✓ MehThe welcome page isn't very "welcoming" using patronizing words like "children", "low-income", and "in need". There are no graphic novels or manga, which are both genres most of the teens at our library enjoy reading online. The 8week loan period is generous, and the font customization isn't bad..Version: 1.2.5
✓ PromisingI love the idea, and the selection of books on this app. However, when trying to read the books, Part of the text is cut off on the top. I have experienced this with every book I have attempted to read, and my students have as well. I hope this gets fixed so I can recommend this app to more students. ✓ Nice variety. Cumbersome to find books at right level.Good selection of titles. Easy to use. Tough to gauge reading level of the books from their very broad descriptions (i.e. "Age 7-9"). Including AR reading levels (and adding it as a search feature) would be hugely helpful..Version: 1.2.4
✓ SearchingI wish you could search/browse by grade level. My first graders have different needs than my fifth graders. ✓ Great when it worksI love the app and what it is intended for, but I have had lots of issues with it not working correctly. I am only allowed to check out six books, and in the parent letter it said 10 could be downloaded. I also get an error message when I try to download some titles. The app will also kick me out in the middle of reading. I want it to work so badly because it is such an awesome resource..Version: 1.7.6

✓ Cuts off the top for iphone x usersI love the app for how much books I can read but the problem is half of the time i spent reading the books is usually trying to adjust so i can read the first two sentences of a page. I love how there are different settings for the background and texts which means i can read in the dark without straining my eyes. The app is also very easy to navigate. Overall, my only complaint is how it cuts off at the top..Version: 1.8.1

✓ Download issues,Whenever I log out and log back in, it always tells me to download it again, but when I do, it sends me to the login page, this clearly tells me incompetence on the programmers behalf. ✓ Not accessible for certain students with disabilitiesThe premise of the app is brilliant- there are a wealth of books for students to select. It's nice that you can adjust the font and brightness, however it would be nice to see embedded text to speech, or allow for the iOS speech function to work in the app..Version: 1.2.4
✓ FIX TOP LINE ISSUEI’d give this 5 stars in a heartbeat but I have an iPhone XR and the top line of books gets cut off because of the formatting of the book to fill the whole screen but where my speaker is the line gets cut. I’ve tried to downsize the text size and other things and nothing can fix it. It stinks skipping a line on every page.Version: 1.8.1
✓ Not compatible with iPhone XThis is a great app... for everyone who doesn’t have an iPhone X or higher. It’s been over a year since my school has raised the issue of this incompatibility, with little more than “We are aware of the issue and it should be resolved shortly.” I wish I could recommend this app for my students, but it just doesn’t work..Version: 1.7.6

✓ Catalog won’t loadI tried reporting this issue through the app but it won’t connect at all despite my strong WiFi connection. We can’t see the catalog at all to find new books.
