✓ Uselessly unreliableI installed the device in my car, downloaded the app, and followed all instructions. The dashboard works when the app is connected to the device, but that’s the problem. It connects about 1 out of 4 times when I start the app, but usually it just hangs with the black box that says “connected” but the box never goes away and no data comes in. Or it will show a line at the top saying “receiving data from device” but show nothing. When it does connect, it randomly disconnects and the data freezes, so it tells me I’m going 66 mph at a traffic light. Sometimes it reconnects ... eventually... but usually it just stays frozen. I guess you get what you pay for. And some of the app’s functions require you to go buy other products. Don’t bother with this thing..Version: 6.25.0

✓ Used to be goodI’ve had the health monitor and the tire pressure system on my car for three years now. In the beginning everything worked wonderfully and I really liked this product. However, first one of the tire gauges failed and I was told it was not under warranty so I had to buy a replacement. Did that, and then ANOTHER failed. Forget it. Not paying to replace all four. I see the writing on the wall. Then they started changing the software and making it much more difficult to even get the basic info I wanted to see with ease WHILE IM DRIVING! Who wants to go through multiple menus when you are on the road!!? DANGEROUS! Today I got in the car and my app asked for my password. When I put it in ALL the intel and mileage I had compiled for years was gone, and it started asking me for my basic info like I was a new client. ✓ Hardly get any Nonda Bucks since become a 「Premium user」When I log my daily trips with the app as a basic user, I can get my driving rewards daily. BUT since I’ve become a premium user account, the app only logged my journeys travelled without any driving rewards (Nonda Bucks)anymore. Seems suspiciously dishonest right after they introduce monetary reward for hornets logged!!! My device is working and keep the app open / working in background. ✓ Terrible warranty supportOne of the sensors on my tyre pressure kit broke after just a few months. ZUS ignored my request for another one for months. Finally responding that I had to send the broken part back to them by tracked mail (at a cost of US$16). Finally they offered to send me on if I paid the shipping, which surprise, surprise cost US$15! So basically, you have a product which is temperamental, breaks easily and costs you way to much to get warranty support on. As the kit only sometimes worked I.Version: 6.3.6

✓ Only Engine Problem DecoderIt detected one problem with the engine, so, it’s okay. But I find it useless, overly advertised and not worth the postage paid. Device sold as free with paid shipping $17. I received it in a Royal Mail Package worth £2.50 and sender location is UK, not USA. They are cheating with people. ✓ Has potential but it's okTL;DR: ok product with an app with clean UI. Like many others, I got this for “free”. It had potential so I’m like why not, just pay for shipping and I can try it. When I got this a few months ago, which they messed up the first and they blamed blamed USPS for it not being shipped. I had to rebuy it again... Anyways, when I finally got it, it was working fine. Today, a problem pop up and I need a scan tool so I was like time to try this tool. Unfortunately, I forgot my password with the account and no matter how may times I tried to reset it, they kept sending an expired link so i can’t reset my password. ✓ Regret buyingI bought this dashcam last year. It was difficult to set up (had to bring it to the techs at Best Buy and they also struggled because the instructions are seriously lacking) but once it was finally done, the camera worked for about 4 months and then stopped pairing with my phone. I did not realise this as I had no need to view the video until someone hit me in a parking lot recently. When I opened the app to retrieve the video, I saw that the last one was in May (six months ago.) It’s possible that it’s still recording video, but it no longer connects so that I can see them. I contacted customer service and got a lazy response from Kevin B telling me that it’s due to the iPhone update (that happened months after the issue started). He did not bother to ask any questions or even try to understand the problem and refused to get me in touch with someone who would be more willing to assist me even after being asked multiple times. ✓ Hardly any journeys get logged since Nonda Bucks introducedUpdate 18th June 2021 - It’s become a regular feature since the introduction of Nonda Bucks that the app will only