✓ FitDEGREE became part of our Family!!As a new studio owner it was really confusing getting our booking system set up & it was expensive. To only realize it was extremely cumbersome, difficult and we couldn’t retrieve any real data. We found FitDEGREE on a comparison website and believe me, I checked as many as there were listed that was within our budget. I finally decided to set up a meeting with Dan and he took me through the entire platform, answering my questions and was so supportive and helpful along the entire way. FitDEGREE had what we were looking for in a booking system. Easy to use on both user and admin ends. Reporting capabilities that allowed us to project and plan. Easy to navigate system to set up. And AMAZING customer service. If you’re a small business owner who takes pride in what you do and want to offer the very beat of what you have to your clients, customers then you’ll understand what I’m saying. And as this pandemic took over and I had the difficult task of closing the studio and go online within 24 hours, FitDEGREE was there for me. Sending emails relevant to the loans, grants applications. Making changes throughout the system to further help us streamline what was a brick and mortar experience to one that is now 100% online. Most small business owners have a little support and some don’t. We fall in that don’t category as we don’t have family in the area nor are we part of the local ‘clique’ so to speak, so personally, to have had the kind of support from Dan and everyone over there at FitDEGREE....wow!
