✓ SneakyThe app looks great and I was seriously considering paying for the full version until I synched it with my dropbox and took all of my books from it instead of just copying it! And there is no way of moving them back to my dropbox unless it’s one by one or buying the app. This seems to be a sneaky tactic to make me buy the app and I don’t appreciate it. ✓ Buggy, seems abandonedI’ve found so many bugs. Most of the libraries fail for various reasons. OneDrive says it links but then won’t open — no longer supported? Even the menu option to list other apps for the developer fails. Last update 3 years ago. PocketBook seems nice, no fails so far, doesn’t have the unnecessary features..Version: 5.1.61

✓ Ads are far too intrusiveIt is reasonable that they would use ads to support a free app, but the ads in this reader are wretched! OK--when it starts it pops up an ad--frequently one with sound that requires you to watch and listen to the whole ad. This is frustrating, but somewhat acceptable. What is not acceptable, is that while you are reading it interrupts your reading experience with a full page ad; completely spoiling the atmosphere that the author has carefully crafted into their novel. I spent my life in sales/marketing--and learned that people are more likely to buy in a pleasant environment; certainly not because they are annoyed! Indeed the only "sales people" I know that use the annoying. in-your-face sales techniques are Mexican street vendors..Version: 5.0.1

✓ Hard to use, clunkyI really only use this app to read one rare book type, azw3. I don’t mind the interface within books but I’ve not been able to add any books to the library. I have about 4 of these tests, the only way I’ve found to open them is to start in the file manager on my IPad and navigate to the book I want, then “share” that file using this app. Books you don’t download, cannot be added to an internal library. It works fine if you are downloading books within the app but that comes with its own challenges. Many of the menu items are just broke. I synced my OneDrive with the app, doesn’t work. Try to navigate to the Internet Archive, you know, the largest file depository on the internet, “HTTP error”; Gutenberg Project “Http Error”… etc. a lot of functions in the menu end that way, just broke..Version: 5.1.61

Doesn’t have support for new iPhone screen sizes X and more recent. It works on my iPhone X but the display is not optimized for the screen size.
