it was a mixed or just a wet diaper; how many ounces you fed him or her and, just how many ounces you pumped……. just for example. It’s also great because you can share your progress with your pediatrician as you have all of the information at your fingertips. Also, if you have a caregiver and/or your partner can download the app and keep up with the schedule so you don’t miss a beat! Download and USE this app!! I promise you won’t be disappointed!.Version: 4.27

Baby Pattern Hunting GaloreI paid for the ability to export the charts to Excel but after using this app religiously for the first 3 months with my baby I realized I didn't need to export data. The charts and look back window (weekly, monthly, last 30 days, last seven days) were sufficient for seeing patterns and reporting to the pediatrician necessary info. I give four stars because I believe this app could be even more accommodating if one more option for feeding was added. Dear app makers, Please add an option for breast milk fed with bottle. I'm sure there are other mothers who would like to track this specific type of feed too. I also suggest building in the ability for multiple guardians, caretakers etc to have access to a particular child's history. Now that I have returned to work full time and rely on other people to care for my child, I cannot update the charts as accurately or consistently. At the moment, I only track the time I spend with her. I appreciate this app but it is proving obsolete to the demands of a working mother life style..Version: 2.06

Phone App is good. Watch app is rubbish! The app itself on your phone is fab. I wish you could play around and change the layout a bit but it works well. I paid for the app to work on my Apple Watch and it is so bad. It’s not user friendly. Rarely updates. You can’t amend times it only goes from the time your inputting anything. To say you have to pay £5.99 for the full version there isn’t any difference and it is not user friendly. 5 stars would of been given had the watch app worked! Overall good product and i would recommend just the free phone version. Not the watch..Version: 4.10

Best app ever for anyone with a newborn & it’s free wow !!!I never write reviews but this app is a game changer. I have recommended it to multiple friends & they all love it. It helps you track feeds, nappy changes etc give you space to write a comment on each entry e.g yellow mustard poo. Any questions the midwife will ask you about amounts, times, feeds & bowl movements are all saved in one place. Best thing about this app is you can co share it on multiple phones. So daddy can see what baby has been up-to & enter info as-well. When your sleep deprived this app will tell you the last feed etc. Also it has a great pattern creator so you can help see your little ones routine. Best app ever & it’s free wow thanks app creators your life savers..Version: 4.17

Great app to track baby detailsSimple to use and great for tracking diaper changes, feeding, sleeping and more! I love that multiple people can access and log information this has made it so much easier for both parents to add details and easily tell when was the last feeding or the amount of food/diapers per day to inform the doctor. This app has been a great helper for us as new parents. It is also great that you can add more details on notes if you desire or track other things like medicine and growth. The integrated timers and alarms are very handy to track how long a feeding session lasts, how much time baby spent on each breast or even tummy time. Would be great if the app allowed to mark baby is now awake when you’re registering another activity like a diaper change or feeding and an option to know the last side of feeding even if there was a pumping session in between..Version: 4.28

SO HELPFULI never write reviews but had to write one for this app. After just having my first baby both of us were in hospital for a few days with infections and found it had to keep track of feeding, honestly found the first app I could find for baby tracking and this one was the first, I’ve been using it religiously ever since. I simply quickly press formula then start feeding my baby, with the new iPhone wallpaper update you can also at it as a widget on your Lock Screen which is so so handy, just tap the screen or lock button and see how long ago baby was fed. I’d be lost without this app..Version: 4.27

Sleep deprived life saverWe tried so many other apps, they were complicated, too blingy, too many features. This is the ‘Apple’ of the baby tracking apps, simple, easy to use, sync works perfectly across users and especially good for users with different technical abilities. This app has been a life saver when on a feeding schedule and sleep deprived..Version: 4.22

Fantastic AppWe’ve been using this app since our little one was a week old. It makes tracking feeds and nappy changes so easy. I love that it brings a bit of structure to our day- time really loses meaning with a newborn, but this app makes it really easy to track when you last fed and changed baby (making it easier to see when the little one is going to be wanting their next feed). It’s also helpful to be able to see patterns forming once you’ve been using it for a while. My favourite feature is the ability to sync across multiple devices, meaning my partner can enter in his nappy changes and start a feed timer too. This is a really great app!.Version: 4.06

ExcellentExcellent app! Highly recommend.Version: 2.06

Useful appThe app is really helpful for keeping track of feeding, sleeping and changing habits. However, it could be improved. The ‘review’ section would be better if you could identify trends or patterns to help with routine setting by displaying the information in a format other than a list and the best improvement possible would be if the app worked in ‘night mode’ on the iPhone for all the nighttime activity. Nothing worse than trying to log info at 3am with a bright white screen!!.Version: 4.16

Love it!So incredibly helpful to tracking everything!.Version: 2.06

Incredibly usefulReally love the app. Love that we can sync it between my phone and her phone. We absolutely love the “routine” section where we can see when our baby sleep, as been fed, etc. As well as the easy to use timer etc. Love the summary to have a global look per day at all the different aspects. Only thing is because we breastfeed and give milk-based infant formula in powder to fill our baby, the number of time he is fed in a day is not precise. Sometime it’s only breastfeeding, sometime it’s only the milk in powder, but when we do both it counts as if we fed him twice. Could you add an option to the breastfeeding section that If we give him some other complement it doesn’t count as feeding him twice? Thanks!.Version: 4.26

Useful, user friendlyI love this app and record daily.Version: 4.29.2

Doesn’t work on Apple WatchIt never properly synched on Apple Watch. As a busy new mom I don’t always have my phone close by so I was hoping the app would work on my watch as advertised. Unfortunately it never has, even after trying a variety of solutions such as creating a synched group, removing the app and reinstalling etc, nothing worked! Very frustrating.Version: 4.18

Almost perfectThe iOS widget sometimes is out of sync with the app until the app is opened itself, if something was n’entêtes on another device. Same with the watch app. Also not sure why you are not allowing the app to be installed on M1 macs which would be useful for me..Version: 4.24

Love this app! This app is so incredibly easy to use (which is important when busy with a baby!) & you can store all the information you like! I love that at a glance I can see when my son last did everything & the graphs are AMAZING for beginning to see his natural, self set schedule :-) Also great for answering any medical professionals questions! Highly recommended!.Version: 1.5

Sleep trackerI wish I used this in the early days of my baby being born but only started when I wanted to track feeds and sleep to check out her routine but love it. Its straightforward and easy to use. Only thing I wished it had was a way to track awake times at night. At the moment I have to use when I feed to gauge when she was awake as I don’t want to stop/start the sleep for a nighttime sleep. With a baby who is awake a lot at night sometimes for hours but would be handy to track when she wa awake over a night not when feeding as I’m not feeding all the time..Version: 4.09

Has everything you needBeen using this app for my newborn for the last three weeks. Incredibly easy to use and has everything I need-feeding, changes, sleep etc. Particularly found the ability to track medications and temperature useful. Free version works fine, but so good I bought the full version to reward the developers for making such a good app. Highly recommend..Version: 2.06

Love the app but recent update has a bugRecent update is causing the time to disappear when I push sleep to end my child’s sleep. It becomes blank. I push it and let it sit for a sec to see if my kid actually is awake or not and then when i look again, blank. Didn’t do this the last 2 years i’ve used it, just after the last update Great app. Makes it easy to not have to write down everything. I used iBabyLog and the developer stopped updating so i lost all of my older kid’s stuff I marked as it doesn’t work with the new iOS which is awful and was afraid i wouldn’t find a good one like that, and this def is. I wasn’t finding another app that could combine it on mult devices like the other app until this one! I really like that you can mark something and set it up for someone else to have access to doing that on their phone too. So convenient and that’s the main reason I went with this one over every other one..Version: 4.04

AwesomeAwesome app! So useful!.Version: 4.26

I wish I had this at the start of parent hood! This app is brilliant, I really wish I'd had it straight after having my baby. You don't have to struggle to remember which side you fed them on before, or if your heads a bit fuzzy from lack of sleep, how long they've had their nappies on for. There are only 2 reasons for not giving 5 stars; As my baby daddy is away all week, working, I screen shot things and send to him but it would be good if he could log in before, it sounds trivial but if your discussing the baby and want an opinion etc then they can look at the information with a fresh set of eyes etc. Also, my baby will sleep quite well at night, only waking to be fed, it would be handy if there was an option for this, instead of clicking woken up, then fed at whatever times & for how long, and then re clicking the back to sleep. Often in the middle of the night after 3 hours sleep you don't remember to do these things and I'm left racking my brains for the time she went back to sleep, or ill wake up and the app will think the baby has slept for 12 hours, which would be even handier.... but really an excellent app, I searched for an app when my child was a newborn and can't believe I didn't find this!.Version: 2.06

A great supportI am not one to actually write reviews for apps but this one definitely deserves one. This app has been invaluable over this past first week home with our first baby. Coming home and struggling with breastfeeding, having to express then top up with formula and keep an eye on how many ml she's taking in, tracking medication for myself and bubs, and keeping an eye on wet nappies - without this app to keep a track of things I would have had bits of paper everywhere and extra mess that would have added more stress. A great resource for any mum!.Version: 2.06

Easy to useExcellent app. We use it to track everything. Very helpful if you want to know “when was her last bottle or nap?” Etc..Version: 4.24

First review I’ve written-best app I’ve used!My husband and i have used this app since day one for our first little guy (we’re about four months in currently) and have never complained about this app once! As a first-time mom, I use this tracker hourly and I truly believe it has helped me keep my sanity and figure out my son’s cries and needs easier. All the data is so easy to enter and even fix/remove if you make a mistake. It exports as well, if you’re into data analyzing and want to do that. I love adding fun things like sweet moments and milestones so we can look back at all the changes he’s already made this far. My only suggestion for an improvement would be if we could add a video under the Joy moment as well as maybe the option to save more than one photo. All in all-I absolutely recommend this app to all my friends and to any parents out there (especially first-time). You will not be disappointed!.Version: 4.12

The best App hands downThank you for creating such an amazing app, one less thing for me to worry about. I have tried so many baby tracking Apps and this one is the best. Thanks for having a widget feature. It’s so handy to check in a glance. I have to say everything in this app has been thought through and so easy to use without any unnecessary frills like blogs and articles. We are all busy mom and don’t have time for those. Well done guys! Keep up the great work..Version: 4.05

Good app that's almost perfect.Baby Tracker is truly a lifesaver for keeping up with how long it's been and how much baby is eating, with a host of things you can log quite simply (i.e. Sleep, medications, diaper changes, weight, etc, etc). Logging is fast, intuitive and you can log common things (sleep, diapers, feeds, breast pumping) from the Apple Watch app which is really nice when baby is falling asleep on you and the phone is just out of reach. Syncing with other phones works really well so both mom and dad can easily see where things are at when taking over for each other (or other family members that help care for baby). However, I've deducted a star because the app does not seem to sync data in the background. This causes two problems: the widget doesn't update until you open the app, defeating the purpose of a widget. Secondly, the Apple Watch information is not updated until the app is opened on the phone. This is a shame because the Apple Watch app is very well designed and highly functional otherwise (this is probably the most useful non-workout app I've used on Watch). If they could fix the app to sync data in the background and trigger a sync when you open the app on Watch, this would definitely be a 5-star app..Version: 2.06

Great but some issue on watchApp on phone works well and would recommend but sync with watch is bad. Data on watch is always lagged and can’t be real time data..Version: 4.25