log around half the journeys travelled. This week it worked fine on Monday, logged nothing from Tuesday to Thursday, and logged 3 of 7 journeys on Friday meaning that only 8 of 27 journeys were actually logged. Seems suspiciously dishonest right after they introduce monetary reward for hornets logged! I’ve checked the device is working and open the app regularly as per the troubleshooting steps but no improvement - I must be many dollars down now!!! Original review 2nd June 2021 - So the Nonda bucks thing is a great idea, but seems very unfair when the app still doesn’t log all trips. ✓ Poor privacy policyI purchased all my ZUS hardware with my own money. In recent years, this company seems to have pivoted to making money by giving away hardware and, most recently, paying people to use the app and drive their cars. These changes, in conjunction with their privacy policy, indicate to me they've moved from making money on hardware to making money from selling personal information, which according to their privacy policy, they are legally allowed to do. If an app seems too good to be true, it probably is. I'll install an Airtag in my car to find it in a parking lot and maintain some degree of privacy. I don't need this company knowing where I drive every day and how fast I apply my brakes. I recommend everyone read the privacy policy, which they've hidden on their website rather than the app store, which is also a catalyst for me to remove this app..Version: 7.14.0
✓ Daily driving rewards reviewWhy is there a timer or time limit to when you can claim the daily driving rewards, why don’t they roll over or transfer to the next time, if you don’t claim it for whatever reason on one day then it should be added to the next one, why is there a limit to how many trips you can log in at a time, by the time it lets you log in more there has been many more and you have to try to remember what the past ones were for and your behind cause you can’t log in the trips you just did if it’s the current limit so you have to wait and still driving places but you don’t get those points now, and if you don’t log in the trips you’re also not getting points.Version: 8.18.3

✓ Two units failed after 2 weeksI plugged one unit into my dodge and another into my infinity. Upon using it for a few days my dodge ecu blew! Now, I’m not going to blame Nonda for this however when I attempted to diagnose the issue my OBD unit wasn’t responding to originally diagnose the issue. So I moved the obd unit to my Jeep. Now my Jeeps OBD port stopped working. Needless to say I tossed that unit. The OBD unit in my wife’s infinity worked great for about 2 weeks then also stopped responding completely. Customer service just kept asking me to send screenshots of the app for months. Realized at that point that they had no intention of fixing any issues or sending me replacement units. ✓ No point in a car health app killing your battery!Update notes are for change information, not promotion. Lazily cutting and pasting does not help. A recent update caused the app to poll the device too frequently. It killed my car battery. I proved this by an A/B test where I fully charged with and without the single in my car twice. My app is up to date I have deleted and re-download the app, downloaded their alternative ELM327 app and it’s all the same. ✓ Screwed up my phoneSo I’ve been using this on and off for awhile now and I have been having major problems, on my old iPhone I had this installed and I started getting problems with being able to get on internet via WiFi and 4G, thought nothing of it so got a new iPhone as it was 2 years old. So got my new phone and decided to start from afresh only putting what I really needed on it then I thought put Zus on it. That was when my WiFi problems started gave it a few days uninstalled the app and all the issues went away, so couple of months later with no problems I installed Zus again and all the issues came back, so gave it couple of days and I’ve uninstalled it again and I’m not having issues with internet connectivity. Safe to say I’ll be keeping this off my phone. It’s a shame because if it did not cause that issue it would still be on my phone. I do like it, being able to see what my car is doing being told if it thinks there’s a problem and being able to see my battery voltage. ✓ Could be betterWhile this app and the actual tyre monitor combine to give realtime data on the health and status of the tyres, it was thought to be Apple CarPlay compatible which was a great selling point at least for myself. However, the app is not CarPlay enabled meaning you have to rely on the phone to pick up the connection and display what is going on with each tyre. Also, it would be great if there is an Apple Watch companion app..Version: 4.2

