✓ Beware Of TetheringIf your iPad is WiFi only, and use this app while tethered to your phone, it won’t work and is designed not to according to a PHD rep. Apparently it will work if you have cell on your tablet. It was nice to get confirmation of that after trying to use LEAN several times in the field (which is where all my applications come from). Since rollout, it’s fax for me..Version: 1.2.1
✓ Works betterMore stable than previous versions. I wish it would recognize Face ID or fingerprint login. You have to login twice, it takes too long to load up. Also would like ability to save client/ prospect info and then add the Medicare Card info later. It’s kind of a road block that requires the Medicare number first. Although, I Love the quickness of application submission and it cuts down on errors..Version: 1.3

✓ Lean appI have only used lean on my iPhone and there are quite a few formatting problems. Trying to scroll through the different steps is troublesome. A paragraph for the opt in for paperless material covers up the three slots you are supposed to put in their birthdate, so it takes me a couple taps on each one to actually hit the right spot to open up the option to select their month, day, and year. Overall it works as I have successfully submitted application on it, but it could definitely be optimized for iPhone..Version: 1.3

✓ Using leanLean is a great tool when it works. It always seems to have issues in the beginning of aep. Not sure why. This should be all ready for a lot of use but it never is..Version: 1.3
✓ Does not syncThe Lean app does not sync your applications properly. Once you call the phd, they have little knowledge on how to fix such a crucial problem. So far, I have three applications holding time, effort, gas, and inconvenience to a client because of this issue..Version: 2.0

✓ Med Supp App on iPadPro freezes every time just before submissionI have no problem with this app on an iPad Air, which lacks the capability of the Apple Pencil, but with the iPadPro (1st Gen 12/2015) I have yet to be able to complete one application without it freezing and having to restart. I have yet to complete any application even after multiple re-starts on this device. Have called PHD for assistance and they have not been able to determine the problem. I have deleted the application and re-installed, I have reset my entire iPad to the original specs with the same results. My MAPD's work flawlessly. This problem only happens on my iPadPro..Version: 1.2