ReviewLove this app. It's the only way I can keep track of what's going on with my baby. I love the timing feature for breast feeding, and how it keeps track of which side I last started on. Being able to keep track of diaper changes is really helpful in knowing if my baby is getting enough to eat and if he is feeling unwell. The sleep tracking feature is also helpful. I really like the graph and patterns they helped me figure out what his natural schedule is so that I can make a more concrete schedule based on what he was capable of. Great app!.Version: 2.06

A MUST FOR TWINS and MultiplesI’m the primary caretaker for my twins and do all night feeds on my own and idk how I would do it all without this app. It lets you create separate profiles for each baby and you can even add a photo to each. This is particularly helpful in the middle of the night when all you can see are blurs and so I go by the image rather than reading each twin’s name. This app is so user friendly, and tracks everything from bottle feeds, breast feeds, sleep, pumping times and bowel movements. It makes it super convenient to track patterns as it comes with statistical analysis of the data captured (ie. you can see charts of number of ounces per baby so you can tell if a baby is getting enough or has decreased appetite etc.) this is particularly helpful for doctor’s visits especially if one of the babies is constipated or has any bowel issues. I can’t say enough about this app, it truly has saved my sanity because so often you can’t remember whether one baby pooped and not the other, or how much one baby ate vs another. I would 100% recommend this app to anyone but I’d say it’s a MUST FOR TWINS..Version: 4.10

Works for usGreat to keep track of how much babes been feed and slept. I don't bother with nappies. And timer to remind me to get bottle ready for when babe wakes up. Awesome thanks.Version: 1.1.1

Possibly the best app I've ever downloadedThis app may have saved my sanity! Being a fairly isolated new mum with a newborn failing to gain sufficient weight, it's provided reassurance that she wasn't being inadvertently neglected! I've been able to accurately log feeds, nappy changes and sleeps AND playtime, rather than having to guess every time a health professional asked. The home screen is easy to review and has an excellent feature allowing you to change between the time of an 'event' and how long ago it started (so you don't have to do the mental arithmetic every time - useful when you have baby brain). I also highly rate the feed timer. I always miss when the feed started but if you simply input the time of the beginning of the feed, the timer will continue from this point. It's great being able to keep a tab on expressions too and to see key milestones passed and to look forward to. I would definitely recommend buying the full version as the charts really help make sense of the apparent chaos of a day, especially when you're sleep-deprived. I've found it invaluable to reduce anxiety and mean my 5 week old and I have been able to leave the house! If I find anything to complain about I'll have to let you know; nothing as yet!.Version: 2.06

Fantastic App!I've found this app very useful - especially for tracking the night feeds. In the chaos of having a new baby I feel this app has brought me some structure. I'm no longer caught off guard on "poo day" and am able to (try and) avoid an over-tired baby by tracking the time since the last nap..Version: 2.06

Tracking twinsBecause you can sync multiple phones. Each parent can log everything without having to verbally update each other constantly..Version: 4.24

Love the app, gave feedback about the updates and they made some adjustments! See EDIT.This app is easy to use but since it’s most recent update, I do not like that the start stop and pause buttons and the time are smaller. Also, as much as I like seeing my babies face, I don’t like that the rows for what action I’m dong is smaller. I mostly use this app just for nursing and I’d prefer them be the size they were before. I don’t know about you, but most of the time when I use this app, I’m half asleep and the last thing I want to do is to guess where to tap my phone and have to put my glasses on to see what my time is. Please change it back. EDIT: Thank you so much for listening to my concerns! I like that the times are on a different row now and the font is much easier and bigger to see. I’ve also noticed that I don’t have to press just on the icon to select my action and that I can press anywhere on the row AND the rows are bigger again! I don’t really use any other part of the app besides the nursing tracker anymore since my baby is older now so i don’t know if there were or have been other adjustments. Again, I appreciate you listening to my feedback and I’m excited to keep using this app!.Version: 3.01

Good appGood app, thanks!.Version: 4.27

Brilliant appI recommend this I to everyone now having used it for nearly four weeks with my newborn. It’s so good for tracking feeds, nappies, weight and expressed milk quantities. Docking one star as it would be helpful to have the feed end times as well as start time ie when you hit the stop button. Often a feed will have pauses and breaks between sides for example so you might feed for 15m off each side starting at 1000 but that doesn’t necessarily mean you’ve finished at 1030. Having end time would help answer the ‘how long since she last feed’ question. But otherwise really excellent and I love that it can be synchronised across more than one device so my partner can also use it..Version: 4.16

A newborn necessityI don't write reviews, but this app is a must have with a newborn. We have only been using it for the past 4 days but it has added some organization and sanity to our lives. Our son had jaundice and we needed to pay attention to what kind of diapers and when/how much he was feeding. Being so exhausted, it is easy to not pay attention to what time the baby ate last or was changed last. I remember at my last appointment I was trying to calculate how often the baby fed and how much etc. I'm ready for our 1 month appointment now. I can literally show his doctor how often he eats, is having wet/dirty diapers, and how much he is sleeping. I tried writing all this down on a log, but we kept forgetting to do it and was guesstimating times. At 4 am in the morning I can just press the plus sign and log how much and it records the time etc. I haven't played with too many features, but have noticed you can log activities like tummy time, the babies weight/ length. I love that there is a chart to see where he is on the charts with growth. I wish I had looked or found an app like this with my last baby. I also love that this app doesn't cater to just breastfed babies or formula fed, but both. This is also great for moms supplementing as they can log both very easy. It gives an option to log pumping sessions as well. You can also add notes with all of your logs..Version: 2.06

Easy and effectiveAs a new Dad I wish I'd had this app from day one - health professionals have been frequently asking for information on feeding times and lengths, nappy numbers and contents, and sleeping. With everything else going on, my brain had no space for all that, but the app made it easy to record and report. I haven't used the graphs much, but I only have a few datas of data, so pattern analysis would be premature. I tested a couple of others and found them to be too complex, confusing or poorly laid out. This one does the basic things really well, and the option to synchronise with my wife's phone has meant we can both input data and review what's happened when we take shifts easily..Version: 2.06

Love this app, has some little 🐛sReally love this app. Husband and I both night it on the recommendation of a friend - and they were right! Love seeing the charts - find it very useful in pattern recognition. Some little bugs worth fixing: 1. Sometimes when you start the sleep tracker it loses the start time / session. This has happened multiple times and is like all bugs annoying, in my delirium I often can’t remember when babe went to sleep 2. Apple Watch app often has issues connecting to the main app. Often takes multiple attempts before it submits the data which defeats the benefits of the ease of having it on the watch a tad. Keep up the good work team baby tracker! Would love to give you 5 stars soon.Version: 3.10

Needs better Apple Watch performanceI use this app for my newborn and just the sleep option for my 3year old and it’s been great! But many a times I don’t have my phone on me and it would be extremely useful to be able to adjust the time baby fell asleep and adjust when they woke while using the app on my Apple Watch. Currently all I can do is start the “fell asleep” as the time I open the app. Not any other time which is annoying..Version: 3.10

Does Just About Everything! This app is really fantastic, and I’ve been using it with my daughter for a year. The tracking and customization abilities are excellent, and in my opinion are at least as.Version: 4.26

Great app! Before and after buying full versionEdit: Our daughter is now 16 months old and we still use this app around the clock. We've used it since day one and continue to do so. It makes new life with a child one step easier. I don't know what we would have done without it. Everything my daughter does is recorded in Baby Tracker. Some parents may not have kept up with it like we do, but now it's habitual which is good. Original review below. The app is amazing for keeping track of like literally everything for baby and I love it. Our baby is 5 days old and we use it 10 times and hour at least. I purchased the full version for $4.99 just to have the added features after deciding how much I liked the app but also to help support the app because it's not very often I find an app of any kind I think is worth purchasing and when I do, I pay for it because it deserves to be promoted. This one deserves to be promoted! :).Version: 2.06

Really helpful softwareVery convenient to use. Very clear to review..Version: 4.26

Great app & highly recommended!I used this app when my baby was first born to check that she was having her daily amount of milk. She was premature and it was very important she meet the daily totals required for growth. I found this app great when our daughter had her jabs as you can keep track when they had calpol and their tempture! I have started re-using this app now that she is 6 months to track her naps and see her patterns to avoid her being over tied! It gives you charts of the average time they nap across weeks and months which I found extremely helpful! This app covered everything you need from nappy changes, naps, weight, times medication was given, amount eaten, activities etc. You can add notes into your entry’s for example, baby required dummy to sleep or baby was sick after bottle. I would highly recommend this to any parent especially with a newborn. It puts their mind at ease 😁 🍼.Version: 3.13

Useful appMy husband and I have been using this app since our baby was a newborn. We use it to track feeds, nappies, sleeps, vaccinations etc. My husband is away during the middle of the week but also has the app downloaded so he can check on how our baby has been doing and he can update the app when he’s doing certain activities with her. The latest version is sharper but the review has changed so that all previous days are viewed as a single scrolling page whereas you could previously view each of previous days on separate pages. I find this new layout harder to grapple with as it is not visually as easy to compare previous days’ activities. It would also be handy if the nursing activity would track the actual time as well as the number of minutes spent nursing. However, overall both my husband and I find the app invaluable..Version: 4.01

Brilliant AppThis app has really helped me keep a track of everything from feeds to nappy changes to sleep to play time. It's really hard to remember all of that when you are trying to cope being a new mother! It's very easy to use and helps me keep records for everything. The only downside is that in the free version you do not get to see any charts etc. And also you can only see two weeks worth information. Anything prior to that is lost but with babies I guess you just want to keep an eye on their progress and I do not think you need to go back anyways. Definitely recommend this app 👍.Version: 2.06

Awesome appWe wish there was a ‘like’ option )) we have a group access and it is cool if a working parent was able to give kudos for diaper changes and good naps )).Version: 4.13

Great app, fast customer service!I’ve been using this app since my baby was born and it’s been a lifesaver to know how long she’s gone between feedings and which side she nursed on last as well as nappy changes. Also needed some help and got an email response within 10 minutes, so excellent customer service! 2 suggestions: 1) if pumping amounts could be in ml as well as oz. 2) if sleep time would automatically disable once too start feeding g your baby again. Otherwise, fantastic app - could not live without it..Version: 4.16

ExcellentI love that you can track feeding, pumping, nappy changes, sleep, and growth. Also operates with Siri, which is a blessing when spare hands are scarce..Version: 3.13

A complete app even as the free versionThis app has been a life saver with my newborn, even just as the free version. And honestly you don’t even realize it’s the free version because of how complete of an app it is. Honestly this alone is why I decided to buy the full version (bought it just now), something so helpful and useful, I felt deserved my full support. I’ve used this app since she was a day old and she’s 5 weeks as of yesterday, and I swear being able to track when she last had or needed something so easily has saved my sanity. My only suggestions would be for the child’s profiles to be able to be shared between parents having separate accounts (my friend is considering this app for her son & step kids but doesn’t want her husband’s ex to have access to her sons info, as she only would need to access her own children’s stuff) and for there to be a bath time section so I could keep track of my daughters baths (I’m so spacey from being tired and have been forgetting what day I last bathed her and don’t want to bathe her more than the recommended amount in a week so I don’t accidentally dry her skin out too much). Love this app so much!! Keep up the awesome work.Version: 4.21

Best baby app.I have used this from day one (and newly 1yo now). Being able to anticipate reds and identify patterns is unmatched. Ultra easy to use and they've thought of everything- even extra dim setting! I compulsively log EVERYTHING still! - My husband keeps asking when I might stop - but even he sees the benefit of "Oh, he's slept nearly 3 hrs less than normal!" Or "He is fussy - I feel like he just pooped but really has been 48 hrs!" One of the best features is the medicine/fever section. When you're 3-4days deep into a sleep deprived coma - tracking fevers at 2 am and also not only logging how long since last Tylenol but also having a place to prompt you with the correct dose is awesome! You barely can spell your name at this point and certainly don't want to accidentally overdose or underdose your child! I can't say enough about this app. I rarely write reviews but have found this so useful. Part of it for me is the need to control. Whether with a crying newborn or with a walking toddler - I don't get much control. So tracking the chaos brings just that to me. 😊.Version: 2.06