✓ Battery DrainingHi, I’m a user of ZUS app (with Vehicle Health Monitor Mini) for about 2 years now. And I have been very happy with the overall experience. But for last 2 days my phone’s battery had been draining strangely quick. When I tried to find the cause of it, I found that ZUS app had been draining the battery in the background (Background Activity) since the latest update (Version 8.5.1). Battery usage of the ZUS app (Background Activity) had been over 50% of the total battery usage for me for last 2 days. I have already tried some of the basic troubleshooting - killing the app, restarting my phone, reinstalling the app, etc. but nothing worked. Now I’ve disabled the “Background App Refresh” for the ZUS app just to preserve the battery. As it will hinder the app’s functionality of logging the trips in the background, I hope this issue will be resolved soon. It would be very disappointing to not be able to use ZUS efficiently anymore..Version: 8.5.1
✓ Ok when it actually worksIt’s an ok app when it wants to work, but unless you get your phone out and actually open the app then half the time it doesn’t connect despite the app being open in the background. ✓ 47% of my phone battery drain in 24 hoursI was excited for this device and app when Automatic was shut down by Sirius, but ZUS has never lived up t any of my expectations. I manually log my milage already, and the automatic logging doesn’t include starting and ending milage as well. There was no fuel economy calculation which was my favorite feature from Automatic. But worst of all is it’s background usage. Automatic never needed to be constantly running in the background, yet this app does. In the past 24 hours of limited phone usage, my ~6 month old battery is down to 49%. Why? Because ZUS, despite not driving for almost a week, has used 47% of my battery on “background activity”. I don’t know what the app was doing not connected to anything, but I’m very close to deleting the app and getting rid of the device. It went from being not helpful to actively detrimental. ✓ Backup Camera 😩I am a huge fan of the car charger. It charges my devices very quickly. I WAS excited about the backup camera...until I started using it. It does not work well at all - performs its worst when around other WiFi networks that aren’t its own (70% of the time I’m backup up my car near my home). It takes way too much time for the Bluetooth to activate, the WiFi to activate and connect, and also for the camera to feed the image to my phone. The WiFi never works correctly. I can’t seem to find a use for holding my phone, waiting 2 min for the app to figure out how to speak to the Backup Camera, then start to backup my car. I have a busy life and this simply doesn’t cut it. I had high hopes. Installation was super simple. But what I installed is close to worthless at this point. And while the WiFi is connected to the camera...it takes a while for the camera to disconnect, causing me to turn off my phone’s WiFi antenna in order to have any access to the internet..Version: 6.0.2
✓ Dangerous and stupid!!The “Smart Vehicle Health Monitor” almost got me in a wreck! I was stuck in heavy traffic on the freeway when all of a sudden the traction control and power steering failed as did my ability to accelerate. It was stuck in 1st gear and the speedometer just sat at zero while I slowed to a stop with my engine screaming up to 5K RPM’s. I was able to fully pull off the road to call my mechanic. He knew exactly what had happened as he had heard the same thing from other people. It was definitely the Health Monitor! Somehow it was causing to my cars computer to freak out which caused actual mechanical issues. I unplugged it, took my car to the dealership and they scanned my car. I got lucky that no permanent damage was done and was advised to never plug anything into my OBD2 port ever again. I drive a 2020 Chevy Trax and there was literally nothing wrong with it until I plugged this stupid thing into it. I threw the Monitor in the trash and haven’t had any issues with my car since. Aside from that, the app only tracks about every 3rd drive and doesn’t offer any information that the MyCheverolet app doesn’t already tell me. It’s basically useless and the “ Smart Vehicle Health Monitor” is just flat out dangerous! Just stay away from this app and ALL Nonda products!! ✓ A nice app... if it works!Decided to try this App/Device as I received an offer for a complimentary ODB2 receiver, only have upmost for shipping. Didn’t have to wait too Ling to receive my ODB2 receiver, as promised, which is a good