✓ Magical for both premium and free users!I’ve used this app for several years now. It’s really wonderful. You add a photo of the child you want Santa to call, and he and the elves address the child directly. Santa even will say “you live at home with your parents/grandparents” etc, depending on the outcome you pick, all for free. The premium videos add special Skype calls, magical train tours, birthday calls, and Christmas Eve chats with Santa. ✓ Fantastic magical appI happily pay for the extra packages as the looks on my kids’ faces are priceless - I’m often reduced to tears when I see how genuinely excited they are. The videos and calls are cleverly structured so they feel like Santa is speaking directly to them and they verbally respond in turn. Had trouble this morning with placing a call - it’d let me select my country and enter my phone number, but then the dropdown menu wouldn’t disappear so I couldn’t access the enter/Call button (bug fix needed). ✗ Password reset does not workI used this for years and loved it. This was my last. My password won’t work and my many attempts at resetting it won’t work either. It doesn’t go to the email like it says it does. I even paid for premium which I can’t use and have a little girl asking to see her video. No way to get help for this in the help center. Now I have lost money and have a heart broken kid who doesn’t understand why Santa won’t return the email so she can see her video..Tee987Version: 10.0.12

✗ Free trial? WHAT free trial?I downloaded this app to make a video (as a joke) for my dad. first it was super glitchy and wouldn’t let me accept terms and privacy policy so I decided, maybe if I sign in/sign up it won’t glitch? so I did that but I didn’t see the button to create a free video. I logged out and deleted my account since I didn’t do anything on it. the button for creating a free video popped up and it wasn’t glitchy. however when I finished filling out my dad’s info and clicked create video, it wanted me to sign up so I did that (again). then, a pop-up appeared and said “your free trial is over”. I never made a video though, so I never used a free trial! I went to the website to get help from the chat bot but that was useless, so finally I gave up. this app is NOT easy to use, ALL the videos are premium, and the chat bot is COMPLETELY unhelpful..Lilly172849Version: 9.0.20