Good app for tracking routineLike it.Version: 2.06

Incredible - download now!My husband and I have used this app every day since our son was born and it’s been amazing. It tracks absolutely everything we hoped it would and has some great data visualization..Version: 4.26

Great appVery easy to use! More than that, the data can be synchronized via two devices, So both me and my wife can make a record and update with the other one. Love it!.Version: 4.23

Really like this app.I am a first time mum and when my baby wasn’t putting on weight I was really worried and didn’t know how to manage things. When I started using this app it gave me the ability to enter the info and see the trends of his eating and the quantities. This was really reassuring. Now that he is putting weight on and is doing really well I use the app to organise my day as I can tell by the trends when he is likely to sleep, wake and eat. It’s great..Version: 3.06

HelpfulEasy to use, very helpful to record feeds and medications when tired and forgetful in early stages of having a new born.Version: 2.06

Amazing appThis is an incredible app. I just had my baby and was worried about tracking everything. Very easy to use and so useful!!.Version: 4.25

Best baby app there isIf you’re really analytical then you’re going to love the plus version of this app. It has charts and graphs. It really helps me hone in on when my baby is struggling with anything by finding patterns in their day. It’s especially helpful with sleep patterns. I’ve been using it now with all three of children (I stop tracking after age 2). But I love this app. I love how it tracks milestones, it has growth charts, it keeps track of medicine administration and even tummy time timer. I can’t speak highly enough about it. It’s my number one recommendation for any type A parent. It does it all..Version: 4.24

Very handy!I seriously don't know where I'd be without this app sometimes. I use it to track feeds and sleeping and it has greatly improved my routine with my first child. Highly recommended!.Version: 2.05

Love it!This app is simple to use and keeps myself and dad on the same page! He can also see what we’re up to while he’s at work because the data syncs automatically. I have been using it since baby was born and he’s 8 months now!.Version: 4.23

Great for Exclusive Pumping & General ParentingI exclusively pump for my baby and feed her via bottle. I’m also one of those people that likes to track every little thing and this app is sooo great at doing that. You can customize what specific things you track so you don’t have to scroll through irrelevant items. I track my pumps (duration, and output) so I can see how much I’m making a day. I can see how long I’ve gone between feedings/diapers/naps, which helps setting up somewhat of a routine. You can even add different activities (my baby had a tongue/lip tie revision that I needed to do mouth stretches on her every few hours, so I added that activity so I could keep on top of it.) You can pay to have the ad free version which also gives you the watch app. I haven’t needed the watch app but it’s nice that it’s an option. There are also different graphs and charts for each item you’re tracking and I believe they can be exported, so if you’re into that sort of thing, it’s available. My husband downloaded the app as well so when he does stuff for baby he can log it as well..Version: 4.11

I can’t live without this app I rely on it so much !!!Fantastic app - i have recommended it to so many other pregnant ladies It has helped me so much and I rely on it heavily for everything from my baby’s feeding times, his meals and when he slept last !! Time flies when you have children and this has been my life saver because there is no way I can remember every thing !! Thank you !!!.Version: 4.12

Love the dataDidn’t think I’d be a tracker of feeding, sleeping and nappy changes and didn’t bother with a diary like some friends and family. Download this app to track if there was a pattern to sleeping but have found it more valuable than I expected and now use it to track sleeping, feeding and nappies. It’s really interesting seeing the sleep and feed patterns as well as keeping track of which side I’m up to for feeding. I also find the nappy data interesting too!.Version: 4.12

Incredibly usefulI don't usually write reviews for apps, but this one is so useful that I felt the need. Before this app we would track the feeds and nappies in a notebook, but after finding this and all the awesome features that it has, we changed immediately. Being able to see the patterns and an easy to navigate historic is incredible. The daily summaries are also incredibly useful, with this we were able to identify when to stop giving our baby the vitamin supplements because she was taking enough formula. A must download for all parents!.Version: 4.10

Best baby tracker out there (and I've tried them all)!An absolutely amazing app! Coming from primarily using the Glow Baby app, this is an absolute breath of fresh air! Ads aren't intrusive, I'm constantly bombarded to upgrade to paid, the app doesn't display useless information that can only be accessed if I pay. I can't believe I hadn't found this app sooner!! The interface is so clean and intuitive! I keep finding special little functionality that makes me say "Oh wow" all over again. E.g., being able to create a "started sleeping" entry that syncs to my wife's phone, who can then complete the entry and mark awake. It shows the true attention to detail the developers put into this. I normally try to avoid paying for apps like the plague, but it's so rare that I come across such a well developed application, and not one that wants to charge monthly fees! I don't need any of the paid functionality, but I'm upgrading nonetheless to continue to support the develops, and ensure they don't get tempted to add bloat to the application in a poor attempt to generate more income (looking at you Glow Baby 😡)!.Version: 4.21

Very ImpressedI've been using this app for over a month now, after failing to keep track of how often little one fed, was changed, napped, etc. ("new mom brain" has still set in after 4-months). This app is great, the nursing timer and info telling me which side was nursed from last are extremely handy, as is the data and charts showing habits over longer time periods. Love it! I have the free version but plan to upgrade for the extras..Version: 2.06

Very greatI use this app everyday for the past 7 months. Help me a lot!.Version: 4.29.1

The best tracking app I’ve used.I’ve used this app since my first baby was born, it’s been 4 years and I still keep using it for my two little ones. Simple, easy to mark and the sync function is most useful for me for different devices. It worths for the professional version..Version: 4.26

Couldn't recommend highly enoughAs first time parents this has very quickly become a key tool for my wife and I. Would recommend to any parents - would also add that healthcare visitors etc have also been very impressed. Undoubtedly the best feature is the synchronisation between devices. For example if I get woken up by baby crying and the wife has been looking after him but is now asleep I can instantly find out exactly what he's eaten and when, how long it is since he's had a new nappy, how long he's been asleep etc. So easy! The Siri shortcuts are also fantastic - the only thing I would ask for is the ability to ask Siri for information (for example whilst holding baby it if you find yourself wondering how long it has been since they've had a nappy. Being able to ask vocally would be a nice benefit. A next level benefit would be Google home integration - but the app is so good, I really can't complain about that!.Version: 4.26

A bit fiddly but very usefulOverall a really useful and comprehensive app. Just a few features that could be improved with having more customization on the front page. But working well for us so far! (The description doesn't prioritize this but you can have multiple babies and sync between devices, which works really well).Version: 2.06

Amazing app for Post-Partum trackingI downloaded this app 2 weeks before my due date. My son was born a week early (2days ago). I used this app in the hospital to track breastfeeding and diaper changes. The hospital normally has you keep track of these things on a chart with pen and paper -which I had to do with my firstborn 4 Year’s ago. This time around when the nurses would come in and ask about my sons feeding and pooping schedules I was able to read them the numbers right off my phone. The app is so simple to use and has also been super helpful since we brought baby home today. I’ve been able to keep track of which boob I fed from (since I alternate with feedings) and with all the lack of sleep it can be hard to remember which boob I’m supposed to be using. I also used the pumping feature today for the first time and found that the app keeps a running inventory of your pump amounts and adjusts the amounts when u bottlefeed. Love this app..Version: 3.08

AmazingCan’t say enough good things about this app. We have been using this app since my son was born and still using it today. I honestly don’t know how we can make it through the past 4 months without this app. This app has everything we needed, the layout is simple and easy to use for all of the family member. The iWatch function is especially convenient, don’t need to carry my phone with me all the times..Version: 4.10

Game changing appSuch a useful app. Literally a game changer, I don’t think we’d have any idea what we were doing with our new born if we weren’t tracking his sleep and feed. My husband and I share the account on each phone so it’s perfect for late night feeds and knowing exactly when the other person has changed nappies etc. It also lets you add photos and write comments which we love doing. I also find it great to track how much I’m pumping and how much expressed milk my Baby is getting compared to how much formula we give him. Anyway, long storey short this app is amazing. Probably my most used app and would recommend it to any new parents..Version: 4.26

Really useful! We love it, it has been so useful! We use it for tracking the data of our newborn. The most useful feature is that all data can be shared with a partner - very useful when taking it in turns to change nappies, etc. There may be some room for improvement in this field however - running timers for breastfeeding do not sync across devices. It would be really useful if one could sync a timer started by another - e.g. when partner has hands full and cannot stop the running timer, or if say, the one who started the timer falls asleep while the other is still feeding. It would make it easier to avoid entering wrong data accidentally. (I imagine a prompt like “A timer is already running on another device. Would you like to resume it?” would be helpful.) Statistics, charts and visualisations are also really helpful - for example seeing the patterns of the last few nights it is easier to plan ahead, or rather, to know what we might have to prepare for. Tracking growth and other data also came really handy when talking to the Health Visitor and midwives. Finally, just one suggestion: I would really love a badge or an achievement from the app for every thousand dirty nappies! 😀.Version: 4.08

Fantastic app!I honestly do not know what I would do without this app! It not only times the feeds, but you can log expression, nappy changes as well as sleeps and other events. Everything your baby will do can be monitored by this app. And to top it off there is an analysis setting where you can compare day on day/ week on week certain aspects such as number of feeds or nappy changes. This is fantastic for midwife appointments where specific questions are asked such as how many wet/ dirty nappies had baby had etc. 100% recommend this app!!.Version: 4.12

Most used app on my phoneThis is the most use app that I use habitually through big day and night (that has nothing to do with communicating with others). It keep the records that my brain can’t keep up with day to day. Worth paying the full price for. I’m pretty impartial to the colour scheme and it’s fine during the day. My only suggestion is to make this app “night” aware, either automatically or with a mode that the user can switch on. Because like it or not, mothers are using this app in the wee hours of the night/morning when the rest of the house is dark and we rise (half asleep) for our unsettled/hungry babies. Because most of the app is light coloured, it is screamingly bright on the eyes and the brain at a time when it is not preferred. If you would make a night mode I would hands down rate this 5 stars..Version: 3.05

Clean interface, lacks symptom trackingThis is by far the most user-friendly app I’ve found, and has a beautiful interface with clean lines. It’s easy for my spouse and I to edit separately, and we find it simple to correct previous entries. Selecting medication and dosage is so easy once added to the list! A serious flaw in this app, however, is the lack of support for broader health tracking. We have to add each non-temperature symptom to the “other” category if we want to select it in the future, but then it gets lumped in with notes for bath time or tummy time, and so forth. I’m rounding up to 4 stars, but there really needs to be a simple way to log spit up, gas cramps, skin tone, vomiting, etc. - anything you’d want to make an immediate note about so that it’s clearly recorded for the pediatrician. I’m disappointed that this area has been so completely neglected. *Please note this review is for the full paid version, which needs to be purchased by each parent for co-editing*.Version: 4.15

Great app easy to useI’ve been using this app for 6 weeks now and I absolutely love it. It’s super simple to use, easy to edit if mistakes are made, and helps me keep track of everything for my little. Highly recommend for any new mom wanting to keep track of everything their little is doing, especially when remembering things can be rough postpartum. Great free app!.Version: 4.28

