✓ Great but needs to be reinstalled periodicallyTakes great photos but needs to be periodically reinstalled. You'll know it's time to delete and reinstall when the app asks if it's OK to delete a photo from your library after every photo you snap. Deleting and reinstalling fixes this. I've seen this issue for about a year. Not new to iOS 11. Not a huge problem but irritating. Still use the app because it indeed takes great photos. Worth the annoyance..Version: 1.4.1
✓ Good for a first release but...I’ve been a Camera+ user for years so grabbing this was a no-brainer. It’s pretty good but a few things need to be fixed & added… Firstly it has a bug that cuts BlueTooth connections when you open the app. That’s annoying if you’re streaming music etc. Secondly it’s slow to do everything (I’m using a 5s). It’s slow to open, slow to respond, slow to open the share window. I think this may be because ether want you to go ‘Ohhh wow… nice graphics & action…’ so they have set the delay longer than it needs to be. Thirdly… I know it’s not supposed to be an ‘everything’ camera app’ but selective focus points would be handy folks. Look... all-in-all it’s a great little app that works as promised & it’s already helped me turn some average pics is to very cool ones but it needs some refinement..Version: 1

UPDATED REVIEWI bought this app despite the mediocre/poor reviews, simply because this developer also makes my very favorite camera app of all time – Camera+ - I am happy to support TapTapTap with my $.99. I have faith that they will fix the app. I'm leaving a poor review until it is fixed, because I can't open it at this point. All it does is crash when I press the icon. I haven't been able to take a single picture, & I wouldn't buy it unless you're also a fan of this developer, and wishing to support them. ✓ Might be a great appIs this new app from tap tap tap one of the five best photo apps? I don't know. I don't even know if it's going to be one of my personal top five apps yet. So why am I giving it this 5-star review? Because the folks at tap tap tap already created my favorite photo app - Camera+. And they were among the first to bring innovations like separate focus and exposure and volume-button shutter to the iPhone. So when I heard about this new app I didn't hesitate a second before plunking down a whopping Ninety-Nine cents (U.S.) just because I wanted to give this developer more money. I've only had this app for about an hour but I can confirm that it takes pictures and doesn't crash. Thanks for good work tap tap tap crew - hope you've got another winner!.Version: 1
✓ Fantastic photo app.Let me start off by saying that Camera+ is an outstanding app. Quality pictures and editing tools make it a must have. That said, it can be overwhelming for the every day, nonprofessional user. Sometimes you just want a quick snap and you want it to look good. MagiCam does the job and takes out all the guess work. You can still add a filter and share to your heart's content but you save a lot of time in tweaking the settings just to take the picture in the first place. Highly recommended and well worth it!.Version: 1.2
✓ Just what I've always wanted!I'm surprised it's taken so long for an app like this to come out. Great for those times when you don't want to go through the hassle of spending ages manually tweaking each picture. Only downside so far is that it takes too long to select a filter. The entire process is slowed down by the transitions. Other than I'd also like to see some further fine-tuning in the algorithm this uses to alter the pics. Fix these little niggles and change the icon (it's the ugliest one I've ever seen for a camera app) and you've got a winner!.Version: 1

✓ Great appI have taken about 100 pictures with this app so far, mostly of landscapes, and they are noticeably better then the default camera. Everything looks clearer, brighter and richer then with the default camera app. I am not a pro photographer and don't bother trying to edit photos because I don't know what I'm doing. This app enhances the photos for me, and in a way that even a novice like me can notice a substantial improvement. I use photosteams a lot and particularly like how all photos are automatically saved to my camera roll. Easily worth the 99 cents..Version: 1
✓ Fantastic AppTap Tap Tap has not let me down in the past so I bought the app the moment I saw it. I love the quick photo fixes. No need to edit most photos and when needed you can just open your photo in Camera+. I imagine some nice updates are in the pipeline. My only gripe but not one worth losing a star is the icon. It's not my favorite. Maybe it's the rainbow I don't know. But a nice update to the icon and I'll likely slip MagiCam into the home screen..Version: 1

✓ Good for snap and shareYeah, good for those who like to snap and share. I’m not one of those though, so it’s probably going to get consigned to the “might be useful one day” app file. Tried all the “moods”, not bad as it goes. I’m going to give it a 4 even though its not for me, I can see a lot of people getting a lot of enjoyment and some good pictures that they might not otherwise have got. ✓ Great AppThe app does work as advertised. And no, it's not a photo editing app. I love the idea behind a photo app that makes all the adjustments for me when I first take the picture. I'm not a photo expert. I'm not going to be a photo expert. I don't want to spend time screwing around with editing on every photo I take. This makes photos look better than when you normally point and shoot. I'll be using this for 90% of my photos because I just don't care enough about pictures of my cup of coffee to do any edits. This will make them look better. That's the point of the app. And since this just came out, give them time to work the bugs out..Version: 1

I like how edits that are made within the app instantly appear in the iPhone's Camera Roll. ✓ It is a wonderful photo app, however.....Photos are sharp and vibrant but it continuously asks if I want to delete a photo. This is a simple fix that the developers seem to be dragging their feet on fixing. Also there is no contact information to contact the developers directly.
