✓ Trouble shootingThis app is great - very easy to use. However, I recently tried to send in a request for support and could not get the form to work. Disappointed. There is one entry needed on the form but there really isn’t a good way to understand what the form is asking for. It says something like “Enter Device O...” No idea what this means or what information it is asking for..Version: 2.6.7