Speaks a parent’s languageJust downloaded this app to use with my second born to track feeding patterns and have been very impressed by how well it speaks a parent’s language! For the feeding tracking alone, I’m able to track and see clearly how frequently I’m nursing, when and how much I’m expressing, how much formula and expressed milk my baby is getting and more. This is an extremely useful tool to support my breastfeeding journey and beats any others I’ve used before (also tried a few others out this time and this was by far the most intuitive to what I was needing. Highly recommend..Version: 4.21

Love it!This app is great. Have been using it for a little over 9 months. My son was premature so I’m still needing to track everything to make sure he’s on track. Love the graphs, great job with the app..Version: 4.23

Night mode needed!!Love the app, but also think there should be a night mode shift since mama’s are using this at crazy hours of the night. Even when brightness is turned all the way down, it’s still super bright in the dark room. Seriously consider adding a night mode!!.Version: 4.23

Fantastic easy to use app with Apple Watch app tooI chose this app as it is compatible with Apple Watch and it has been the best thing ever. I can easily record feeds/changes etc without having to step away from the activity or remember to record on my phone when I’m finished. This is a great app to record when you last fed or changed etc as with a new baby time really becomes very distorted and you forget things so easily. Thanks for saving my sanity!.Version: 3.10

Had to purchase…I sent them a complaint way back, about how everything lagged, which was extremely frustrating when you’re trying to breastfeed while pressing the timer start button, and it would freeze and close… They got back to me quickly and explained that the free version had ads that sometimes caused a lag. So, I bought the full version because I absolutely depend on this app, and have no regrets! My son is a year old this month now, but as a busy Mom, it is a lifesaver of helping me figure out what he needs. I also have it on Dads phone, and I’ve heard him as I was dozing off for a nap, freak out and start preparing a bottle when he checked the app and realized baby was hungry. I can answer pediatrician questions, like how many wet/dirty diapers, how much sleep is he getting, how much is he eating, etc. When he’s teething, I can also look at his last dose of Tylenol or Motrin to make sure I am not giving him too much too often. I tried several other apps, and this by far is the most user friendly and all inclusive of them all! Get it, buy it, it’s so worth it!.Version: 4.24

Best app for parentsWhen you have a newborn life is a whirlwind. There are constant appointments with Drs and Midwives who ask you so many questions like how much your baby is feeding each feed and for how long, how are they sleeping, how often are they peeing/pooing etc etc. This app is brilliant. It can sync to multiple phones, records weight, height, vaccines, medicines, takes photos. It identifies patterns so if something changes you can identify it. The more I’ve used it over 4 months the more impressed I’ve been. I had a one syncing issue after an iOS update. I emailed the support thinking they would take a few days to respond, but I had a response on a Sunday within 12hrs! Can’t fault the app of the team who made it. Great job and thoroughly recommend it.Version: 4.12

Such a practical app & open to feedbackI’ve found this app really useful for recording sleep, nappies and breastfeeds as well as milestones, expressing and solid food intake (which I’d added as an activity). It meant I had the information handy when asked by health professionals, to look back on for patterns (eg when to drop a sleep) and keep an eye on my child’s health and development. The graphs are my favourite. I was also really impressed when I gave them feedback after the latest update (quite a few things had bothered me) that I got such a detailed response (most of which just involved me fixing things in preferences)..Version: 4.05

This is the BEST app for tracking!Oh my goodness I love this app. I was trying to use the Medela app to track my little one’s diapers, nursing, pumping, and bottles but the app was so glitchy and Medela wasn’t doing anything to fix the glitches (I read reviews of that app after I had gotten so frustrated with it and was about to leave a nasty review, ha!) and so I was in search of another free tracking app. I found a couple of other apps and tried them for a few moments only to realize that in order to use all the functions I desired, it would cost money. So, I kept searching for an app that met my needs and found this one. And it is FREE for all the functions I needed and it is GLORIOUS! I dunno if I just love it so much because I came from using a very glitchy app or if I just love it because it is a naturally AWESOME app that the developers really did think the functions through and made sure they actually worked and worked accurately! I am so thankful for this app, so thank you to the developers. I truly appreciate your work and thank you for making a free version! Y’all rock!.Version: 4.24

Highly recommended for new mums!As a first time mum, I wanted to keep track of all the important milestones after leaving hospital. This app is easy to use, and is an effective tool to help monitor feeds, nappy changes, sleep and other milestones! I really love the feature to distinguish nursing, express and bottle feeds. It is great for those early days and keeping track of development when sleep deprived and also very helpful when chatting to doctors and nurses if bub if unwell and requires medication and extra monitoring of feeding and nappy changes. At a time of many unknowns this app helps keep on top of the new newborn way of life!.Version: 4.29.2

The BEST baby tracking appThis app is utterly fantastic. I’m a really anxious mama who also has raging ADHD so I’m quite forgetful! Thanks to this app, I ALWAYS know when the last time my son was fed and had his nappy changed without having to ummm and ahhh or just guess. I can keep track of absolutely everything: feeds, nappy changes, sleep, pumping, medication, vaccinations, weight & height, activities such as tummy time, Bath time, going for a walk etc. (you can add your own). It’s absolutely perfect. The cherry on top is the fact that my husband also has this app and can use his phone to pop down if he’s fed or changed the baby as well. He also gets notifications at work of what me and our son are up to because whenever I put down “nappy change” or “went to baby group” my husband gets the updates. He really enjoys getting the updates throughout his work day and I love the fact that he feels included in our day too! The app also makes graphs to show patterns in your baby’s feedings, nappy changes and sleep etc. I mainly use this feature to look at my sons sleep to see wake windows - SO HELPFUL! We’ve used this app from birth and it makes me feel so much more organised, prepared and in control, amid the chaos that is motherhood! I absolutely can’t recommend enough and can’t think of any room for improvement. 10/10 from me 🥰.Version: 4.28

My Dream AppAfter trying out a few others and being less than impressed, my husband and I are super happy with Baby Tracker. It lets us see everything we need easily and makes inputting times as easy as can be. We've been trying to get an idea of our two-month-old's natural rhythms (eating, sleeping, diapering) from day to day, and BT's chart view is perfect for this. I'm also pumping, and BT keeps track of which sides I've pumped and when and how much, and makes it just so easy to see how much breastmilk versus formula she's taking in on any given day. This is 1000x better than when I was jotting down times and amounts in my Notes app and adding the totals by hand... This app has features I didn't even know I wanted. It has truly simplified our parenting. As a bonus, when we had a technical question, they got back to us right away and solved the problem. (Free tip: if you decide you like this enough to upgrade to full functionality, then, to take advantage of family sharing of iPhone apps, download the Pro version, rather than upgrading from the free version. The iTunes Store doesn't let you share in-app purchases.).Version: 2.06

Great AppI like know the time I did everything and this app let me record it so I don’t have to remember anything. Love it!.Version: 4.23

Great but could be betterI love the app so much I paid for the full version. It’s great to be able to track everything I just wish you could share the account with others particularly in the paid version. It would be great if my partner could also log the feeds and nappy changes etc he does, particularly if I’m out or if I’ve gone to bed early. Other than add free and the ability to log things from other smart devices I’m not sure what additional features I’ve got from the paid version that I didn’t already have. Overall a great app and I think there’s a few great opportunities to make it even better!.Version: 4.16

Baby brainGot baby brain? Same! This app has saved me. Would just like to add a place where I could record mums pain relief medication (c section).Version: 2.03

All I NeedTracks expressed and formula in mL rather than ounces which I wanted. Has inventory of milk expressed and drank with option to edit if there is extra or spillage. Tracks diaper changes and other activities. The only things I’d add: More statistical analysis (average time in between feeds, avg. time for sleeps, avg. time breastfeeding per session, etc.) An expressed milk input other than pumping (e.g. by a milk saver or haakaa)..Version: 4.24

Helps me stay organizedAs a FTM I really love this app, it’s easy to use abs very helpful. I track all my daughters information since she’s been born and I plan to do the same with my second!.Version: 4.24

Loving this baby trackerI wanted to try an app tracker and this one has been brilliant to use. I do agree with another reviewer who said it would be great if we could have the day split between 7pm-7am on the chart so we can see the day to night easier for patterns. Also, is love a core activity that is plotted being "settling". I wanted the app to track how long it takes baby to fall asleep before I log the "sleep" activity and even if I use this as an additional activity it won't chart it for me against the other core activities so would love this improvement but otherwise really happy with it!.Version: 2.06

Awesome appA perfect app for a new mom like me with terrible baby brain... 😁😁😁.Version: 3.06

Great for baby - need option for mumThis app is fantastic and I give it 5 stars for helping me keep track of feeding times, feeding amounts, nappy changes, which breast was fed from, etc. The reason for 4 stars is I think it would be fantastic if it had a recovery option for mum - where Mum can record dressing changes, when painkiller was taken, changes in mood, any aches and pains and how they were managed, exercise increases in first couple of weeks, etc..Version: 4.09

Extremely useful! Was introduced to this app by our night nanny. It is very useful to be able to have multiple people update the same log and have multiple people be able to keep track at the same time. I also love how you can add your own notes to each event. I do wish some features could be tweaked more though. For example I wish pumping could have its own separate column in the overview page instead of it being lumped under the feeding column. I also wish the last added item could be shown with both the time and the "__ hours __ minutes ago" comments. I also wish it was possible to attach pictures to events for record keeping, as in if a stool change is noted, associate a picture snapped on the phone with it. I have encountered some bugs when entering events on occasion--it shows up on the wrong date so that it looks like it was never entered. I hope they keep improving on this fantastic app..Version: 2.06

Best baby tracking app!Worth the spend in this one. Forget the free apps. Been using this app from day one. Say handy Efron your sleep deprived to keep track of feeds and sleep. Really easy to use, which us also handy when your brain is functioning at half speed. Particularly useful for nurse visits. I love the pattern feature, I'm more of a visual person, so the graphs really help. Of course this depends on how much true data you put in to get a worthwhile output. But when it's so easy to use, this takes out the guess work. I use it for everything, its my go to app for anything bub related. Even vaccinations, medicines, moods, milestones, the list goes on. Only limited by your imagination. Highly recommend for all parents who like to keep a good eye on their babies. Even if you just use it for the feeding alone..Version: 2.06

Life saverI have used this app since my oldest was born over 4 years ago, after it was recommended by a friend. At first the appeal was my love of tangible data, and it was hugely beneficial in the newborn days to be able to give solid information to health professionals about feeding and nappies when they asked. It became even more useful the first time my child was seriously ill and required antibiotics as well as Calpol. Turns out that I have ADHD. I have poor working memory and time blindness. This app has literally kept my babies safe as I can always check when they had medications or a nappy change. It’s helped us track my eldest’s bowel health, and the temperature data was sufficient to have my youngest admitted to hospital when he contracted RSV at 3 months old; we were able to accurately detail how long his symptoms had gone on and how high his fever had been. It saved his life. I’ve contacted the developers a couple of times for support and they are always friendly and helpful. Most recently I contacted them with a suggestion for improving support for Apple Shortcuts integration to allow me to log medications via NFC tags, both the customer service team and developer teams were enthusiastic and are starting to look at how they can implement this which will make the app a hundred times more useful for me..Version: 4.28

Very usefulSync between devices and summaries are very useful.Version: 4.30

Everything! This app has been a godsend and I’ve just found the supplement button to keep record of my babies supplementary food now we’ve started to wean! From the very first day and beyond, this app has kept me sane when my baby brain blanks how long it’s been since the last feed or when calpol was last given. I love that multiple users can input data for the same child and syncs up quickly, the layout is easy to understand and completely customisable. I cannot speak too highly of the app. THANK YOU!.Version: 3.06

