✓ Superior Enrollment ProcessI’ve been using LEAN on my iPad Pro since it’s origination. It has always been an improvement from the get go (compared to other online tools or paper apps) and it has definitely surpassed any other means for submitting enrollment applications, i.e. turn around for acceptance, enrollment status within hours, and faster processing for commissions. I’ve been a 100% LEAN user for 18 plus months without exception. I wouldn’t think of any other way. Now with remote signature (Docu-sign) capabilities there is no reason not to use it. ✗ Med Supp App on iPadPro freezes every time just before submissionI have no problem with this app on an iPad Air, which lacks the capability of the Apple Pencil, but with the iPadPro (1st Gen 12/2015) I have yet to be able to complete one application without it freezing and having to restart. I have yet to complete any application even after multiple re-starts on this device. Have called PHD for assistance and they have not been able to determine the problem. I have deleted the application and re-installed, I have reset my entire iPad to the original specs with the same results. My MAPD's work flawlessly. This problem only happens on my iPadPro..FloridaProducerVersion: 1.2

✗ Works betterMore stable than previous versions. I wish it would recognize Face ID or fingerprint login. You have to login twice, it takes too long to load up. Also would like ability to save client/ prospect info and then add the Medicare Card info later. It’s kind of a road block that requires the Medicare number first.