start. Connected it to my Honda, downloaded the app, registered for a user ID and managed to connect it to the car, so far so good. However, if I left it connected whilst driving and launched the app to view real-time vehicle stats like the voltage and engine speed/RPM, I get the readings initially but after about 30 secs or so the real-time stats would stop. I have to force quit the app abs relaunch it again to obtain real-time stats. I thought part of the reason for this device is to be able to view real-time vehicle stats? Also if I have this device plugged into the ODB port of the car I find it interferes with the remote control key fob of the car to lock/unlock the car doors. All is appears a great concept but the implementation seemed somewhat lacking?.Version: 7.4.0

✓ Broken and no supportI’ve used these for a couple of years now, but recently the readings have stuck, so i drove on a flat tyre. It still shows as fully pressurised on the app even when the sensor is off the tyre?! I’ve reset everything i can think of but it’s still showing. ✓ Forces location “always on”The app doesn’t allow you to use the dashboard feature unless you give it unrestricted access to your location. I can understand if they’d want this for the parking feature, but this is the dashboard. I’ve currently enabled location for when the app is launched, but it won’t show me the dashboard unless I allow it to know my location always. There’s no reason for this and it’s taking away critical functionality so that they can know my location all the time. Gross. No thanks..Version: 6.7.1
✓ Very badAutomatic mileage tracking does not work. In one instance, I see it logging a trip for around two hours while I was Ubering which is accurate, then after leaving the vehicle. The app shows no such tracked trip. So annoying. And their manual trip tracking is so poorly designed. It takes forever to add a trip manually. You have to add one leg at a time. So if you have a trip with 10 stops, you have to add each stop twice (as a start and end point) plus you have to add start and end times plus trip classification. So for a trip with 10 stops, that is 55 manual inputs you need to make since their auto tracking does not work. I don’t know why they can’t just have a start and end point with the option to add stops all in one trip. Btw I have the paid subscription, BIG MISTAKE. Definitely don’t get sucked into buying the annual subscription for a slight discount..Version: 8.17.1

✓ Was good…now utterly brokenApp was excellent - integrated seamlessly with my vehicle health monitor and smart car charger. I used the parking locator function every day. Then they decided to hide the locator functionality deep within a submenu and replace it with lots of advertising for their own breakdown service which isn't available here in the UK. To top it off…none of my equipment is recognised by the app any more. I've tried the usual fixes of reinstalling the app, logging out/in and removing all the kit from my car and reinstalling it - no joy..Version: 6.14.0
✓ Useless Junk!So I tried this Vehicle Health ODB2 adapter for free. I m driving a 2013 Honda Accord. During the month of July, it detected 82 problems or engine codes! My engine light never once come on and it drive fine. It is spilling our code at random! Also it say I only drove 92 km in the entire month of July! I drive 92 km in one day! Useless junk! ✓ 🚨Buyer Beware🚨 Backup Camera Semi-FunctionalThe functionality of this device is spotty at best. More often than not, my iPhone 8 had trouble pairing with the backup camera's built-in wifi. I'm left unable to use the backup camera. Further, the experience just takes too long to launch for practical use. It takes anywhere from 30 seconds to a minute to connect and successfully receive the backup camera's image. When backing up into a space at the grocery store or in a crowded parking lot, I thought nonda would have designed a quicker user experience for their product. Instead, I just have to forego use of the camera which defeats he entire purpose of having purchased it. I will be returning the camera to the store, hoping nonda improves future iterations of this incredible idea..Version: 6.3.3
✓ ZUS Voice Prompt annoying to the point of uninstalling the appI had updated the ZUS app, and immediately I am being bombarded with voice prompt on connect/disconnect status of the ODB2 reader. I had muted all notifications in Settings, from ZUS yet I am constantly annoyed. Since garage is on the opposite from my office I am in proximity of connect/disconnect signal strength. If you introduce new features let us be judges that we can enable or disable them!!!!!!!.Version: 6.21.0