Almost perfectI have a 5 month old and have used this app daily since she was about 4 weeks old. It's so great to see how long it's been since I've nursed the baby or changed her - let's face it, during the newborn stage it's really hard to remember. And forget about trying to remember which side you started on last time! This app tells you everything. It's very user friendly. When my LO was a newborn she didn't sleep much and it was helpful for me to see just how much sleep she was getting each day! My only complaint that I've had since day 1 is that I'd like the nursing part to "lock" the screen when in use. Near the end of my pregnancy I had an app that would lock while counting contractions, which was so helpful to not have to turn the phone back on constantly. When she is nursing, my phone will go to sleep and when she's done I have to fiddle with my phone, pick up my phone, enter the password, get everything set up just to tell it that she stopped eating. This happens all day every day and gets a little annoying. I've since changed the settings on my phone so it won't go to sleep for a longer period. I don't care for this since I only adjusted the time for this app. Please app, keep my phone on while she's nursing and this will be a 5+ star app!.Version: 2.06

AmazingAmazing app so good for keeping track off everything really good to keep track of night feeds and sleep routine has helped heaps.! Have also added the bath milestone.Version: 2.06

Great App !The app has been and still is a great tool to track everything for the baby. It has been the only app that we used and has been quite easy - no complaints. It follows through with the chart that you get in hospital so you can track nappies, sleeps, feeds and pumping. It has it all! The chart feature is also a highlight if your a numbers/data type person. It lets you see if your baby has some kind of routine and helps you plan a whole lot better. Also, it really helps when baby brain kicks in and you can’t remember which side you fed on last..Version: 4.00

Great app for new parents!Fantastic for recording last feed, nappy change, sleep. We even enter bathing as a milestone as it is difficult to remember which day baby had a proper bath. You can edit by going into the review, and tapping on the feed or sleep that you wish to edit, and then make changes. Found this app very useful as my memory is like a sieve....Version: 2.03

AwesomeEasy to use. Helps me keep track of my sons feeding and nap times. I’m no longer second guessing myself on when he is due for a bottle or nap. Love how you can link the app on multiple devices so that either myself you my husband can update the info during the day. My husband loves that while at work he can look at the app to see how the day is going. He says it helps him feel connected while at work..Version: 4.06

Hugely recommended this app to all parents out there! This app has been fantastic in helping me keep track of my baby’s sleep patterns but you can use it for many other things like nursing, nappy change, medication and many more. One of the greatest things about this app is that it’s highly customisable so you can tailor it to your specific needs. At first I thought that the data reports were just too much but they have been super helpful in helping me plan my days (I.e baby has been taking his first nap between 8-9 for the past week, so I can book an appointment at 10). One suggestion I’d like to make is that it would be great to have a view on the average wake and sleep windows. These are important indicators that change about every two months during the first year and being able to pull that data point would be very helpful in ensuring baby is following age appropriate windows..Version: 4.30

Excellent app!I’ve used this for both my kids and can’t live without it. Really handy to keep an eye on when the last time they fed or napped. Also great way to record milestone and weight! It was a 5 star app until the recent update and the while look of the app changed!! It’s less contrasty so hard to see! It was much better before! Also the milestone and joy used to display in thumbnails and it was easy to look back into it years ago and look for particular event but now you have to keep scrolling endlessly up and down and really hard to view all the events!! Another issue is sometimes when you open it it lags. This never happens with the older version. Bring back the older version coz that I would say was 5 star app!.Version: 4.02

My #1 appI never write app reviews but this is my all time favorite app. My son is 5 months old and I still use this every single day for every single feeding. I have an oversupply so I block feed and I would never remember which side I used last without this. By now I have it so customized to display exactly the stuff I need to track and nothing else, and it’s awesome! When he started teething, I added the medicine button to track his Tylenol. When he went through a sleep regression, I tracked his sleep to figure out the pattern to maximize my rest. I started him on solids recently and I was just saying to my husband how I wish the app had an option to record solids. No joke the next day there was an update with the supplement button! I bought the full version early on but I shouldn’t have. The charts are interesting to look at now and then but unless you’re crazy or have a child with medical issues you won’t be bringing a chart of every single time your child ate, pooped, and slept to all your doctors appointments. I get all of my mom friends to download this app and they all think it’s a lifesaver..Version: 3.12

Great app with perfect feature setI used this for my son about 4 years back now back at it using it for my puppy! Super slick yet simple interface, which is really well thought out. Keep up the good work team..Version: 4.24

New parents100% would suggest to anyone caring for a baby. When used in the correct way you can keep track of everything from feeds to medication and breast pumping, you can then go through this data and make sure your baby is having enough milk and sleep each day. We fed our baby a mixture of breast milk and formula, This app helped us notice that our baby wasn’t good on breast milk and we’re more likely to have sleepless night on milk so we change to formula full time, helped a lot. A feature I particularly like is the joy moment when you can record a milestone with a photo..Version: 4.28

ImprovementsI think the app is great but could do with a few improvements. The main one for me being that I am not going to measure how much my baby ate when starting solids. Instead it would be great to select what foods he or she ate and not have to put quantity and for those who want to give quantity have a selection list of grams, ml, cups etc with the exact decimal places if they had 1/4 cup or 1/4 teaspoon which you obviously cannot do as it requires decimal place..Version: 4.33

This app is amazing!I’m using this app for the first time, and it has only been a week. I love how detailed it is - there’s no way the parents of a newborn could remember to/and log all this information on paper. The reporting feature is also great for visits with the pediatrician..Version: 4.28

Love itAwsome and very useful.Version: 1.3

Great appLove tracking babies sleep and when the last dirty diaper was to have an idea what’s in store for the next change. All in all it’s been very helpful in learning the different cries as a first time mom..Version: 4.26

Best Baby App Ever- Life Saver!Got this app initially after reading great reviews. Started using it the day we got home from hospital and now 3 weeks on, this app has been my life saver! Through the chaos, sleep deprivation and crying, who can remember when bubs last fed, which side, when you last expressed and when his last nappy change was! This app helps to keep track of everything and even has growth charts to see if bubs is on track for his age. Now this is basically the only app that I use since having my baby! Thank you so much! Can add milestones as well- I have put in "bath" as an extra, perhaps something to put in as a standard part of the record keeping. Definitely get this app- it will keep you organised!.Version: 3.06

So so helpful! This app has changed my life - I feel so much more able to manage my baby's feeding needs, crying spells and sleep needs through tracking it all so simply! One suggestion for improvement would be to change the feeding chart so that it doesn't show how many times you fed each day, but how long (duration) your baby has fed for - for me that's more helpful!.Version: 2.06

100 honest reviewLove the features on this app. I love that it is free ❤️ So thank you to the designers for giving me all of these features! The main one I wanted was a timing option for when to nurse my baby next based on when I had previously nursed him. It allows you to set intervals for timers and if you get off on your timing (which happens often for us if we are napping or he is hungry sooner rather than at the set intervals) it is super easy to go to the timer, turn it off and then back on again, to reset the timer right with your new schedule! It is really nice easy to use for what I need and has even more options for parents who want to track everything! I don’t write reviews often, being a busy mom of now 5 kids, but I felt as one parent to another that I could help someone spend less time finding a good FREE app, then it would be worth the time! Thanks again to the creators of the Baby Tracker app! You’ve made this part of my life so much easier!.Version: 4.12

Can’t live without it!I don’t ever review apps but I had to for this one because it is so awesome! It took me a while to fully appreciate it. I started out only using it to track my pumping and I used other ways to track my baby’s diapers and feeds. But then I began tracking his sleep/wake times so that I could see any natural patterns that he has to help me plan naps. At that time I decided to start using this app for everything. It’s truly amazing to have it all in one place. The app is SO detailed and the creators thought of everything. I love tracking my pumping and seeing the charts that tell me how much my supply is increasing over time. I also love the Pattern graph that lets me see a color-coded picture of my baby’s day and last seven days side by side. It’s brilliant and makes it so easy to see natural patterns that form in your day so you can plan your life around feeds, pumping, and naps. Everything is so organized. I love the icons, the color coding, the detail, just everything! Love this app!.Version: 4.24

Amazing app!Absolutely couldn’t live without this, my baby is 13 weeks old and we have been using it religiously since she was around 8 weeks. So easy to keep track of her feeding and sleeping so we can try to stay in line with her wake windows and bottle routine. Easily able to see how long they’re sleeping for both at night and their naps. Easily able to share with my boyfriend so he can also see her schedule and add to it to help me out. Can’t recommend enough!!.Version: 4.26

Really powerful appThis is an incredible tool and enables you to easily track feeding, changes and sleep, and analyze patterns over time. I really value being able to see the graphs and trends in my baby’s progress without having to pour over data, it’s always there at my fingertips! I recommend this app to all my expecting and mum friends..Version: 4.12

SuggestionI wish this app could be synched with another user. Eg. I wish my husband could have it on his phone as well and input data when I’m not home so that we would both be able to see our baby’s most recent activities all the time..Version: 4.23

The perfect app doesn’t exi-Wow. This app is a lifesaver. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a third party app that is so well thought through, easy to use/learn, and bug free. As a first time new mama, this app is the only way I’m able to keep track of all of my baby’s feedings (including different types, different lengths, and different breasts), diaper changes (wet, dirty, mixed, dry), and sleeping and pumping schedules. The charts that show the data are also extremely helpful and satisfying to look over if you’re into that, as well as providing well organized and clear data for your pediatrician. One of my favorite features is the ability to sync various devices to the same data, to allow your significant other or any other helpers such as parents to see and contribute to the logs as they assist you in caring for your little one and adapting to parenthood. If I could give this app 10 stars I would, and am already insisting that all of my pregnant friends download it immediately. I would suggest downloading it before actually giving birth, since it would have been useful to use in the hospital as well (instead of getting lectured by the nursery nurses for messing up the written logs in the first few days lol)..Version: 4.26

Best App for sleep deprived parents!I don’t usually do reviews. However, this app has been amazing! I mostly use it to track feeds and medication (my baby has allergies and terrible reflux). It was very handy for my last visit to the paediatrician who wanted to know how many feeds we do each day and how long they last for etc. The nappy and sleep functions are great too, it has so many options so you can use what you want and leave the rest. For example we don’t feel the need to track nappies but there was a period where baby didn’t poo in quite a while so we tracked it for a couple of weeks and then stopped once we felt confidant all was well. In the beginning we used the medications section to track my own medications after my c section which was excellent as I just couldn’t keep track without logging it somewhere. I tired a couple of other tracking apps (especially for feeds) but this one was just the easiest and most practical of them all by far! I have it on my phone as well as on an ipad. The way it displays all the information on my ipad is fantastic. In a glance I can see exactly where I am up to and what’s going on. Obviously I follow baby’s lead but this just gives me so much peace of mind..Version: 4.20

Love the app, could use some updatesI use this app for my mom brain 24/7. This makes my mind at ease tracking feedings, pump and inventory of milk, how many diapers he typically is using in a day. And especially for his medications, bath, tummy time, etc. it really helps put my mind to ease so I’m not forgetting. There are a few things I believe would be helpful to add!! Allow notes and nickname on alarms for ‘medication’ and ‘other’ (to make it easier on which alarm is for “exactly” what). Also for these alarms have an option to mark “completed” or “snooze”! And giving the option for a notification sound would make it even better! A feature for the alarm on pumping or nursing to be set at chosen interval based on “beginning of last (pump or feed)” or “end of last (pump or feed). Then the choice of this being continuous throughout day! (There is another baby tracking app that has this feature, and I loved that feature!).Version: 4.21

