✓ LimitationsI did not get this app for the large range of functions that it offers for pay, but if I needed to I could easily just go to a variety of websites/apps in order to fulfill these tasks for free. What this app should be is a day counter as described and nothing more, I don’t believe that the bundle is useful, and paying for backgrounds? I don’t think I ever will. Other than that, it does what it’s supposed to. It counts down the days from a point for me, and helps me with yearly anniversaries..Version: 2.4.2
✓ DisappointedI decided to pay the higher price for this app so that I could use photos with dates. Once I had paid I expected everything to work. The second I tried to load a photo I saw a padlock on the link and it was asking for another £25. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Very poor..Version: 5.5

✓ To ExpensiveThis is a good app it works really well however you can only have 3 countdowns at a time unless you want to pay 7.99 per year. I’m not going to spend my money on that when I have a calendar so it seems a bit much. It would be better if they would cost less per year. This app also won’t let you edit a count down with out paying for it I have to delete the count down and then add it back so I can make a edit. For example I went to change a date in my count down because it was wrong but I couldn’t edit it without paying the 7.99 a year so I had to delete the count down and then remake it..Version: 3.2.1
✓ Good but confusedI’ve used the app for about two weeks now to track when I water plants, mostly. It’s pretty good, and I love the look, but I can’t seem to make more than ten events? I’ve purchased the yearly subscription, but every time I try to make an eleventh it takes me to a screen to subscribe for Yearly or Forever. When I select one and click confirm, I just get a loading symbol and it never progresses. There seems to be a DayCount Premium or Pro or whatever according to the page here on the app store, but I can’t find anything about it in app. Otherwise I love it, but it’d be nice to have enough slots to have more than plants since I was promised “unlimited events.” 8.99 a year isn’t terrible, so I still plan to use this app. It’s just frustrating..Version: 4.2.2
✓ InaccurateIt has a major flaw when using in the UK - it doesn’t take into account the clocks changing at the start and end of BST. So I have a countdown for October but it doesn’t take into account the clocks will go back 1 hour before I go, so the countdown is 1hr too short.Version: 3.0.1

✓ Could be great ☹️It works fluently, great to use an awesome app that counts days in such an easy to use manner, haven’t found any bugs, I couldn’t ask for more when it comes down to the way it’s used, but there is just one thing holding it back from being an essential app that everyone uses.. I understand that you have to make money, but making it so people buy the app first and then are alerted that there is so much more you can do when you pay is disappointing, it would be nice if I had a heads up so I didn’t download rather that downloading it and the first thing I get is a slap in the face about having to pay to use. ✓ Passed Milestones Clutter The primary viewI used Countdown for years and wanted to try this app. The issue I have is when a milestone passes the target date it still puts it at the top of the list. It should put it below the future milestones so you see what is next, not what happened. It allows you to sort by date but it needs to allow to sort by date AND passed or future. The way it is now you either clutter up passed milestones at the top of the list OR show the furthest milestone in the future. I want to always see the NEXT milestone..Version: 4.6

I’m counting the days left in my summer course so I checked off Saturday and Sunday to exclude. It’s a weekend night and it ends on a Friday, so it should be a multiple of 5 (in this case 30 bc 6 week course) but still shows 47 days in the widget, and 34 days in the app. NEITHER OF WHICH ARE ACCURATE. ✓ It was great until…I’ve used this app for a long time; I loved it! I would’ve given a 5 star review in the past. As someone who is in recovery from an eating disorder as well as self harm, this app would help encourage me (reminding me how far I’ve come) and helped me get over a year into recovery! It’s amazing! Well, it was…until one day it decided it wasn’t going to load my streaks anymore. I have medically-induced amnesia due to some of the treatments that I’ve had to do so I don’t have my dates memorized unfortunately. I have two widgets on my Home Screen of my phone; one of them shows me one of my dates/streaks (345 days!) but the other widget says I have no events…which means I lost my dates/streaks that are over a year! Not cool…it makes me really sad actually! I can remember the progress I’ve made but I don’t have an accurate date to celebrate on anymore! The app broke with the new iOS update, and instead of fixing it (even though the developer said it was fixed), they recommended reinstalling the app. That sounds fine and dandy, except I lost all of the dates I was tracking by doing so and had no way to see them to back them up beforehand. I won’t be using this app any longer if the developer can’t fix their own app after an Apple update. That’s especially true since this app is intended to track dates you need to know. ✓ DeletedI used this app for a long time, and entered MANY important dates. I had it automatically sync with iCloud, which I naturally thought would protect my vast amount of dates in the cloud. However, after updating to the latest iOS (13.4 on both my iPad and iPhone) the app is completely empty, and their standard support response seems to be 'sorry it won't happen again'. Seems like the app was developed by amateurs?. Had they took proper precautions, they would have discovered this highly detrimental glitch during beta testing. It highlights their complete lack of effort. Save your money and find a reliable app. I'm just glad I manually backed up all my dates in notepad when I was bored one evening. ✓ Schedule Deleted After closing App, no sync between iPad and iPhone.So I purchased the one time forever subscription and spent about 2 hours scheduling significant events for 2020 on my iPad using the app. I was so happy that I had my full year schedule loaded into the app that I decided to also download the app on my iPhone. When I opened the app, none of what I had done for the past two hours synced to my iPhone. No problem, I will just close the apps on each device and reopen, hopefully, it will sync now. WRONG! Not only did it not sync but the entire schedule that spent hours inputting on my iPad all erased. Very Frustrating! Please tell me that this app actually deletes your count down schedule if you close the app??? I’m hoping this is a glitch, if not, I Sir would like a refund.
