With Indego you get round-the-clock access to public transportation on your schedule. Riders can choose between three different pass types to fit their needs. Discounts are available for riders with a PA ACCESS card.

✓ Quality Bike ShareHonestly shocked by the number of negative comments here, namely towards the customer service. I have had bikes not check back in correctly, minor billing mishaps, and questions all addressed within minutes through the text service. The bikes aren’t always the best, but it is a major city’s bike share, they can only do so much. Overall, the monthly pass pays for itself many times over if you compare it to SEPTA rates, especially if you have a regular commute. Definitely recommend, don’t be scared off by the negative comments..Paul3250723Version: 2.2.4

✗ Would give them 0 stars if I couldWhile the convenience is the only real selling point, the bikes have issues 70% of the time, whether the gears don’t shift, the seat is falling off, or a tire is completely flat. And if by chance you find a working bike the station could be down and you may have to walk 5-10 blocks to find another working bike. I know they can afford to maintain the bikes/stations but they choose to do the bare minimum. They will also wait to rack up charges and hit you with ebike fees out of the blue. It’s really frustrating because there aren’t many alternatives..EhjvggjvVersion: 2.2.6