New update looks awfulEdit: design has been modified again and it still looks ridiculous on my 5s and 6s but at least the font size issue was fixed so I'm happy. I've loved this app for over a year - it seemed to do everything pretty perfectly. Before today, I would've given it 5 stars easy. But this latest update (I guess for iPhone X?) looks terrible. Weird font sizes and arguably the most important text (time since last event: feeding, diaper change, nap, whatever) was made small and much more difficult to read. I don't care as much that my kid's last diaper change was wet/mixed (largest text) versus she was changed over two hours ago (now tiny text), for example. The text size for both of these items was the same previously. Maybe it looks different on newer phones but it looks like garbage on my 5s, and I don't see a preference or option anywhere to change it. Disappointing that the value of this app was reduced so much with one change..Version: 3.01

This has been an absolutely wonderful helpmateHighly recommended. It functions so well free. But we paid to upgrade in order to use shortcuts. And, of course, no ads is a nice bonus. Really appreciate this app for being affordable, no absurd subscriptions, and efficient and even visually clean and attractive. Good UI! I do wish for a few improvements: I wish the timer and time logs functioned the same way universally. I need to see the end time for nursing AS WELL AS the amount of time spent nursing. Since I can pause nursing, there’s no way of knowing when exactly we finished unless I make note of the time and that’s sadly easier said than done. Even if I do catch the end time, having to do this math in my head is tiring and irksome (mom brain) and hard to accurately keep track of...I mean that’s the whole reason for this app right?? So I don’t have yo use my brain. Lol... I wish there was a iOS shortcut for Tummy Time. It’s in the others category and it takes quite a few steps to get the timer running. Honestly I wish they just gave all those Milestones categories their own slots. Growth, Milestones, Activity (Others), etc...just all separate. I don’t mind scrolling to get to them, it’d be much faster. Also, it’d be awesome if I could just start the timer even if I haven’t selected the activity yet. At any rate, awesome app. Has really helped me keep track and manage my babies, growth, patterns, schedules, and health. Thank you! 🙏🏾♥️.Version: 4.12

Awesome trackerIt is easy to use, has everything I could want. Great to track when bub eats, sleeps, nappy changes etc. I used it lots in the early days to make sure bub was having enough input/output and then started it again when I wanted to try and gauge bub’s new patterns. It’s awesome that I can look back at the data summaries to see roughly how long bub is sleeping/eating etc for. Also so handy to know what side I started the last feed on! I love how the app is easy to start/stop timers, edit them on the go for those times I forget to start/stop & I love that I can add notes when I want/need. Thank you to the developers!.Version: 4.26

Very handyLove this app - being sleep deprived means you can barely remember your own name let alone how many times you've fed on one side, or how long it's been since bubs had their last sleep. My one gripe is the cost of the upgrade - yes the chart is handy for seeing patterns, but it's very basic and can't be manipulated. Would expect a whole lot more for the price..Version: 2.03

This is an awesome baby tracking app for first time parentI love this app! It reduced so much stress from me. It can track everything you want to understand your baby’s temperament, including feeding frequency, amount, nappies change, sleep pattern and even your milk express amount. It has comprehensive functionality but simply to use. The statistics and charts are quick indicator of how well your baby is tracking. For improvement, allowing auto word pop-up in the express note for iPhone. When I type word there and selecting words that pop-up, the app doesn’t accept it. Also, the chart can be a bit more clear for what message it tries to deliver. Lastly, chart colour can be a bit more distinguishable..Version: 4.25

Missing Key Piece With HistoryI love this app and this pitfall won’t make me stop using it but it’s important to note that for some reason, despite it keeping track of things from “days ago” as it says on traceable areas, I can’t “review” back to more than 2 weeks ago. For example, I breastfeed and pump and it shows my total of expressed ounces which began getting logged in December, but I missed the ounce mark on a bag and went back to look at the date cause I log it in the app too and I couldn’t scroll back beyond two weeks. Which is lame. What is the point of logging something like milestones when you can’t go back and see them? And there’s no site that it links to. And the backup on the FAQ says it only keeps the backup for 7 days. The app itself tracks longer than the backup. It’s just confusing. I track vaccines in there and even though I have the fax card, it’d just be nice to be able to look back to day one of data logged. Is this a bug or an oversight?.Version: 3.13

Best I’ve found with one suggestionBeen using this for two years and appreciate the simple straightforward way to make entries. You don’t want to deal with a complicated app when you’re groggy at 3am. We find it most valuable tracking daily food intake and whether ahead or behind the norm each day and knowing if that could be impacting their behavior, naps, sleeping, etc. Otherwise I’d never remember the last time they ate, pooped, peed, or nap durations etc. to know whether it’s about time for a change, feed, etc. Then…we just had #2 and if tracking all those things was a challenge before it would be impossible with 2+. Ensures we’re giving accurate info to the pediatrician on their various frequencies. My only suggestion, since newborns have all their formula measured in milliliters, and older babies in ounces, that you allow entries in either format, then have the app display the totals, etc. in whatever system we prefer. Since we have both a newborn and a toddler, we’re stuck having to manually convert the infant’s data from metric to English..Version: 4.26

Essential app! This app is extremely helpful to track what’s going on with my newborn. When my midwife asks how’s he’s sleeping, feeding and filling his nappies I can give her an exact answer without having put in any real effort! This app makes me feel organised despite time no longer meaning anything and having total baby brain. I’m a new mom getting very little sleep who almost never leaves app feedback, but I couldn’t help taking a few minutes to leave this review before trying to get a nap in. THAT’S how good this app is!!.Version: 4.12

Really helpful but...This app is really helpful in reminding me which side was nursed on last, how long the session lasted, recording sleep times, etc which all helped me in recognizing and setting a daily schedule for my daughter. I was able to determine when to put her down for naps and start her bedtime routine, as well as follow EAR (eat, active, rest) throughout the day. I deducted a star because I wish the data was shared from device-to-device via the cloud. You currently have to export the data to your other devices, but then your main device isn't updated with any data you add to using other devices. I find this annoying since cloud technology is available. I also wish there was a feature to deduct from my pumped milk inventory for days when I use milk for making baby food, breast milkcicles, or just had some go bad. Currently, the only way to "use" milk inventory is to say you gave a bottle of pumped milk to your baby. That said, overall this is a good and helpful app..Version: 2.06

Best app for newbornsI just had my little man on the 13th May and with all the excitement and adrenaline and still preg brain. You sometimes forget what time the last feed or change was. This app solves all those problems. Especially with a more accurate timer when bubs stops or delatches from you, you can pause and start when bubs is back on. I’ve even shown midwives and they are beyond shocked at how amazing this app is!.Version: 3.07

Indispensable appThis app is great for keeping up with feeds. I especially like the alarm setting for late night feeds in case I fall asleep.Version: 2.06

Perfect app for the jobThis is the app to have for keeping track. Love the way you can see a summary at a glance for things like total feedings and ml so far and total diapers (wet and dirty breakdown). I love the count down timers, makes it very easy to keep track of what needs doing next. Also great that you can add your own events we used this to keep track of pain meds for the mother. Best of all being able to sync between mother and father's phone was super easy to setup and allows us to keep track together easily. Highly recommend..Version: 3.05

Best baby app outSuch an awesome app. So clean and easy to use. I love that I can see how much milk he's getting, when he's sleeping and how often he poops. I also like the graphs. It's great being able to see my baby's routine he's put himself in.Version: 1.5

Awsome appVery good app, handy and useful..Version: 3.03

Love this app!Our baby is nearly 8 months old and we've been using this app since she was born to track feeds, nappy changes and sleep. I know that in theory you should know when your baby needs each of these things but the app just makes it so much easier and you don't have to worry about remembering times etc. The latest version fixes the round up issue on the nursing timer which is great. One improvement I would suggest is separating out the weaning tracker from the milk tracker. I would like to know how long she has gone between milk feeds without the interruption of solids that I have logged..Version: 2.06

Great app for tired parentsTimes feeds and keeps track of which side the feed started on and how long since the start of the last feed. Also times sleeps and gives you the time since they woke. You know...all the important stuff you can't remember when you're sleeping in two hour shifts and trying to work out which way is up. 😆.Version: 3.01

One thing missing is a weight trackerOne thing missing is a weight tracker.Version: 4.06

Such a good app for new mums!I wish I had had this app right from when my daughter was born, especially as we had so many feeding and sleeping issues from the start. This would have been perfect for me to monitor everything and help me report back to our doctors and lactation consultants. Really simple to use and the review function is so well laid out and easy to see at a glance. I will recommend this for any new mums..Version: 3.10

High recommend itEasy Great to use simple and strait forward of what you need. Nice that my husband can be on it as well on his phone. Highly recommend it to new customers..Version: 4.23

Brilliant!I am an Analyst by trade & this app is exactly what I needed to manage new baby. Juggling a 5 year old and newborn during lockdown was a nightmare but this allowed me to see how much a noisy 5 year old disrupts daytime sleep and also baby has cows milk intolerance so helped is track poopy nappies and vast reduction in feed during the day. Can go to Drs armed with data. One suggestion for graph: A stacked bar chart how much baby had at each feed. Sizes of feed vary greatly throughout the day. Is there a trend? Would help to plan size of bottles and avoid wastage. New App Suggestion: Would be amazing to have an app like this to track periods. I have struggled greatly with heavy periods since having baby & to have something that tracks how often you need to change products would be brilliant. You could pretty much convert this app into an Adult health tracker to help with medical conditions..Version: 4.12

Very functionalWell designed app, syncs well, no features found missing..Version: 2.05

My first ever app review because it’s THAT GOODI’m a pediatrician and have a 9 week old baby. This is why I will now be recommending this app to all of my patients...This app has it all. Just when I think, “I wish it tracked this...I wish it had this functionality,” I look it up, and it DOES have that function. I figured out how to sync this between my husband and grandparents, so everyone can track when they feed the baby, when she is sleeping, etc., which makes my life so much easier. As far as tracking and analyzing data, this app really does tell you all of the stats you want to know (how many hours I pump, how many ounces I’ve pumped, how many times (same with feedings), etc.) The pattern feature is so nice. It has allowed me to see when baby’s natural “bedtime” is, and has helped with her now being able to sleep through the night. Instead of me trying to force a 7pm bedtime, I’ve realized that she always wants a 7:30 feeding and will do better if bedtime is at 8pm instead. I wouldn’t have noticed this without the pattern feature. In the beginning, it was also helpful for tracking wet and dirty diapers to make sure her intake was sufficient, which is something I usually ask my patients to track in the beginning. Simply put: This. App. Rocks..Version: 4.12

I don't know what I would do without this appThis is the most comprehensive app I was able to find! It's really easy to use and the standout feature is tracking pumping! Add in the amount you pumped for that session and it updates the inventory for you and when you log that you have fed your baby your pumped breast milk, it updates your inventory again. Only request would be to add in an alarm to pump, just like you can add alarms for feeding, changing and sleeping..Version: 2.06

FantasticA great app for many reasons. In the early days of having my baby I found this so useful for keeping track of feeds and nappy changes. Sometimes it felt like I had only just fed or changed him but when checking the app I realised that was longer ago than I realised and he was due fees/change again - especially true at night when it feels like you’ve only just got back to sleep! As time goes on, it then helps you to look back at his tends so you can work out his routine and is handy for when the health visitor is asking how much they are feeding as you have it all right there. Another good thing is the recording of medications, again so you can keep track of when another paracetamol dose may be due before they start to feel too rough or their temperature goes back up again. One thing that I would like to see added for future updates is an easier way to record food when they start weaning. At present I have to enter it as 1ml milk and then write in the text box what he has eaten. Would be nice to have a few pre-saved boxes similar to how the medications come up but is easy enough to work around by the way I do it anyway..Version: 4.06

