Hence, I was incredulous of this app, but gave it a try in my desperation. Now I sleep like a rock. ✗ I wanted to love it but...If it doesn’t make me fall asleep quick enough (and I mean just a couple of minutes), some of the sounds wake me up further and make me feel incredibly anxious. It happened a couple of times before but I chalked it up to a stressful day or something but this time I wasn’t able to blame it on anything else.
