✓ Fraud serviceThe moment you accept any of the suggested profiles from the consultant, you can see a notification in the app that ‘I have connected with prospect’ irrespective of the time of the day. This clearly goes to show that these guys are cheating you by giving automated updates and make it look like there’s actually someone working on your profile. What an unethical behaviour! As far as the suggestions, they just apply all the filter criteria you give, and automatically send you some random profiles every week that may/may not meet the criteria. There is no concept of ‘personalised service’. Don’t fall for that trap! At this point it feels like I paid $$$ only to get notified by bots. ✓ Scam scam scam!! Don't trust these peopleAll they do is lie about their service to you... They will tell the subscription is 1200 n giving it for 600$. And will say the will dedicate a person to find a match for you. But they just shortlist 2 profiles from the pool and send them to you... You can do that by yourself... ✓ Poor serviceMy first consultant handpicked profiles that didn’t match my partner preference and tried to convince me to change my preferences according to her. If they have a big chunk of data why would you do that? Secondly, it’s not your job to set preferences for your client. Second consultant said timings don’t match and by that time second week was over. Third week, it was better but by Sunday he got tired. There was no follow up on Sunday and then on Monday he didn’t pick up three profiles as promised by Shaadi. The overall experience has been poor. All of their employees don’t use VIP app to communicate with clients. This is because they don’t want to be tracked. Why? Because their work ethics are poor. No matter how much fake experience they tell you, they don’t even put efforts. They don’t ask about your relationship with your family or your upbringing or achievements in your career, what you aspire to become and what you’re doing to achieve your dreams or goals. Raj sold me VIP service by telling me that the discount code has been generated (without my agreement on purchasing the service) and if I don’t buy the service now, I won’t be able to buy it in future. I wish this rating was read by the owner. The employees are just passing the time by faking about work. Once a person says that customer service was helpful and consultant stops working. Waste of time, money and energy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND to BUY VIP SHAADI. They don’t know how to present a profile that’s the biggest reason and secondly they don’t take initiative to communicate. ✓ Not worth spending moneyFirstly, I changed three relation manager who were meant to work on my profile. Secondly, they don’t take your requirements seriously before sending profiles. They will make big promises like there are 75% hidden profiles which are VIP Members and my manager will help to match with them because they are also seriously looking for a good match. However, I didn’t receive a single VIP profile during my 3 months VIP membership. They didn’t even find a single match for me who was serious and was willing to talk. All I heard from them is that the profile hasn’t responded after multiple attempts. Not all profiles are serious on shaadi plus VIP shaadi is just a medium for them to earn money. I received better matches through regular or premium membership and they were seriously looking for a match. Please don’t opt for this service and waste your time..Version: 3.2.0

✓ Service is a scam!My rating is a 0/10. Be careful before getting the service. Basically it’s a very expensive premium membership. The matches are very few, they don’t really look for what you want. It’s hard to get in contact with consultants. If you are not having a good experience with premium don’t buy this. It cost me 600 dollar for three months. The consultant gives 2 matches per week, they are standard premium and free members who you can see with and contact without getting vip. Also all the inner circle matches don’t even have pictures. The consultants try to sell you on what they think you should want, making you feel like your preferences are too narrow. Don’t let the consultant make you settle! ✓ Totally MisleadingHi VipShaadi, After trying multiple attempts of email still no response regarding my refund, i would have to take it further and post it here. First of all your sales team is so pushy and rip-off giving false promises saying plenty profiles are available just to meet their targets. I would give zero star to the sales team because of playing with people emotionally and financially. The worst team i deal with. I didn’t get the service and profiles i was promised, then it took me few weeks to realise its all misleading. So i took further and asked my consultant and his manager and some head manager for my services to be stopped (it was 2 weeks ago and still got no refund) and false promises from your team. They keep replying the refund team will contact you but never got the call. I didn’t even asked for the full refund , i asked for the service I used because I understand people need to be paid. But now m realising it all a big scam to steal money from people in need . M pretty sure there’s gonna be many people like me got scammed. Show same profiles that are normally available, unable to connect with anyone and the consultant assigned disappear for days and weeks. Later, they say that refund is not applicable. ✓ Another scam company , not the first and never the last .An absolute disaster and total scam . Lot of manipulation by the actual owners and top tier ( not the innocent consultants and counselor ) , sometimes it appears they themselves have created the “ non existent “ people ; it’s sad and unfortunate but greed has no boundaries . Again this fraudulent activity is from the top brass , not the poor and innocent counselor and consultants ( they are probably unaware and oblivious ) and one of these days it my feeling and intuition, some investigative journalist would expose them , by then the top tier and management or bosses would’ve moved to some islands. They have stereotyped response for all unhappy clients ; to be honest they don’t have any satisfied customers ; internet is full of unhappy customers and only reason they have slightly above 1 rating is the lowest rating out of 5 is 1 otherwise they will be close to zero . One other concern gathered from hundreds of reviews is they are selling the data ( like ID , passport etc which not only unethical but seriously illegal and more and more clients needs to report them to local law enforcement authorities ) as I’ve a feeling that they will be reported as one of the biggest scam of our times . At least I will be taking that precaution and reporting them to authorities that would be beyond their imagination ( an unpleasant surprise for them ). It’s time for them to pack up and before they move , all their data should be confiscated , accounts forfeited and all their wrongfully acquired wealth should be distributed among their poor employees ( as they have not done anything wrong ) . As mentioned earlier the fraud is at the top tiers. Initial investigation has shown that this company has several companies under the same umbrella and lot of hidden dark web business they are involved in . It would be cleared as investigation proceedings move forward . A class action lawsuit is just one of the few things they would be facing ( not in India ) but they have ripped off so many people in Europe and North America and probably they would be facing one outside of their safe havens . It’s time for them to face some music . Who knows how many poor innocent young boys and girls have suffered breakdowns and have attempted suicide and hopefully not but complete suicide . In essence in the foreseeable future they will be getting lot of surprises and this farce or drama would come to its logical end . Till then hang out tight and they would be baffled as mystery evolves . For the top management, they have made lot of lives restless and bad outcome but justice is on it’s way. ✓ Poor serviceI had uses this VIP Shaddi service. But, it’s not worth a penny. Please don’t spend your money on this VIP service. They don’t work anything for you. They just send you the weekly proposal sometime and sometimes not. They don’t get you update about the end result of that proposals. By the time you ask you probably forget which one you send to. They don’t care you will find your partner or not. They just care for that you keep renewing their services. It’s better to use free services instead. I had already renewed my service second time but, I did not even get the single proposal. Also, the second time renewed the advisor told me that I will get the refund with in 4 days it’s been almost 20 days no reply or follow up. Even the advisor won’t pick the call. ✓ Scam - worth negative rating - money suckerI called to cancel service and requested refund, instead 4 team members in one conference call insisted me to take VIP membership by upgrading the normal membership with all kinds of marketing and manipulative tactics and multiple follow up emails and phone calls. They promise big things, but nothing is delivered. My consultant was Minaz shaikh, I was being informed that the she is following up with the profile by connecting with them, but it was basically a failed attempt to connect with almost all of the profiles. It seems, they were showing that they are working in the background, but nothing actually comes out of it. Please be aware that this service is not for everyone, there will be no out of the way support or helpful suggestions. They are here just to make money by tagging you under VIP category.