Love it - very helpfulI started trying to put my 9 week old on a schedule and was failing miserably so I spent a week tracking what he was doing on his own - turned out he had his own sleeping schedule that worked. When I stopped fighting it we all slept much better..Version: 4.24

Essential Baby DiaryThis app is absolutely awesome and it essential for a new born with first time parents. We needed our. Any to put weight on so we we religiously started recording everything in this. I can record a pot changes, sleeps, feeds on the fly with my watch. Our phones, iPads.. etc are all synchronized. So when me and wife do the handover we don't have to go through everything, it's all recorded. The tracker and graphs are very insightful. It's also very good to show the midwife what the baby's pattern has been, then there's no second guessing. I'm an IT professional and I really appreciate the attention to detail that has gone into this app..Version: 2.06

FantasticWe’ve been using this for 10 months and it is great. So good to be able to see how long I’m feeding for on each side per day, total sleep and feeding and to track nappy changes. It was really helpful being able to see patterns after a few weeks, and is good as a reminder to change nappies and when the next nap time should be.Version: 3.10

Excellent app well supportedI use it to track sleeping and feeding it's very easy to use and the developers are quick to respond to questions. Has had a number of super useful feature enhancements in the 7 months I've been using it. Worth every cent and more..Version: 2.05

Great Multipurpose AppAbsolutely love this app! Super easy to use, tracks multiple things about your little one and has basically my most used app on my phone. No issues or glitches so far. Would highly recommend it!.Version: 4.26

This App has been a staple 2 kids, 2+ years! We got this app a little over two years ago when my daughter was born- it has been incredibly useful (especially in the early newborn days and time is hard to keep track of) to track feedings, pumping amounts, diapers, etc. Super-intuitive interface, also forgiving if you need to fix something you entered incorrectly or add info. We moved from tracking a lot of items in the beginning (like diapers) to less as time went on and it wasn’t as critical. Towards the end, I was just tracking pumping timing and amounts. For all these things, it was super useful to see overall trends, espec when pediatrician asks how many feeds, how long on average, how many diapers… our (inaccurate)perception of those things did not always match the data. Also super-cool it pulls in WHO percentile data when you enter measurements. Anyway, we just had another baby and are using it again! I forgot how much I loved this app and it was a great reminder. I never write reviews, but this one really deserves kuddos. The developers should be extremely proud!!!.Version: 4.30

Brilliant app!Buy this app - seriously. In those days when you're sleep deprived, and don't know whether you're coming or going, this tracker is a godsend! Esp. when you have midwives asking 'how many wet nappies', 'how often are they feeding', and you're just glad you remembered to put knickers on. This app lets you trend your babies patterns visually, so you can see and understand your babies routine very early on. I've used it for two little people now, mainly for keeping track of breastfeeding times/durations, and sleep pattern (when you finally get some!). It's just one less thing to worry/think about..Version: 3.01

Life saverLove this app, baby was loosing more weight than she should have and our home made feeding log was a mess, since using this app we now know when to feed her and also gives us an idea of babys routine. We love the fact that we can sync the info with another phone, me and my partner both have the app and can now both update it on our own phones which makes things 10x easier. Has other features like a pumping log and nappy changing log which again makes everything much more easier, especially when your dealing with baby brain..Version: 4.12

High qualityIt’s rare to find an app that’s done with such good design and attention to detail. Gives you everything you need for tracking your baby’s activities quickly and easily. It’s also very simple to stay in sync with other users such as your partner or babysitter. I started out which the free version, which offers a lot, but I upgraded because I was using the app throughout the day, every day. I wanted to lose the ads and get watch support, plus Siri shortcuts. Easily worth it for something I use so often..Version: 4.09

Great free appI downloaded this app not knowing if it would be helpful. I now rely on it! With a baby all days mould into one so it’s great that I can track feeding, nappies and sleep without having to look at the clock all the time. I can’t see myself functioning with it now. The only thing it’s missing is the ability to log when baby has bathed. Could be implemented in the additional tab that includes milestones and important events etc..Version: 4.24

Great app! Love everything about it.I am using the free version of the app. I love it! The different trackers all have good uses. The diaper tracker can be helpful for newborns, but now I use it to track when baby spits up or has a leaky diaper. I can just put in a comment to describe the incident. The feeding tracker is nice because it summarizes the feedings for the day, has options for different kinds of feedings: formula or breast feeding or expressed milk in a bottle. The nursing option keeps track of which side you used last time. Pumping tracker allows for pumping both sides simultaneously, and has a milk storage inventory section. Then the last is the sleep tracker, which you can use to track sleep from when baby falls asleep to wake up. I think the thing I like the most about this app is that you can start tracking an activity and exit out of it. So if baby falls asleep you can start timing the sleep and then do a pumping session (or any other tracker). Then if baby wakes up, you can go back into the sleep option to show that, and the pumping tracker will keep going. You can delete entries too, like if you think baby is sleeping, but he's really not, or wakes up, you can go into the records and delete the entry so that you can see how long since the last nap again..Version: 4.06

Excellent app!Don't know what would I do without it! Totally recommend :).Version: 2.05

Fantastic app, but data produced lacks analysis...Great app to easily track baby's feeds, diaper changes and sleeping habits. Whilst the chart is great to track trends, I think the app can go that one step further with the data. For example, tracking "average time between feeds" is more meaningful than the total length of feeds and the ability to track average length of daytime naps vs average length of sleep at night would be useful for mothers. It's also not obvious within the app if a nursing session is currently being tracked. Please update the next version by showing a symbol, similar to the "sleeping now" symbol, for nursing / feeds..Version: 2.06

Amazing App!!My baby and I had a rough couple of days to the start of her life and the sleep deprivation I went through at the hospital literally made me forget everything. But obviously nurses would come and ask about baby’s feeding pattern and stuff and this app has just been the best thing everrrrrr. Honestly, I’ll recommend it to every parent. I’m going to continue using it after our discharge still because I love the way it creates graphs to show patterns in the baby’s day, for example, when they’re sleeping, when they’ve done a wet nappy, etc. Love this app 🥰.Version: 4.29

Amazing app for mommies of newborns!I'm EBF and this app has been amazing as far as helping me keep track of feedings & diapers. Unlike formula fed babies, it's hard to know if your little one is getting enough. The categories are well organized and the options are easy to select. It is especially convenient in the middle of the night, when you're delirious, to just open the app and press the record button on the left or right, and then pause, stop, and save when baby is finished. Not only that, but in your tired stupor, you may not log the information clearly, so you can always go back. As long as you input the information properly, the app gives you back a clear, concise summary of baby's activities for the day, week, and even month. Amazing app! Highly recommended!! I would recommend though that developers create an “are you still there” alert after 15 mins, just in case Mom feel asleep lol, that would be great..Version: 3.03

LOVE ITI love it! I keep track of all essentials with my baby. So convenient when I have to leave the baby with his dad, as he can check when to feed him, change diaper and put him down for a nap. 💯Highly recommended! Super easy to use and all important features are there!.Version: 4.26

Amazing appThis app had everything you need to track your baby. The UI/UX is great and it’s so easy to use. Highly recommended!.Version: 4.26

Excellent app - definitely recommendA friend recommended this and I'm glad he did. When you're tired, time is going slowly and your mind is playing tricks on you this app is great for ensuring that you have some idea of what happened and when. Excellent that it syncs across devices so my wife can do a feed or change, record it on her iphone or her apple watch (also works well on that) and it appears on the feed on my phone. My daughter is 1 week old - I'm grateful to have something that makea life a little bit easier..Version: 2.06

Really useful appI’ve used this for both my children and have found it really helpful to track their sleep, feeds and nappies, allowing me to get them into routines and anticipate what they might need when. Especially in the early days when I was sleep deprived and struggled to remember times etc. this was great to keep a record of when they last fed or when they last fell asleep so I knew when they’d likely be hungry or tired. Easy to use and edit, and great to see the graphs at a glance too..Version: 4.31

Just upgraded to ProThis app has been great! Customisable home page so you only see the things you want/use. I like that you can add your own pictures and milestones, too. Have just purchased the Pro version and I can already tell it’s going to be nice not having the skinny ads changing at the bottom of the screen during night feeds. I love that you can sync the data over all your devices and that you can use Family Share - great for when hubby needs to enter the nappy changes, or if my hands are full and I need him to start the feeding timer. Really enjoyed this app - hence moving on to the Pro version..Version: 3.13

Great, but can be a triggering when using the Apple Watch appAmazing app. Does exactly what it says, perfectly. When you are extremely tired with a newborn you literally can’t do without it. It’s also come and handy when midwives ask about patterns for your newborn during appointments. My only request is that the preference to hide information fields on the iPhone app is mirrored on the watch. I am unable to breastfeed, even though I really wanted to. The iPhone app allows me to hide nursing and expression, which has been great for my mental health. Unfortunately, the Apple Watch still shows these information fields and I have to scroll past them both each time I add formula information using the Apple Watch app. It would be fantastic if the Apple Watch companion app mirrored the preferences on the iPhone. Otherwise, this app is brilliant, and you won’t regret purchasing it..Version: 4.27

Must have for newbornsAs a first time parent I can barely keep track of what day it is, let alone how many nappies I've changed. If you want to track your baby's health however, it's all in the numbers. Every health care provider you encounter from GP to midwives will ask how many wet/dirty nappies, how many times fed etc to determine how well your child is doing. Having everything in the one app that also syncs with my partner so he can update nappy changes and naps makes this so much easier!! Awesome app for parents..Version: 2.06

Incredible app for all parents!I’ve been using this app every day since my baby was just a few days old and now he’s 3.5 months. I track every single feed and nap (there are other things you can track, too). It is SO helpful to know when he last ate and napped. As soon as he starts to fuss and I’m not quite sure why, I look to the app to see—oh, it’s been two hours since the last feeding, time to eat soon! Or he yawns—look to the app to see he’s nearing the end of his wake window and it’s time to start calming down for a nap. It takes the guesswork and worry out of keeping track of things in your head (which we know a parents’ mind is often sleep deprived and has a million other things to think about). Also, it’s helpful to track his patterns. After some time tracking you start to see that if you wake up around the same time every day, naps and eating become fairly consistent (at least with mine). This helps me plan outings. I can see that he’s on average awake around the 1 pm mark after his best nap of the day, so that’s when I plan to run errands, meet up for friends for lunch, or just get out. There are just so many great uses for tracking baby. If you’re the caregiver of a baby, you must use this app!.Version: 4.06

Every first times parent dream appDownloaded this app whilst I was still in hospital. It helped me so much to know when she was due a feed because I didn’t have a pen at the time to write it down and anyone knows pens are like gold dust in hospitals. I have also managed to be able to create a group with my boyfriend so we both can update it from our own phones if we are apart or we are too busy the other can record it for us. It also an option if you are expressing your breasts for milk it logs how much each amount you’ve expressed from each breast too which I found amazing. Finally the other features was temperature. Medication. And milestone. Other key features incase you forget what things happen and believe me you do forget simple things. For a free app this has my full 5 star rating and I would purchase the full version too..Version: 4.20

Really good app and it’s FreeI had my baby and started tracking. It really great and easy to use. The things I will suggest is that if the sleeping time can be tracked with timer, than I don’t need to calculate the length of the sleeping time..Version: 4.24

