Noodles! Pros

✓ Fun puzzler - great for passing time whilst watching TVI like doing two things at once, like solving puzzles whilst watching the news on TV - and this app is great for that. The puzzles are challenging, sometimes I get the top score, but sometimes it takes me a long time and I only manage the worst possible score. I'd give this 5 stars, but some UX quirks (no automatic "solved!"?) and the blandness of the colour (give us some variety please) mean there's some scope for improvement..RikMaxSpeedVersion: 1.7

Noodles! Cons

✗ Great game, but with some problemsI love puzzle games I can pick up and put down, with no time pressure -- like Threes, Rop, hocus, Monument Valley, and Kiwanuka. Noodles has the same pace of game play, though feels less challenging; it isn't *that* puzzling, but it's compelling. Now my go-to game between Words with Friends turns. But it has some big issues....and a couple of key bugs. The bugs: 1. It breaks iOS search on my phone. When Noodles is running I can't use search to find an app on my phone. 2. It often loses progress, and sends me back a number of puzzles, or even back a level. The problems: - once you get past the first level, the hexagons you are moving or so small that it is easy to make an accidental move, so you're not just solving a puzzle, you are having to be careful not to touch the wrong part of the screen. - there are many, many puzzles you have to solve to finish a level. On the one hand this means you get many, many hours of gameplay for the price. On the other, the puzzle at any one level get quite repetitive. You can skip ahead to the next level if you get bored of the one you're playing, but I want to wish it wasn't quite so repetitive..AwsamuelVersion: 1.7
