✓ Isn’t workingI just downloaded the app. Paid for the subscription and can’t get past that section. It states I paid and takes me to manage my subscription but nothing else. Please fix this. If I’m paying for it I want to be able to use the app! If not I want a refund !.Version: 2.40.4
✓ Money grabLuke posts absolutely zero content and hasn’t for years. There are no live streams except the occasional blurry concert video. All the photos are posted on Instagram or Twitter by fans. You are just forced to pay for the app now to get good tickets from the Nuthouse. It’s just a money grab..Version: 2.45.5
✓ Having troubleI have signed up for the 1 month subscription. Unfortunately the app is not letting me do anything. I recently attended the Luke Bryan concert at sports authority field here in Denver Colorado on August 4th. I paid for the VIP all access experience . Unfortunately I did not get to experience the VIP package. I have been trying to contact someone to let them know I asked several managers and employees to help point me in the right direction towards the VIP experience. Disappointing none of the staff had a clue what I was talking about so I missed the whole experience! I am a huge Luke Bryan fan ! I been wanting to see him for several years now. The concert was amazing! I just wish I would have got to experience every bit of what I paid for..Version: 2.40.3
✓ ProblemsI joined the all access pass on the website. I logged in on the app and it will not connect my account with the app. It will only let me have access on the app if I pay, AGAIN. I cannot uninstall the app because Apple decided to have an App Library, which is not helpful and one of the worst updates, so the app cannot uninstall from my phone so I can start over. ✓ App locked me outSigned up to be able to access tickets for a pre sale occurring in a few days. App has disabled my account. Almost never found an email address to contact help. Once e-mail was sent, I received an auto reply that they’ll get back with me in 3-4 days. A lot of help that is! The presale will be over!! App design appears to need improvements. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied. Of course it took my money without a hitch!!.Version: 3.43.2

✓ Great when it worksGreat content when it works every year I renew the all access and every year it does not link. It takes three days to hear from someone that often replies with a generic message to manage it from the website or change my password. Then when that does not work someone who runs the website refers me back to the app developers. ✓ Doesn’t work with all access passI purchased the ALL ACCESS PASS for $56, and I went to upgrade my pass on nut house for the app. It transfered me to the app to link the nut house and app together. It upgraded someone else’s email on my account. I’ve never seen the email in my life that I paid for. I emailed support with screenshots and they just told me to click manage pass (which I already did). There’s more technical problems in depth. I paid $56 for the all access pass to use the app, and I can’t even access it. It asked me to pay monthly or yearly on top of my pass because it became connected to someone else’s email….Version: 3.62.2

✓ DisappointedI was a member from the beginning, then I didn’t renew because the app didn’t bring anything special that social media wasn’t already showing for free. I recently updated my nuthouse and became an all access member again. My app does not recognize me as an all access member. I have emailed several times for help. ✓ Great start!Love this app! Especially that I can listen to all the albums and watch live streams! But would also love it if I could personalise a profile page and friend other fans. Maybe even message them. Also being able to look back at previous posts to see activity. If you could work on this I would be so happy! ✓ AppI wish I could get this app but some people can’t afford it. Like me. I am absolutely in love with Luke Bryan. I’ve listened to all his songs and know every single word to them and I’m am hopefully going to his concert in September as a gift from my parents. I saw this app on Snap and got freaked out that there was live stream until finding out I couldn’t get it cause I had to pay. ✓ Hate the fansA few years ago I was hurt by the fans here. They are not nice. I had a thing called an omg which was getting popular. I guess they became like this angry mob that attacks celebrities and cancel them. Sad thing they hurt me so bad every time I hear or see Luke Bryan I feel the pain. ✓ Glitch in AppI have signed up for the 1 year subscription, and it will not do anything. Account has been charged. When I sign in it takes me back to the subscription page and if I click on one it says I am already subscribed. Hope I didn’t waste $23. Or hope this gets fixed. ✓ PurchaseI don’t get it!!! I went to down load the app, and I signed up.. but then it says I have to subscribe.. where in the information in the App Store does it say you have to purchase anything in order to check his app out, IT DOES NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT HAVING TO PURCHASE ANYTHING!!!
