✓ Needs more functionalityWish it let you do a bunch of the things you can do online, seems like the app would get a huge upgrade if it let you set your lineup from within the app. The lineup assistant needs the “submit changes” feature. The baseball VBR is meh and inconsistent at times by a lot given the day..Version: 2.3.1
✓ Useless appApp leaves open spots in lineup when there are available players on the bench. Says there are no active players but their are several that will fill the position. Makes no sense. But the website doesn’t do that..Version: 2.3.1
✓ Latest UpdateThe latest update is great but one of the best features is suddenly missing. I used to go to my lineup and it will tell me who is or isn’t in the lineup and where they were batting. Now it shows nothing. It is hard to tell if someone is or isn’t in the lineup unless I get a notification..Version: 3.0.0

✓ What happened to daily lineup assistant?I was really enjoying this app until the most recent update. I used the app everyday to build my lineups for the following day's matchups. With the latest update, I can no longer choose to build my lineups for tomorrow. The only timeframes available are today and this week. That's not helpful in a daily lineup league. I'm really disappointed I can't use the app for this and have to resort to the website instead..Version: 2.2.2
✓ The tools are great from a desktop - the app is Completely uselessI am a subscriber and find the tools Fantasy Pros provides very useful. However, the My Playbook app for baseball is 100% useless for me. It will load, but every tap causes it to crash..Version: 3.3.16
✓ Website is “ok”, app is total trashApp doesn’t show all players imported from a single CBS league, so my lineup assistant shows me without my top 5 hitters every day. The website itself won’t allow to add statistics that are scored in my league (outs recorded), so pitching stats are heavily skewed showing a guy like Chris Sale is worth 7 points each start. I paid for a month of PRO to see if that was the problem and it isn’t. Feel free to waste your time playing with the app but DO NOT SPEND MONEY on this trash..Version: 2.3
✓ Rankings are outdatedThe rankings in the app are atrocious and rarely are updated. This makes the entire apo useless for waiver, lineup, and trade assistant. If you are new to fantasy baseball, do not trust the rankings in this app! If they updated the rankings daily, this app would be great. Def not worth paying for a membership that uses old ranking data. Rarely do they update news for a player either..Version: 3.3.22
✓ Great if you like rose colored glassesThe app functions fine on a technical level and information provided is useful as long as it’s retrospective. Player projections (daily or longer term) seem to be best case scenarios that almost never pan out. Of they were close to true my squad would be hitting about .320 for the season and leading the league in counting categories. As someone else wrote, projection heuristics seem not to update during the season. Example: a former stud who’s hovered below the Mendoza through Late summer is still projected to kill it for rest of season when it’s obvious his season is a total, irreversible bust. The League Analyzer function is a joke. My .220 BA team that is near last in HR is rated almost every week as the best offense in my league. No idea how they arrive at that. My theory: people like being given hope, so the app is rigged to overestimate your prospects. Conclusion: If you want the app to let you know what has already happened, it’s useful. If you’re looking for even a loose correlation between projections and future outcomes, the app is pretty useless..Version: 3.3.17

✓ Crashes oftenI love the site…use it daily, but the app for IOS crashes every time I try to use any of the MVP functions, and now is crashing when I even try to look at any available players. ✓ Good app, needs one thing thoGreat app love the idea and execution is perfect. No competition nobody can provide this insight, but. I got it and paid for the premium and was saw power rankings and team rankings for rest of season and individual week, and if u click on a player u can see a dynasty ranking. But why cant we look at teams rankings and value as a whole from a dynasty perspective? I have individual rankings and charts i do on excel but cant keep up with all player activity in the league but the likes of julio rodriguez bejng ranking 800 rly throws off power rankings and team grades. It would be better and easier to keep paying if dynasty team rankings could be created. U have an updated list of ranked players at fantasy pros, jus average everybodys teams players but with their dynasty rankings, seems like a 5 minute fix.Version: 3.3.8

The lineup analysis is generic and non matchup based. a waste of time and money. any good reviews are by those who just don’t know baseball at all or first time players of fantasy. ✓ Mixed bagAs some have remarked, the waiver wire assistant and lineup assistant are awful. I think it uses preseason projections and it just doesn’t adjust whatsoever during the course of the season. The league analyzer is handy for researching fantasy team strengths and weaknesses, but only for season stats, as you have to question rest of season projections (since these are bad throughout). Had I known all this I would not have purchased an annual subscription..Version: 3.1.4

✓ Newest App Update (v4.7) Has Made it WorseThe developers tinkered with the waiver assistance so that a search function was removed, in place, they have a long list of “top available” players that are horrible suggestions to begin with (their suggestions- that’s a different gripe). I get that an automated system to display “top available” players probably looks better, but without a search function, you can’t find the available players that you want to compare to the guys on your roster. Even with the out of date rankings, I liked that you can compare the power ranking of your roster with vs without a player from the waiver..Version: 3.3.8

✓ Do not waste your moneyThe “waiver assistant” function is not intuitive. I play in an NL only league and when I went to the screen to analyze a waiver wire pick up, the only players available to analyze are AL players. I contacted custom service and was told league settings cannot be changed on the app and I would have use the website. It is a shortcoming in the app that it is necessary to visit a website to modify basic settings. The “lineup assistant” function doesn’t work. In an email, Fantasypros acknowledges that it doesn’t work. It is frustrating to pay for a service only to be told what you’ve paid for doesn’t work. This app is slow to load and the data is not easy to interpret. Fantasypros received my $35 dollars but they shouldn’t get yours. There are better fantasy baseball apps that provide superior analysis and actually work as advertised..Version: 3.0.0
