✓ Weather app which shows distance from your locationFinally a weather app which has what I need. It shows you your location and it has a radius with km from you location rather than the radar location. You will see more accurate how far the rain is away from you. Another plus is you can select from different maps such as Apple map, Google map, satellite map and open street map which gives you further advantage in calculating how far the rain is away from you. This is especially useful for people working in the field. A slight drawback is the rain is shown in pixels rather than a fluid cell, I guess it's just something to get used to. All in all a very good weather app with a lot of functionality. Highly recommended....IOlliSVersion: 2.10

✓ Used it for yearsI love Weather Alert and also Aus Weather. Have been using them for years. Much easier to find info than the BOM site. I love all the different maps on Weather Alert too. ✓ Good AppI like to keep an eye on any rain/showers in my area as we’re in a bit of a hollow and while it will shower a few streets away, where I am will stay dry with not a drop and sometimes vice versa.