Necessary for a newborn!Absolutely love this app! I used it with my last and the day my next was born, I went searching for it again. It’s made all of his doctors appointments a breeze— I can tell them when his last weigh was and how much, exactly how many diapers a day, exactly how often he feeds and for how long. It helps me keep track of how long it’s been since my sense of time is off kilter at the moment. I’ll think it’s been an hour since I’ve pumped but it’s been three so it’s nice to have that- for all of logs, not just pumping. This app is incredibly customizable. You can add notes to every log, adjust everything about a log after it’s put in, and even make your own “milestones” which I use to track when I’ve given medication. If you’re pumping and supplementing, it keeps track of how much milk you have in reserve and you can edit this number manually in case of spills, etc. My only critique is that there is no good way to log collected milk, as in using wearable milk collectors throughout the day like my Boons. I’m currently logging that milk as part of the next pumping session but I don’t love that solution as it makes it look like I pump way more than I do. Another option would be to manually adjust my milk store but then that milk wouldn’t get counted in the day’s input statistics..Version: 4.30

New parents, this app is fantastic if you’re trying to remember what you did and when constantlyThis app is a game changer for new parents. In the first month of having our newborn home from the NICU, my husband and I were just trying to keep our heads above water. We took turns sleeping and when it was the other’s turn to care for our baby, we couldn’t remember how long it had been since we had last fed her, how long she had been asleep, etc. to tell each other. Relevant info that is really difficult for a sleep deprived person to recall. Documenting and tracking our baby’s feeding was especially important for us as our baby had been in the NICU for difficulties with feeding. This app took out the frustration of a parent trying to do mental math in the middle of the night. When my husband and I switch out, it’s so easy to just walk into our baby’s room and know exactly what’s been going on all day or night. Our only problem with the app (which really has nothing to do with the app itself) is when our family members care for the baby, the app is too confusing for less tech-minded grandparents..Version: 4.09

Data share feature - GeniusA lot of apps do the tracking bit well, in some cases the UI/UX on other apps are better. But a very important feature that I have seen on this one but in no other app is the ability to sync between devices. There have been times where I have just changed the nappy before falling asleep and my wife does it again 10 mins later, same with the bottle feeds. With the info syncing between our devices, it makes things a lot easier..Version: 4.18

Easy to use but update affected notesThis app is very easy to use and very effective for tracking various aspects of caring for a new baby. I have been enjoying using it since my sons birth 3 months ago and it is much easier than writing everything down like I originally planned to do. Since the recent update though I have been experiencing issues with typing notes in each entry. I like to write descriptions of nappies and feeds however I am no longer able to click the predictive text like I previously did and the notes section doesn’t seem to recognise previously typed words and often makes random capitol letters rather than continuing on from the previously typed letters..Version: 4.25

Must have app for new parentsUsed this app to track feed and daiper changes for a newborn with jaundice and it's absolutely amazing. So many features that I was truly surprised and impressed. Highly recommend.Version: 4.33

Really helpfulReally helpful, especially in the beginning, to see how your baby is tracking. Health care people would ask us questions and rather than rely on sleep deprived memory, we could just look up the answer. Helped us see the emergence of some patterns and keep track of how she was eating/growing. Plus feels good to see the visual of the blocks of sleep getting longer. Only thing I didn't find clear was recording the "store" of expressed milk, but we just turned that off..Version: 2.06

Does just what I needI use this app to track what side I fed on and when. Does the job really well. Super easy.Version: 4.06

Brilliant - both the app and the team!I’ve just found myself recommending this app again even though my son is now older and I don’t use it anymore. It honestly made my life as a first time mum to a newborn so much easier. Quick and simple interface but with plenty of options. Helps you record with ease without limiting you. Simple setup and use. Lots of ways to view your recordings to suit everyone’s styles. My son was also diagnosed with a milk allergy and after being fobbed off by so many doctors as paranoid being able to produce this data really helped. The team are amazing. I contacted them on more than one occasion in a hormone sleep deprived malfunctioning state and they weren’t rude or patronising. Willing and eager to not only point out the obvious things I was missing - in a kind way - but also to take on board any suggestions or ideas to make the app even better. A couple of my ideas even made it into the app! Honestly loved this app. Will be using again if I’m lucky enough to have more children..Version: 3.10

Used for 1 year!!I don’t rate apps until I have used them for awhile, unless they are garbage and they get rated ASAP, but this is one app that I will come to in the future (if I have another child). I COMPLETELY recommend this app for any breastfeeding mama!! Pshhh even if you use formula, download this!!! It has been my best friend!! I started using it Sept. 6th 2017- trust me. You know when you go to them doctors visit and they ask you all those questions “how many wet diapers? How many poops? What color? How long are you nursing periods? How many nursing periods a day?...etc!” This was my key to all of it, yes it would be nice if they gave you the averages (that you have to pay 4.99 for) but I understand the money maker part of it. I had no problem doing it on my own every week, when it came time for a dr. Appointment, I was ready for the questions. My son is a year old now and I am weaning him onto whole milk, and I am still going to use this app. I have learned my sons routine on this app, without its help I would’ve most likely been lost! So for timing purposes ( Feedings and naps/sleeping) I am keeping it for now! So all in all, yes this is “THE” app for a new first time mama!! 5 stars!!.Version: 3.10

Great App… but…Fantastic App! I really found it so helpful after the arrival of my first child. At the start Without it I’d probably forget to feed her!! As she gets older and things like poo monitoring becomes important as she is weaned, it would be really helpful to add photos to the logging of nappies. Ie to add a picture of the poo for records to show the Dr etc. also it would be great if there was a place where you could log potential issues. Like rashes etc. it really is a great app and I’d be lost without it!!.Version: 4.24

Baby tracker AMAZING!If anyone is wanting to put your newborn on a schedule or even a a few months down the line for your baby! This App is amazing!!! This baby number 4 for me and wish I had this app with all my others! Cause baby is 5 days old and have him on a schedule, and amazing to see tracking and graphs!!! I promise you, if you get this app you won’t be disappointed! I’m certainly am not!! Thanks to the founders!! ❤️.Version: 4.24

Great app to monitor how a baby is getting onI have been using this app for about 6/7 weeks. I started using it when my 4/5 week old wasn't gaining weight and I kept being asked how often she was feeding and how many dirty nappies we had and how much sleep she was getting. I always got really frustrated as I was so sleep deprived I couldn't remember anything. Using this app helped me to see her daily routine and show the midwife and health visitor. I still use it for feeds and nappies but I only use it for sleep at night as she cat naps so much in the day I always forget to track it. I really like it and find it really easy to use and I have logged the app in on my fiancée phone so he can also log things and see how her day has been..Version: 2.06

Very good. But I have a suggestionThe app is extremely helpful to track all sorts of information. However it would be handy to include the time of feed in brackets next to hours and minutes in the feed section. For example 1 hour 3 minutes ago (12:10 PM) would be more helpful to know the exact time at which the feed was done. Because sometimes when I miss logging feeds it’s rather easy to see the time instead of calculating how many hours ago was 12 pm. Simple but definitely handy! Would appreciate if you could incorporate this in your upcoming app releases..Version: 4.09

Genuinely usefulThis app is genuinely useful for us. We are only able to bottle feed, so by linking the app with my wife on a separate phone, we can take it in turns to do the night duty and can always see what time baby was fed and when he last slept/had nappy change etc. I like that the app is customisable to see what is of most use. All I would like to see which I think would enhance it further is a sleep and wake button on the nursing section that can just be tapped without having to enter times -it would be much easier then to record sleep and wake patterns as you run off to stop the hunger cry. Likewise but to a lesser degree, a stop/start button on the formula line would assist that quick recording that could always be returned to in order to customise quantity..Version: 4.33

Very useful and easy to useI needed something after giving birth to remember when my baby was changed, feed, sleeping time etc... this was a really useful app at the hospital and after at home as well. Easy to use and there is everything what you need. Me and my partner can share this app, so he can add info also. Cons: shared informations going through slowly, sometimes I add sleeping time and my partner has to open his app and refresh many times before he can see the newly added infos. Somehow few datas lost in the past, I thought I can check how my babies sleeping and feeding was in his early months but few months just gone..Version: 4.15

This app is s life saver!I don’t normally do reviews, but this app is amazing! I’m currently trying to figure out my baby’s sleep and feeding patterns and this app is super helpful! I’m also using it to track our progress with sleep training. I’m the type of person that needs to see it all in writing and this is so much better than writing down on paper, especially if I need to change things. I also like being able to add milestones so that I can later add them to his baby book without forgetting what exactly happened or when. So many great things to say about this app, it would take forever to do so. Only thing that would make it better is it had a feature to add his schedule to see how/if we’re following it. Currently using my notes for that and going back and forth between apps. I’m not sure if that’s in the paid version or not though? If so, definitely be worth buying. I’m just not sure how I figure out what all exactly is included in the paid version!.Version: 3.10

Can’t listen to music while usingLove this app. It’s everything I need to help me keep track of feedings and how long my baby has slept for. Only gripe is that when I have music playing the app pauses it which can be really annoying!.Version: 4.16

Amazing appThis app does exactly what it says on the tin. It’s stable, has everything you need and is customisable if you would like to. Also great that you don’t have to pay extra to use most of the features (I believe the premium version removes ads and makes it compatible with Apple Watch - neither are essential for use of the app). I have hardly seen any ads whilst using the app either. Would definitely recommend for any new parent who wants to track feeding, growth, sleep, nappies etc. It’s provided me with peace of mind as we’ve embarked on the journey as new parents.Version: 4.08

Great app! great programming! It’s lean and efficient. Me and my girlfriend are able to sync to a group and efficiently keep track of our twins. eat, change, sleep, weight, medic and so on. Tested other apps, and this one’s the best.Version: 4.25

Best app ever!! A MUST for all mums especially baby brain mumsSOON TO BE MUMS DOWNLOAD NOW!! I download this just before my baby boy was born!! I have used this app probably, at least every hour since I took him home!! He’s now 19 months old!! I record everything and have found it not only useful but also interesting as it allows you to view patterns of feeds, nappies and most importantly for me sleep patterns! Also the ability to record things like times I gave calpol or gripe water! With baby brain it is an absolute MUST download!! I can not recommend it highly enough!! And only wish I could put into words just how integral I’ve found this app!! I’m not entirely sure what I’ll do when he’s grown out of needing tracking because it’s become so instinctive for record everything!! I will definitely be using this for any future children I have, and recommending it to all friends!! Also to say, I’ve found tech support so helpful, they tweaked a few things I made suggestions about so they genuinely listen to what we, the users want!! DOWNLOAD TODAY!!.Version: 4.21

Great app👍It’s been awhile since I’m using this app and seriously it made my life so easy... well coming to the point I have started a blog on instagram and uploaded my first video in which I have prompted baby tracker it was so helpful for me so thought to share with more mommies out there, I hope the developer don’t mind the copyrights.. I just did it for a good purpose nothing else and got to know that in Canada or somewhere else they blocked my video...Version: 4.10

Most used appI found the app very useful to track my baby’s feed times/ nappy / sleep times for the last 6 months. The alert to alarm is handy to know when next feed time is especially if busy day running errands and forget. The milestones is handy for quick overall view to see how baby weight / length has changed and the last vaccinations. Can I give a suggestion though, is that I want to see if the developer can add the feature to track reactions to solids food? Now my baby has started at 6months. Similar to the Cara app for adults , so you can track baby stool type / digestion/symptoms /mood /skin condition (dry /eczema/ itchy/ allergy..etc). So if visiting the doctor, the parents can quickly pull out the info and say my babies reacted to so&so.. etc.. )? My baby got the allergy to milk in the formula and then also had eczema so it can come up before starting solids. Adults these days have an increasing allergy to so many stuff, if we don’t get it right when starting our baby on solids it can really hurt their long term gut health. Thank you for giving the app as free trial it has been the best!.Version: 3.10
