✓ The Update took this game from ZERO to Hero!Let me start by saying I’m Not the type that would rate any app or game. When I started playing this game, I developed a love / hate relationship with the game. The reason was because it was so hard to advance or go any where forward without paying a lot of money! Which took the fun away as usual! And even tho I payed a lot of money, I would get frustrated with just putting gear on my heroes! Because it is not just the ridiculous amount of gear that is needed to level up a hero, but also the chance of finding that piece of gear per match to begin with! But thanks to the Developers who Finally listened to our crying and reduced the ridiculous amount that was needed before, now I can level up my heroes and actually compete and have a chance to win in the game! Thank you developers! I raise the hat for this update! Please keep up the good work!👏🏻.Version: 1.9

✗ Bad treatment to VIPs / Bad Value / Unexplained BansThe game started off good. I truly enjoyed it and was addicted to be honest. I started playing about a month ago or so. After about 3 weeks there was a update and that nerfed many players that I invest my time, money and resources into. Changed a few skills and power of certain Heros which was disappointing but I continued to play. Until recently. Sometime yesterday I was permanently banned from gameplay, for no reason at all. I contacted HotHead tried to get an explanation, or see if I can submit a appeal, and they contacted me back saying they have no further information and will no longer speak on it. Don’t know what type of game this is but I wasn’t the only one banned and I know HotHead will eventually feel the lost of income. Would still like a full explanation of why many players were banned yesterday. Horrible game. Not to mention the in- game Gold prices are way over priced!.Version: 1.2
