✓ Best app ever... NOT.I've tried different apps to track the public service offered in the great Los Angeles, since we already know it's petty and this app has disappointed like every other. The only good thing about this app is that like religion: it gives you hope. Because you see a bus coming in 10 minuscule in the app but it actually takes like 40 to an hour for that bus to actually show up. And don't even try taking public transportation on holidays because the service and the app are like Donald Trump's promises: all BS. So do yourself a favor and save for a clunker from point A to point B because public transportation in LA is practically non existent..Version: 1.0.4
✓ Non-Intuitive & FrustratingThe search function is worthless. You basically need to know the bus number to find info - isn’t that the purpose of a search?!? Google maps does a better job and it’s one less app to clutter up your phone - because this apps chief function is to take up memory..Version: 1.0.13

✓ Could be so much betterI expected so much more. One of the key things for making a transit system work is making it easy for people. This app does very little to encourage people to ride. The bus and Metro sections are completely isolated from each other, as if you wouldn't want to see how to transfer from one to the other. This app sorely needs a route planner with an integrated price calculator for the journey you want to take. Maybe the option to buy a monthly bus pass? They have all this information at their disposal, so why not put it all in there? Basically this app is a big list of missed opportunities. ✓ Not a trip plannerI thought this would be a trip planner and it is not. The only thing it does is show you the times of bus routes and trains. If you already know how to get where you’re going and which trains/buses to take, then I guess this would be useful maybe? ✓ App gets really buggy after darkThis is not the first LA metro app I’ve had problems with. All of them are great during the day. It’s after dark things start to get messed up. The app says the bus is arriving in “x” amount of minutes, but when you get to the stop, nothing shows. Maybe it’s an issue w the LA Metro’s GPS system. Wouldn’t surprise me. Public trans in LA has been and always will be a red-headed step-child..Version: 1.0.10
✓ Useless!!!!All it says is “refresh route info. “ you can refresh till your finger falls off but it never takes you to the bus line or tells you when the bus is coming. You can restart your phone 100 times and it still doesn’t work. Piece of crap..Version: 1.0.14
✓ 3 years use ok but not perfectI have relied on this app a lot and it can be reliable, but one issue I have is some routes it shows info for only eastbound or westbound twice instead of both. They recently corrected this for the 4 but introduced this error for the 10, so no net gain when trying to go east from San Vicente in the evening when buses are less frequent and have to guess whether to hang around a bus stop late at night to get home or try the 4 or 704..Version: 1.0.11

✓ Still hopefulI was hoping this app would be more comprehensive as it seems it is the official app of metro. I appreciate that it gives me up to the minute information on arrivals of buses and trains but what if I don’t know how to get where I’m going? Where is the route planner? Also there seems a little or no connectivity between buses and trains or buses and other buses. Am I missing something here? It’s a great app if you know the number of your bus and you know where you’re going..Version: 1.0.14
